Being Human

Chapter 1

I ran, faster than I had ever ran before all that I could hear was the thunder of hooves behind me and the blood in my ears.

My leg screamed at me from the wound that I had recived from the low branches and plant life around me, as I ran I went ever deeper into the everfree forest. I was being chased by a stupid group called the Shadow Guild.

Ever since I had arived in Equestria I had been tracked by this group and now they had caught up with me, it had been six weeks of running and hiding for the strange ponies.

Now I was really running and I didn't care about where I was going I just wanted to get away from the freaks behind me.

Suddenly I could see light in an opening between two trees to my left; I charged for the opening hopping over fallen branches and logs.

When I got to the opening I saw a small house on a hill next to a small stream, straight away I realised that it belonged to the shy pony Flutter Shy and I thourght about taking refuge there I reaised that it was my best option and so I took it.

As I ran up the path the house was silent and all that could be heard was the gentle rush of the wind in the trees, I reached the round door but it was locked; all that I could could think of was to ram my sholder rather painfully against the door.

It took a few tries but final the doors lock gave way and I was in I closed the door and heard the thunder of hooves pass by.
