"Twilight, are you feeling okay?. You've been forcing yourself to sleep".
In the Castle of friendship, you can only hear the sound of crying coming from the princess of friendship Princess Twilight Sparkle. She was crying inside her pillow forte on her bed. Spike walked to her pillow forte and removes the pillows one by one and tries to comfort the princess of friendship.
"Twi its going to be okay".
"ITS NOT OKAY SPIKE!.....I CAN'T SEE HER!, EVERY MOMENT WE SHARED WITH EACH OTHER FELT REAL AND YET IT WAS ALL JUST A FREAKING DREAM!!!".
"What do you mean?".
"Its complicated.... you wouldn't understand".
Sunset was trying her best not to fall asleep in class again, Whenever she sleeps at night, she keeps tossing and turning when she tried to even sleep. Its not that math was boring its just that Sunset was super sleepy and tried her best to stay awake to focus. She closed her eyes for a second and felt a small piece object had hit her on the forehead, she opened her eyes and saw her math teacher was glaring at her.
"I know your the number 1 top student here in Everton University Ms. Shimmer but from what I'm seeing right now is your showing no interest in my class".
"Sorry Ms. Cinch, It won't happen again ".
Ms. Cinch glared at her one last time and got back to teaching, Sunset sighed quietly and started to take notes.
Princess Twilight was reading her fan mail, junk mails, and more mails. She yawned so loud and continued to sign it, she sometimes think about Sunset. No not her protege, the human world's Sunset. Princess Twilight giggled softly that she remembered how she would sometimes tease the young adult. She then showed a little frown on her face and continued to sign her papers.
"If only our time wasn't a dream..... but it felt so real..... I gotta tell Cadence about this".
Princess Twilight stood up and trotted to her room to get her saddlebags. She went to Spike and told him to come with her to visit her sister-in-law.
"Hey Sunny".
"Yes babe?".
"Iodine, lutetium, vanadium, uranium!".
Sunset had stop reading her science book and look at her girlfriend who was looking at her in a sexy way, Sunset blushed so hard and continued to read her book to study for her exam.
"I.... love you too princess".
The princess squealed and hugged her girlfriend from behind, Sunset smiled and let her princess enjoy her time with her. Princess Twilight began to play with Sunset's hair to kill the time, she didn't want to do anything else. She just wants to feel her girlfriend's warmth, Sunset puts down her book and turns around to kiss her princess.
It was lunch time at EU, Sunset was staring at her food. She brought her own lunch to school everyday because she hated the cafeteria food and she loves her Mom's cooking. But now, she doesn't feel like eating. She couldn't stop thinking about her princess. She keeps asking to herself if she was even real, she felt a tap on her shoulder and look to see Starlight looking at her worriedly.
"Sunny you've been spacing out a lot and almost fell asleep again at Ms. Cinch's class. What's up?".
"Your thinking about this Princess Twilight again are you Shimsham?".
Sunset sighed and puts her head on Starlight's shoulder as she felt an arm around her waist. She likes Starlight's hugs but loves her princess's hugs more. She look at the dazzlings (human) and removed her head from Starlight's shoulder.
"Yeah....".
"You gotta stop thinking about her hothead".
"Is that Twili-".
Sonata cover Adagio's mouth and glared at her angrily. She haven't gotten over by the little stunt that Twilight had done to her childhood friend. Adagio nodded and continues to eat her lunch.
"No, she's different"
Sunset began to eat because she had realize they only have 15 minutes before they will be going back class. The school bell had rang and Sunset hurriedly exited the cafeteria to go to her locker.
"I think I know what's happening here Twilight".
"Please tell me!".
Princess Twilight had been explaining the dreams that she had experience for half an hour while trying not to cry. Princess Cadence was trying to figure out the situation.
"Twilight, you have found your very own knight in blazing armor".
"My what now?".
"Does the story called The princess and her blazing knight familiar to you?".
Princess Twilight thought for a moment and smiled, she in fact did remember that story. She remembered her mom use to read that story when it was her bedtime, she wished she would marry a royal guard.
"Yeah it is".
"That story wasn't a fiction story".
"What?!".
"The princess was dreaming about a knight that she had save when he was going through some hard times, after that she had felt like it was all real. The moments that they both shared felt so real, but then she wanted to see that knight in her dream again but no dreams were shown in her sleep. They keep hearing voices everywhere. The princess heard the knight's voice while the knight had heard the princess's voice. But one day, A terrible creature was destroying Canterlot and it was up to the princess to save her own kingdom but then all of a sudden, A knight with blazing armor came and protected the princess. After the battle, they both were looking at each other and hugged. They both were happy to finally meet each other in real life, they have realize that their magic was linked to each other and it means that they were a perfect match".
"But I'm from here and Sunny is at the other side of the mirror".
"Twilight, The princess was Celestia and the knight in blazing armor is Sombra from an alternate universe".
Sunset Shimmer was using her skateboard to go to Sugarcube corner to grab something to drink, she was skating until she heard people screaming for help and running away. She stopped skating and looks at the scene, she grabbed her board and ran to the direction of the commotion.
She saw a person shooting black flames everywhere while laughing, she saw 7 girls come up and stopped the person. She hid behind a car to watch the scene, she had forgotten her phone at home. She couldn't tell the identities due to the flames that had been shooting whenever they tried to attack. She continued to watch and felt something awfully strange inside her, she looked at her hands and saw her flames had activated on its own, she tried to remove it but it wasn't working.
"What's happening to me?".
"What's happening to me?".
Princess Twilight had heard Sunset's voice and she stood up and look around. Princess Cadence had notice this and gave her sister-in-law a small smile.
"You heard her voice didn't you?".
"Yeah... where is she?".
"Your the only one who can know where she is Twilight, you and her magic had link in your dream".
Princess Twilight smiled and thank Princess Cadence before calling Spike to tell him that they need to go to Ponyville. After a long trip, she hurriedly dropped her saddlebacks and went to the mirror and activates it with the journal she used to keep in touch with her protege.
"Can I come too Twilight?".
"I'm sorry Spike this time you can't".
"I understand".
Princess Twilight gave Spike a small smile and hug him before stepping into the mirror.

Sunset snap out of her thoughts when she heard a familiar voice, she stood up and look around to see if someone had said that. She could of sworn she heard her princess's voice. She turned around and saw the 7 girls were at the ground tired.
"Fools, your so called Friendship is so weak against me!".
The villain activated her dark flames and smirked at them.When the the black flames were getting close to them, Sunset used her speed and deflected it with her own orange flames. The 7 girls and the villain were shock to see her, Sunset removed her school jacket and polo to feel comfortable to fight. She raised her arms like those boxers from a boxing match and glared at the villain.
"I won't let you hurt them!".
"Like your flames scare me!".
Sunset jumped really high and started to attack the villain with her speed. Surprisingly they both had the same speed, agility , but different color of flames. When the black flames were thrown she tried to absorb it by using her mouth but immediately cough so hard and got hit in the face by the flames.
She gripped her throat while coughing, she look up and saw that the villain had trapped her inside the ball of black flames. She tried to adsorb it again but ended up with the same results.
"Your may be my greatest opponent yet but your emotions weren't in control!".
"Get away from my knight!".
The villain turn to the direction of the voice and saw Princess Twilight with a different outfit. She was wearing a leather jacket, white polo with a black bow tie, black skirt and red sneakers (Recall of the Part 5 of HSSC). She was in front of the 7 girls and glaring at the villain.
"I said get away from my knight".
"Where's the fun in that?".
Sunset Shimmer had passed out from anxiety from due to the black flames, she couldn't get out of this. She accepted that this might be her last breathe. Until...
"Get away from my knight!".
She opened her eyes quickly and looked around. She felt someone's presence that has been activating her flames lately, she looked at her hands and saw a small amount of small flames had appeared. It was shimmering and it made Sunset feel determine to get out of this ball.
"Your so called knight is there suffering!, She's probably dead".
"Your wrong!".
The villain laughed and looked at Princess Twilight with a smirk.
"And what makes you say that?".
"Because I can feel her magic".
The mane 7 stood up and stared at the princess confuse. They haven't sensed equestrian magic coming from the human Sunset since she had saved them from being shot. Twilight looked at the ball of flames worriedly and hoping that her ex was safe.
The villain look at the ball and was shock to see that Sunset was absorbing the flames, the villain immediately felt scared when she saw the ball of his own black flames had vanished and saw Sunset was balancing the black and orange flames in her hands. Princess Twilight saw Sunset and smiled happily while shedding her own tears of joy, Cadence was right.
Sunset was wearing a gold armor, golden shoes, and was ponied up. She looked like the knight in blazing armor due to the flames that had surrounded her, Princess Twilight saw that Sunset had grown phoenix wings behind her back. Princess Twilight ran to the direction of Sunset and smiled at her.
Sunset was shock to see that her princess was indeed real and she was right in front of her. The princess of friendship went to Sunset's right side and touched the black flames. The flames slowly turned into the violet, she held Sunset's hand and they both glared at the villain. Princess Twilight ponied up and felt that they slowly levitated at the ground. Princess Twilight's outfit had changed to a white and yellow gown to match Sunset's armor
"You may be strong".
"And friendship can't defeat you".
"But today we both discovered the most powerful magic of all".
Princess Twilight and Sunset Shimmer removed both of their hands and positioned their hands. Sunset had orange flames while the princess of friendship had violet flames.
"The magic of love!".
They both blasted their flames at the villain, the villain tried to deflect their magic but their love was to strong and was defeated.
"NOOOOOO!!!".
The mane 7 cheered at Princess Twilight and Sunset Shimmer as they both got on the ground. Sunset's armor had vanish and was back to her normal clothing, but the pony ears and long hair stayed. Sunset looked at her princess and slowly wrapped her arms around her, Princess Twilight was happy. She finally had seen her love in real life, she cried in joy while hugging her girlfriend. They both looked at each other and slowly leaned closely, they were interrupted with a small cough.
They both turned and saw The mane 7 except for Twilight, smirking while Flash was glaring at Sunset. They both blushed and broke of the hug, they turn to the direction of the defeated villain and saw they had disappeared. Princess Twilight wrapped her arms around Sunset's left arm and looked at her with love in her eyes.
"I'm glad that I finally get to see you".
"Me too princess.... I thought this was all a dream".
"Wanna test that?".
"Huh?".
The princess of friendship peck Sunset's lips and stuck her tongue out. She giggled when she saw Sunset blushing bright red and looked away embarrassed. She hugged Sunset and enjoys the warmth she felt from her. This was the thing she loved when she and Sunset had gotten together. Sunset broke off the hug and looked at her with a smile on her face, she knelled down in one knee and took the princess's hand. She look up and tried not to shed tears.
"Princess, will you be my girlfriend?".
The princess immediately hugged her girlfriend and kissed her in front of her friends which earn cheers coming from them. Twilight smiled, she finally saw that Sunset was happy. Applejack was cheering while comforting Brad- I mean Flash, Sunset broke of the kiss and smirked.
"Someone is eager to kiss my soft lips".
"I can't help it".
"I.... love you Princess".
"I love you too flirt ball".
"But I'm the most attractive flirt ball right?".
"Whatever you say love".
Princess Twilight and Sunset Shimmer leaned in and kissed again, the sun was setting beside them making their kiss looked perfect.
