Signing Up For The Class

Scootaloo was at the Ponyville dance center as she was waiting to sign herself up for Pinkie Pie's contemporary dance class.

She was waiting for this day for a while ever since she watched Pinkie Pie's class. She had to wait for a few weeks though as their wasnt an opening before but now their was.

As she waited she looked at her surroundings as she still couldn't get over the fact that of how fancy the place and high end the school was.

Scootaloo had been expecting a less fancy school but at the same time she was glad that the architects put effort into making the school as perfect as they could make it.

Scootaloo could feel her nervousness creep up inside of her as she was nervous in joining classes but at the same time she wanted to learn.

Scootaloo's palms were sweaty and she was also embarressed due to some students waiting for their class to start eyeing her calmly.

Scootaloo turned her head to avoid eye contact with the girls from another upcoming class. They just calmly blinked as they examined someone they have never seen come to that school before.

Scootaloo felt like she wanted to run away and avoid all the stares. She felt as if all of Equestria was staring at her in confusion as she went to make herself look like an idiot by prancing around in a class with no idea on what to do.

Scootaloo wanted to turn invisible and talk to the director even if she would essentially be like a ghost and scaring people out of their minds.

Scootaloo looked torwards the door wondering if she should just go learn somewhere else but at the same time she knew that she needed to give the school a chance as she knew that she probably will stop being nervous after the first few classes.

Soon the director came to see her shocking Scootaloo as she wasnt expecting her to be there since the school could be fine woth just the teacher and a few others.

"May I help you?" She asked with a hesitant tone which Scootaloo noticed. The tone made Scootaloo to start questioning herself on being there.

Scootaloo was nervous about speaking to the lady as she didnt want to end up sounding dumb as she tried to explain herself.

Soon she found her courage and began to explain her reason for being there as she wasnt going to quit like a scared person.

"Hello. I dont know if you remember me but I'm Scootaloo and I was here as an observer of the...afternoon contemporary class...I have decided to sign up..." Scootaloo said.

"I know who you are. For the record you look young...I didn't say anything about it last time as I knew it would be rude but I'm just telling you because I'm not so sure if you can join an adult class....how does the program for kids/teens sound?" The director said but Scootaloo wasnt having any of it.

Scootaloo didn't want to be taught like a dumb kid as she was smarter than she looked. Rainbow Dash knew she was smarter than girls her age.

She knew that if Rainbow Dash had been their she would be standing up for Scootaloo's right to dance in an adult class.

When she heard that something inside of her kicked into overdrive. She was going to fight her way into the class if she had to as she needed to do this for herself.

On the other hand maybe the class is what she needs. She knew that the director probably knew what was best

"I don't I tk be treated like a kid i want the adults class!

"Honey the teens one is the class for you, it's a bit slower...I recomend the teens class." The woman said.

"No I want the adults class please I'll prove that I can do my best! I can keep up just please give me a chance!" Scootaloo said. The teacher sighed and handed her the form for adults.

"Alright then here it is. Good luck Scootaloo." She said. Scootaloo took the sheet and the director left and Scootaloo fill it in.

Scootaloo sat down and looked over the sheet of paper and all the info she had to fill in, she stared at it for a awhile as she was hesitating.

She debated with herself as she wondered if she should actually follow through learning how to dance. She almost felt as if she wasnt awake and this was some suspenseful dream that her subconscious mind was projecting into her brain.

After a few more moments of thinking Scootaloo filled in the sheet.

After she filled it in she turned the sheet in and her registration was completed.

After she signed up she left the Ponyville Dance Center and went to her home in Ponyville. While she walked home Sweetie Belle met up with Sweetie Belle and continued to walk.

"Where have you been at?" Sweetie Belle asked her friend. Scootaloo spoke.

"I signed up for a dance class." Scootaloo answered.

"Great! Hey maybe if you tell me on what days it is and where it's at I can go there and cheer you on through the window!" Sweetie Belle squeaked excitedly as they walked home.

"Wouldnt you get in trouble for that though? Isnt looking into a classroom rude?" Scootaloo asked but Sweetie Belle scoffed at the guess that it would be rude.

"Oh everything is deemed rude these days! It wont be that rude! It's not as rude as peeking into bathroom besides what are they going to do yell at me? I'll be fine." Sweetie Belle exclaimed. Scootaloo smiled.

"Thanks Sweetie Belle om glad that I have your support." Scootsloo said. Sweetie Belle smiled at her.

"Your welcome. I'll see you later okay." Sweetie Belle said.

"Ill see you later Sweetie Belle." Scootaloo said. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo both split off in opposite directions as they went home in Ponyville.

As Scootaloo went home to her place she hoped that she would do good and prove herself in Pinkie Pie's class.
