Queen Chrysalis and King Sombra have been given a second chance by a stallion named Chrome Barrier. For there freedom, they've been hired to help him on a task to retrieve 9 ancients stones called Chaos Zero stones. Forced to work with the main 6 for this mission, they'll soon realize and discover what the travel and mission was really about other than retrieving the stones.
