Chapters The end of Friendship University
Link put together the task force, in order to investigate the school. They remained hidden until the day was done, then they got to work. They tracked the brothers to their office, and spotted their copy of the EEA rulebook. They looked close at it, after seeing the brothers go through a hidden door. Brandon noted that the first page was stuck to the cover, due to rain water. He got it unstuck, and realized that Flim and Flam had failed to meet a regulation.
"Admiral, Regulation 4736 indicates that EEA Accredited schools are NOT allowed to have secret rooms on their premises.", Brandon said.
Neighsay knew about the Christian Fleet, but he did not know that they were spying on this school.
The group began to search the school's archives. They read that Flim and Flam had claimed to charge the students for the assignments so they could get new equipment for the school, but they were suspicious of them lying. They had to stalk the brothers in order to find out what was really going on.

Neighsay went to the EEA Headquarters as usual the next morning, and called a meeting. They were halfway through a discussion, when they were all startled cold by loud noises coming from outside. They went to a window, and took in the chaotic scene. Headstallions and Headmares from EEA Accredited schools ALL OVER EQUESTRIA, were gathered. They were screaming protests, tearing up and throwing the rulebooks, throwing garbage at the building and smashing bottles of expensive whiskey, champagne, and other alcoholic beverages against the outside of the EEA Headquarters. Neighsay rushed out to handle the angry crowd.
"WHAT IN THE NAME OF CELESTIA IS GOING...", Neighsay started.
He was cut off when a bottle of champagne shattered in his face, leaving him coughing. Then he was struck in the face by several ripped-up rulebooks, knocking him down. He was taken to the hospital, where he was found to have a broken nose, and a damaged horn. He saw the court flag, which meant that a session was taking place, but did not know why.
"Have you seen the headlines?", one of his co-workers asked, as the newspaper was brought to him.
He was greatly angered by what he saw. The most recently approved school, under his supervision, had been closed down and destroyed. He could not believe that they had been taken to court, and sentenced to jail. He planned to argue with Celestia about why this was happening.

The brothers were already in jail when Neighsay went to Celestia. He was not happy.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?", he yelled angrily as he held up the headlines from two recent papers.
The first headline was from Equestria National News .

Frienship University closed down and destroyed
In a stunning turn of events, the so-called Friendship University, run Flim and Flam has been closed by members of the Christian Fleet. Twilight Sparkle and Rarity had previously gone undercover, in order to find out what it was like as a student. When the Christians arrived, they launched an investigation to figure out the truth. They discovered that the brothers had violated an EEA Regulation, and were using the school as a cover-up. The brothers were thought to be charging money for the assignments, so they could get new supplies. They were actually charging the money to use it for their resort that they were already running prior. The brothers have been sentenced to jail, and the school has been burnt to the ground.

Monstrous crowd raises protest against EEA personnel
On the day of the Flim Flam brothers' trial, members of the EEA were caught off guard. Angry Headstallions and Headmares from ALL OVER EQUESTRIA were raising propaganda against them in protest. They were tearing up their copies of the EEA rulebook, and throwing them, snowballs, sticks, and bottles of expensive alcohol at the building. Chancellor Neighsay was injured in the action, and the mob nearly set fire to the EEA headquarters.

Celestia was about to explain, when Brandon and Link knocked on Celestia's office door.
"Come in.", she said.
They walked in calmly, and sat on either side of her. They were each dressed in a black suit, and wore a bright-red tie and sunglasses with pitch-black lenses.
"I assume that you seek the reason that we closed and destroyed Friendship University.", Link said to Neighsay in a firm tone.
"WHY DID YOU DO IT? I APPROVED THAT SCHOOL MYSELF!!", Neighsay yelled back, slamming his hoof on Celestia's office desk so hard that it cracked.
"*gasp* THAT IS MAHOGANY!!", Celestia scolded.
Brandon let out an angry yell, and raised a fist. He wore a metal-studded glove, and punched Neighsay in the mouth. The strike knocked two of his teeth out, in a bloody mess.
"LISTEN UP, NEIGHSAY!!", he screamed with rage, " THOSE TWO BROTHERS WERE ALREADY RUNNING A RESORT IN THE SAME CITY. WE FOUND THAT ONE PAGE OF YOUR BOOK WAS STUCK TO THE COVER FROM BEING WET. WE SAW THEM GO INTO A SECRET ROOM, AND FOUND OUT THAT EEA SCHOOLS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE SECRET ROOMS."
Link pulled out the pictures that Colin had taken, and then healed Neighsay's teeth. Neighsay looked at the photographs, and went from argumentative to shocked and speechless. He calmed down, and apologized to Celestia for damaging her desk.
"Based on what is described in the headlines, I assume that the brothers were stealing and lying.", Neighsay concluded after reading the news reports a second time.
Link nodded, and Brandon explained the verdict from the court session.
"They are going to be in jail for three months. Then they will not be allowed to leave their resort premises, unless they are shopping.", he stated.
"Just so you are aware, Twilight was not part of the mob that attacked the EEA. She helped me break them up, because she was showing mercy for you.", Celestia said calmly.
Neighsay was pleased to hear this. He thanked Twilight for her actions at a later time.

Brandon had gotten a call from Twilight, while doing a flyby over Equestria.
"Odyssey, this is Twilight Sparkle. Do you copy?", she called over her radio.
"I read you, Twilight. What's up?", Brandon responded quickly.
"I am in Las Pegasus, at an EEA approved school. However, Rarity and I do not trust the ones running it. It is the Flim Flam Brothers. Rarity went in, disguised as a student, and has extracted some information.", she said.
Brandon indicated that he didn't trust the brothers either. He headed straight to her, and called for reinforcements. Upon landing, he had to cloak his ship to hide from Neighsay. After Neighsay was out of sight, the Christians got out of their ships, and met Twilight at a nearby pavilion. They were in for shocking information when Rarity showed up.
"They are charging money for the assignments.", Rarity said. "The more you stay involved, the prices go higher and higher. It is very confusing."
Twilight added that the brothers would somehow disappear, at the end of each day. Link was confused, and Brandon began to get suspicious about secrecy. Twilight also did not understand why the brothers started a school to begin with. They already ran a resort in the same city.

Discovery, catching the brothers, and destroying the school
Being as quiet as possible, they all entered the secret room. Once inside, they found chaos. Flim and Flam were shooting for a total, so they could add on to their resort in Las Pegasus, not the school. Brandon knew what this meant.
"They are stealing the students' money in order to expand their resort. They are also lying to the students by saying the money is being used to buy new supplies.", he explained quietly.
Colin had taken pictures, to use as evidence when the brothers would be taken to court. They would return the money, and burn down the school as punishment. They broke their cover, stunned the brothers, and tied them up, and Link put them on a plane to fly them to Canterlot. They woke up partially, but fell asleep again due to dizziness.
As the plane flew for Canterlot, Clawdeen announced over the intercom that everypony needed to evacuate as soon as possible. Soon after, the ones who volunteered to destroy the school removed all of the money from the secret room. They gave it back to its owners, and began to torch the school with flamethrowers, and powerful bombs.
"The school is no more, Captain.", Clawdeen radioed as they left the wreckage of the building.
Neighsay would not be pleased to hear about this. He had approved that school himself, claiming that it was what Twilight was supposed to do with her school. He was still upset that Celestia agreed with her, and not him.
