Author's Note

Got this idea from a picture on derpibooru, the picture said “what if you woke up with a body that was half yours?”, I believe that the picture simply had prosthetic limbs on the pony but with the pony being a brownish colour and I saw blue underneath the prosthetic pieces I kinda thought of something else hence this story.

New life, new body

Everything happened so quickly that I couldn’t catch what had happened, I remember falling over due to a group that I was in which got pushed. I think I remember being hit by several cars in a row like I was a pinball and the cars were the bumpers and flippers, the last thing I remembered was a truck in front of me and a wall behind me.

Was I dead?, no I couldn’t be as I could feel a great deal of pain all over my body. Slowly I opened my eyes to an unfamiliar ceiling, even without moving my head I could tell I was in a hospital due to the familiar smell. I looked at my body to find it covered in bandages and casts, how did I survive that incident?. A question for another day as my attention was drawn to several voices that were coming closer, my eyes opened wide when I saw what I could only describe as colourful anthropomorphic ponies. If I wasn’t badly injured and unable to move I’d have jumped out of bed and backed up into a corner, the other part that caught my eyes was the distinct lack of clothes. Only one had anything but all she had on was a crown.

“Easy there,” the doctor said as he got close, “you’ve been in what appears to be a very bad accident. You’re lucky you’re not dead with your injuries”, he wrote something on a chart. “Thankfully with our magical medicine we were able to save you and judging on how quickly you’ve been able to come around, I think you might be fully healed and able to leave in about a week”.

“A week?” I asked surprised, “how long was I out for?”.

“About a day” the doctor replied as he checked my eyes, “I think Equestria must’ve taken a shining to you if you’ve been able to recover that quickly”.

Once he was done checking me over he allowed the seven female ponies to come over and talk to me, as we talked I was able to learn their names and a little about this place as it was apparent that I wasn’t on Earth anymore. I wasn’t able to give them my name as I had amnesia, all I could tell them was the accident I had or what I could remember. Sunset was the one that found me and since I was found underneath a pile of bricks from a busted wall we decided to go with the name Brick.

The week went by slowly but the girls came back often to visit me, I was never one for apples but with the apples that Applejack brought back, well you could’ve considered myself converted. I couldn’t help but stare at her rear when she brings in a bag of apples, each time she placed the bag on the floor or when she grabs an apple from it she always stood up. She’d then bend over at the hips as her butt or should I say flank was facing me, her tail often moved to the side giving me a good view of her goods. Sometimes I think she does it on purpose.

Rainbow, on the other hand, is more blatant in her actions, can’t say I’d blame her though with her athletic body, she’d often pose in the air or more often than not she leans over the bed and my body just to show off her body. I believe she enjoys it too as she watches my reactions.

Sunset, however, is a little more upfront with me, she’s apparently been to a human world so she’s familiar with a variation of my world. She’d often take the time to whisper in my ears when no pony is noticing, “you like what you see?” She’d ask. “Once you’re out of the hospital I’ll be happy to give you a good fucking or ten, maybe the others might wanna go a few rounds with you too”.

Thankfully the others were a bit more reserved.

Rarity often shows off her figure but not in the same way as Rainbow, she was more sultry in her own way. She was also sweet whenever she cleaned my face as I couldn’t eat properly, some pony else had to feed me and it was often a bit messy.

Pinkie was very bubbly and a massive hugger, the upside/downside to that is her hugs often meant her breasts would envelop my head. Couldn’t complain though as it did feel nice.

Fluttershy was quiet but very cute, I often wondered how her petite frame can withstand her massive breasts. Something that Rainbow often takes the opportunity to grab, “Rainbow not in front of our guest” Fluttershy would say. I did notice Rainbow winking at me as she does this.

Twilight took the time to learn about me, makes sense seeing as she’s the princess of friendship. In between trying to help me remember my name I couldn’t help but become curious about why she wanted to know my hobbies and favourite food and such.

Slowly as time went by the pain slowly started to fade, the familiar sensation of my own body started to return to me. After five days I could start to move some of my limbs, I almost thought I’d take longer to heal with Rainbow climbing over my body when she’d show off.

By the time I’d realised it was day seven and I was ready to have my casts and bandages removed, the doctor took me into another room so they can begin the procedure. I noticed a few strange looks in their eyes as they removed the bandages, one of them called the girls to come inside to check out what was happening. I can remember them blushing as the bandages around my waist were removed and my cock came into view, it took a little longer to break the casts on my arms and legs but slowly I was freed from them.

I was wondering why they were gawking the way they were, first I thought the girls were eyeing up my package. But as I looked at my body to check for any scars or marks, well at that point you could hear a pin drop. “What the hell?” I yelled, “what happened to my body?”.
