(Canterlot. Capital of the Sun kingdom and ruled by Princess Celestia.)

In the castle throne room, Princess Celestia is filling out paperwork in relation to the construction of the new Canterlot Guard training arena and preparation for the Grand Galloping Gala in a few months. As she is filling out the paperwork, one of the guards announces "Announcing Princess Luna, ruler of the Moon kingdom and queen to the Shadow kingdom." before Luna herself walks in wearing her Shadow Queen outfit, which consisted of her silver and black armor breastplate, red cape, silver armored skirt, black plated high heels, and a crown with a red jewel on it.

"Sister. It's so good to see you." Celestia flies up to Luna and gives her a big hug. Luna stands there with a deadpan smile on her face. While she enjoys her sister's hugs she much prefer that she wear clothes while hugging her. Things got awkward when Celestia kisses Luna on the lips passionately like it was nothing.

Luna broke off the kiss and said "Must you do that every time I visit you and when you are not clothed."

Celestia responded with a pouty face "Can't an older sister kiss her younger sister when she hasn't seen her in months? Besides, I might as well since you know what tomorrow is."

"National Breeding Holiday Week, or as most ponies call it Debauchery Week. I am well aware of that, sister. It's why I stopped by." Luna gave Celestia documents that contained males wishing to breed with Celestia. "Since I know you do a special selection process when it comes to the stallions that breed you, I've decided to throw in a few stallions from my kingdom into the mix."

Celestia looked at the pictures of stallions and liked what she sees. She then said "These are some very promising stallions, Luna. I'll be sure to add them to the mix of applicants. However, would it be alright if I share a few of them with Queen Novo if she likes any of them?"

Luna said "You may do as you wish. That's all I came to tell you. I have to go back to my palace to make certain preparations for Debauchery Week." before she began walking out of the throne room

Celestia asked "For your kingdom or Sombra's kingdom?". Since Luna and Sombra are husband and wife through a political marriage-truce, Luna has domain over Sombra's kingdom alongside him thought with certain restrictions and vice versa in the case of Luna's kingdom.

Luna responded with "Both. Only I can calm his darkness rage completely."

Celestia asked "Do you need help?"

Luna said with smile on her face"No. I already have a plan in place. Plus, you are too bright for him. Goodbye, sister." and left the throne room. Celestia had a worried look on her face

In one of the castle towers, Lady Cadance is brushing her hair and applying lipstick to her face. She then hears a knock on the door, says "You may enter.", and the pony whom entred is Shining Armor, the Solar Knight of Eight. Cadance got up from her chair and approached Shining Armor. At that moment, the two started making out and fall onto Cadance's bed with Shining Armor on top. The two broke off the kiss, started panting, and looking at each other seductively.

Cadance asked "How much time do you have?" since he's suppose to have a long shift since he is a Solar Knight and is usually in charge of the night shift around the kingdom.

Shining Armor said "All night. I traded shifts with Spearhead to spend some time with you. I don't think I'll be able to spend as much time with you after tomorrow." He then tore of Cadance's robe so he could see her size d breast and started sucking on her tits

As he is sucking her, Cadance said "That's right. Debauchery Week starts tomorrow and the royal guard and other law enforcement will be busy making sure things don't get out of hand. Even though there are very few incidents that take place, it is necessary for all forms of law enforcement to be ready to keep the peace and make sure this week goes off without incident. Not only do ponies participate but so do the other kingdoms like the griffins, the zebras, the hippogriffs, and kirin just to name a few."

Shining Armor broke off from his tit sucking for moment. "Indeed. This week is meant to act as means of uniting the species through interspecies breeding and peace but also replenish our species after the end of the Great War that nearly destroyed the world. Not to mention it's a week of grand excess for ponies to have sex with whomever they want to, especially if they are married."

Cadance placed her hands underneath his chin, gave him a kiss on the forehead, and looked at him seductively. "Debauchery Week serves many different purposes, dear. As long as you do your duty to keep the peace, I understand why I won't see you around as much. Although, I know the guards, even somepony in your position, will have time to enjoy himself with all the women out there."

Shining Armor asked "What about you? I'm sure there are stallions and mares out there who are hoping to have the privileged to breed with you, or at least have sex."

Cadance said "I've accepted a few offers for just the sex but not the breeding."

Shining Armor asked "What about my request?" Cadance then kissed him passionately while also using her magic to remove his armor for him.

She then tells him"You don't need a request. When the time comes and when the moment is right, I want you to impregnate me." before they start making out passionately, having their bodies so close to each other that they were about to go wild.

Unbeknownst to them, they are being watched by a hooded figure. After seeing enough, the figure flew away into the sky.

"He's perfect. I must have him."

Somewhere on top of a mountain, near a town called Ponyville, a herd of zebra are looking at the clock as it is about to strike 12, officially starting Debauchery Week. One of the zebras, a female, looks at some of the denizines getting ready for Debauchery Week in various different places with the help of binoculars. As soon as the clock stroked 12, the zebra leader gave orders to her herd. "You two head for Sweet Apple Acres and camp out for the auction that starts at . I want you three to watch ponies go in and out of Sugar Cube Corner. The rest of you are to wait around Ponyville general and await further orders." The zebras responded with "Yes Shaman Zecora. We obey." before leaving. As soon as they left, Zecora grabbed a cauldron out of her bag and poured potions into it. She started chanting in a strange language and portals appeared before her.

"Now I shall see, the various forms of Debauchery."
