Capper Dapperpaws visits Ponyville, and immediately needs somepony—anypony!—to throw his bail. Rarity is in Canterlot, Princess Twilight is way too deep into a case of twili-nanas (dragging Spike and Starlight down with her), so who’s left?

Rainbow Dash bails Capper out, but that’s only because RD and Scootaloo need some ballast a willing assistant to test their latest invention.
