Hannibal is given a second chance, being the sole survivor of "The Treehugger Massacre", and befriends former slaves of the Treehuggers; Sapphire Sunrise and her daughter Crystalline. Together, they must unite a crumbling wasteland that neither fears or respects them before the zealots can execute their final plan in the Capital City of Seaddle. Along the way, they'll meet the Steel Rangers, remnants of the Enclave, Buffalo Tribes, Changling Infiltrators, and the Sea Ponies, while they struggle to overcome their former selves and grow to become the leaders the Everfree Wasteland needs.
