God please tell me.... why does love hurts so much?.... Where did I go wrong?. I gave her everything... My heart, my happiness to share, books she likes, stuff toy animals and my lucky jacket.... and yet here I am.... dumped by my first love. All this because of an misunderstanding situation. I wish she would let me explain the situation.
My name is Sunset Shimmer, daughter of Discord and Celestia. My Mom Celestia works as a Principal at a school called CHS. My Dad Discord is a science teacher at the school I entered. I'm a student from Everton University, a 19 year old child with a dream of becoming a police officer someday.
I'm energetic, always there to lend a hand, a model, part time delivery girl, part time mechanic repair woman, and a member of a popular band. But the old Sunset you knew is dead. I'm Sunset Shimmer, broken, shattered, weak and miserable. My first love was everything to me. If only she would listen to my side of story, we will still be together. I guess life's a bitch.
My first love's name is Twilight Sparkle. A girl who studies at Crystal Prep Academy. She's shy, adorkable, a nerd, and she really loves science. We first met at the...... To be honest I wanna forget about the day I met her.
I looked at the knife I recently took. I was having second thoughts about the choice I'm about to make today. I haven't gone out of school, I lost count of how many absentees I have. My Mom wanted to help but I shut her down. My Dad was worried about me as well.... but I just smiled and said I'm fine, but in the inside I was dying inside.
I shut everything out. I really need to forget about her, yet my memories of her keeps coming back to my head. I finally made my decision.... no regrets, no turning back, and no one to save me.
I got up and wore an over sized white shirt, gray tank top, black and orange jacket, dark teal pants and black sneakers. I opened the window and got out of my house. I jump and landed at the ground and looked around. I saw the sunset and ran at the direction of my destination.
After my long run, I stop in front of an abandon factory. I looked at it and remembered that me and Sonata always hang out here all the time, I always play as the role of the knight and she was my princess..... but those were the old days.
I was happy that she and Aria were in a relationship. I stepped inside the building and looked around. It looked broken and abandoned, like me. I then walked around to find a material I need for my project.
After my work was down, I dusted off the dirt on my jacket and hands. I looked at the roped that was hanging up. This is it..... I'm going to hang myself here. No one is going to care anyway. I'm a failure to everyone. I just hope that someone doesn't see me do this.
I then stepped at the edge of the second floor and puts the tied rope at my neck. I looked down and tears were beginning to shed. I then said my final words.
"Thank you for being 'us' ". I closed my eyes and jumped to finally end my suffering.
When suddenly, the rope snapped and I fell down screaming while closing my eyes. I waited for my impact at the floor but only to feel a pair of arms at around my body. I opened my eyes and I was shocked. I got out of the arms of my savior and backed away scared.
"Twilight?!, What are you doing here?!". I began to cry again and hugged myself while looking at her.
Why does she look like Twilight Sparkle?!. She was wearing a white blouse with a pink bow on it, violet skirt with her initials, high socks and school shoes. She started to walk slowly towards me.
I then got up and back away slowly but she suddenly hugged me. I was frozen, I couldn't move. Is this the Twilight I dated?. I don't remember her having those clothes or contacts. I wanted to hug her but she got me paralyzed. Well I gotta admit.... she smells really nice. She then broke the hug and looked at me.
"I know what your thinking, and no I'm not the Twilight you know, My name is Princess Twilight Sparkle and Your Sunset Shimmer right?, I just heard noises coming from here and I wanted to check it out".
A Princess?!. What the fucking hell! A legit Princess?!. I panicked and bowed awkwardly in front of her.I heard her giggle I bit and felt her hand on shoulder.
"You don't need to be so formal". I then stood up and look down at her. Well I was taller than her. Damn she looks so innocent and cu- Stop it Shimmer!... this girl looks like the girl you just dated and got dumped by her!!.
"How do you know my name?, why do y-you look like her?". I couldn't look at her seriously, they both look exactly a like and they even sound a like?!.
"If I tell you everything, will you believe me and not freak out?". I thought for a moment and hesitantly nod my head.
She opened her mouth and explained everything. I was shock..... Alternate Universes were real?!...... And I have a pony counterpart.... wait what did she say again... She's a Princess from another dimension.... I think my late night gaming has gotten me hallucinating things again.
I can't look at the Princess no more, they just so alike that it hurts!!!. I took out my pocket knife and began to swing my arm to her direction. She quickly dodged it and looked at me shock. I then looked at her with coldness in my eyes. I can't feel my own emotions... its like my body was acting on its own.... Like I'm the puppet with strings.
Several minutes later, I got tired and tackled her at the ground. I got on top of her and raised my hand gripping the pocket knife tightly. I looked at her and she has her scared expression. I then snapped out and dropped the knife beside her and buried my face between her breast crying. I felt her arms around me as I cried.
"I'm so so-sorry *sobs* Whene-ever I-I look at yo-u.... I ju-ust remember.... her!" I felt her finger under my chin and lifted my head to look at her eyes.
Her gaze to me and aura was calm. I slowly stopped crying and wrap both of my arms around her.
"Let me show your there's another way.... Sunset Shimmer, we can be friends".
I looked at her and smiled a little. She then nuzzled my cheek affectionately. I then blushed a little and nuzzled her back smiling. I got up and holds both of her hands to help her get up. I looked at her and smiled. She lifted her hand to wipe the remaining tears on my eyes. I closed my eyes and relaxed at the touch of her hand. I felt something that my first love and I felt when we dated. I felt loved. Maybe falling in love again won't be as bad as the last time.
"Thank you.... for saving me Princess". I said as I hug her a little tight.
