The Porter House

A colt name Porter travels with his father's caravan for the first time. While making rounds in Griffinstone though, he finds his calling. It makes no sense but is at the same time appropriate.

A colt living with griffins manages to create his namesake by innovating their meat processing industry. Not many ponies share his affinity for blood. Eventually he'll set up his own shop in Equestria, but for now he's working with an old family friend (and his cute daughter).
