//-------------------------------------------------------// The Monster and the Parasite -by Worst Nemesis- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue: The Betrayal //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue: The Betrayal As he felt his blood running from his body, Bad Blood reflected upon the events that lead up to this point. His mother died giving birth to him, and his father despised him for it. His father, Blueblood, was the notorious Kingpin, the leader of the Equestrian Mafia. Since he was old enough to make mature decisions, Bad Blood was alone as one of Blueblood’s petty thugs. Bad Blood was a muscular young man, and was sly and deceptive like a snake. His skin was a dark grey color, and his hair was black that shone blood red where light hit it. His eyes were an unusual crimson, and unsettling to anyone who looked in the eyes. He had broad shoulders and stood at 6 feet and 1 inch. He was strong, but didn’t have very defined muscles, leading people to assume that he was weak. He put himself into an orphanage when he was 10 years old, and said his parents were dead to cover up both his past and that he was the Kingpin’s son. From there, he was enrolled in elementary school, were he played school bully and took money from everyone and held on to it until one of the Mafia’s collectors came for it. This went on through middle school as well. Come high school, the teachers got wise and told him to stop or else. He stopped being the bully, and started to be a petty criminal. That’s when he met her, the baddest chick in the school, Sunset Shimmer. A petty criminal herself, Bad Blood felt a certain connection to her. Bad Blood had met her when she transferred to Canterlot High and sat at his table. She was a bitch at first, but as they talked, they talked about what they did outside of school. When he told her what he did outside of school, she looked relieved and told him about how she was a criminal as well. They quickly became friends. They always hung out together, and when prom came along, Bad Blood asked her out to it. When she said yes, Bad Blood also opened the idea to blackmail people to voting for them as King and Queen of the prom. Sunset though the idea was great and they got to work with it, and they got it done. After that, Blood asked Sunset if she’d be his girlfriend. They soon started dating, and kept it going until a few moments ago where, after Blood revealed that he was the son of Blueblood on their last date, she stabbed him in the back, literally, during one of their dates when they were making out. “Nothing personal, Baddie, it is just business,” Sunset said tauntingly. She then said, “If it helps, I was actually in love with you, but if I am to become a crime lady someday, then I have to erase the competition.” She watched for a minute as Bad Blood lost his *heh* blood. She then left, laughing like a madwoman. When she left, a strange inky substance started making its way over to the corpse, and started sinking into the hole made by the knife made. As the minutes buzzed on, Bad Blood started twitching. After twitching for 20 minutes, the wound closed and Blood shot up out of his blood puddle. He had a pounding headache, and he suddenly had knowledge of things he didn’t even hear of until that point. He also remembered what had transpired and suddenly grew extremely angry. Despite that, he knew he couldn’t just run up to Sunset and kill her, so he made the decision to slink into the darkness of the night, and bide his time. Author's Note I am aware that this is certainly not exquisite, but I will get better. I am also going to add more dialogue in the next chapter, this is just the summary of his life and how Bad Blood was betrayed. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1: Beginning the Plan //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1: Beginning the Plan ~ The only monster you should fear is the one that you created. ~ - Me, ‘cause it sounds smart enough. A single figure sat in the garden. He was hidden in plain sight amongst cosplayers at Comicon. He wore a ragged black cloak that had a pair of ivory daggers dripping with blood over a set of bloody fangs. He wore armor with hexagonal bulletproof plates underneath and woven into the cloak. It all emitted an eerie red glow between the cracks. A high tech bandolier wrapped around his torso, and even had a few shotgun shells on it. His helmet was currently half retracted, showing his crimson eyes and black hair. Bad Blood looked around the convention building from his vantage point in the indoor garden, looking for the seven girls his contact told him about. “Wrathful 1-6, report,” Bad Blood spoke into his comms. “This is Wrathful 1, we have visual in Section 4,” Wrathful 1 replied. “Wrathful 1, follow them from a distance, and try not to make your tailing obvious, or the pink one will spot you.” “Affirmative, I also have confirmed visual from Wrathful 4 on priority 2.” “Excellent, send Wrathful 4 on acquisition and bring priority 2 to me.” “Affirmative, Nemesis” With that he sat back and extended his helmet over his head with a mental command. The helmet had the same design as the armor, only with sensors built into the plates. Soon heard two sets of feet walking towards him. He looked up and saw his soldier with the Merchant in tow. Blood leaned forward and said, “So, I heard stories from some of my men that you sent them to this dimension after giving them some powerful item, so tell me something, and don’t lie, Where do you get the items. Your answer is the only thing that will save you right now, so give me a good answer.” The Merchant replied, “Suck it asscrack. You can’t do shit to me.” “Wrong answer.” In a literally lightning quick motion, Blood whipped a knife out and ran it right into the Merchant’s temple. “Damn, there goes a good opportunity to get godly powers, but at least I know how to make pocket dimensions,” Blood said. The soldier just looked at the corpse that was sprawled out on the grass. Blood turned to him and told the soldier to hide the body. “Well that wasn’t ideal, but at least that gets rid of a rather dangerous variable,” he said to himself. ‘Good evening, Bad,’ a voice in his head said. “Good evening to you as well Nightmare Moon.” The symbiote sighed and said, ‘You don’t have to call me by my full name, you know.’ “I know.” Nightmare Moon was a symbiote that escaped Parker Genetics. She was found to be on Vice-Principal Luna of CHS. Nightmare Moon was the first name it was given, followed by Daybreaker, then black suit Spider-Man, and finally Venom. She personally liked Nightmare Moon the most because it was her first name. She had been pushed out of host after host because of Spider Man until he captured Eddie Brock and experimented on him in his genetics lab. Eddie died, allowing her to get out of the lab and lead her to finding the dying Bad Blood. She sighed again and inquired,’How well has our plan progressed?’ “Well enough, despite me having to kill the Merchant. We are tracking Sunset Shimmer and her friends now.” ‘Alright, well don’t mind me, I am going to be thinking up contingency plans for this plan of yours.’ “Alright, have a good brainstorming session.” Bad then called in to Wrathful 1 and told him to quit tailing and give the location of the seven to him. “Watch out, Sunset. I am back for blood.” Bad said with a grin hidden behind his helmet. Author's Note I promise the chapters will be less sucky eventually. I am doing this shit on a dinky iPhone 5. Also, three years have passed since the prologue. Also, is it possible to get some constructive criticism. Grammar, as you can probably tell, isn’t my strong suit. With moderate affection, Worst Nemesis
