Then Boris from Metal Gear Rising gave her a codec call. "Twilight Sparkle, my name is Boris. It seems that you lost a Death Battle and got flanderized as completely dependent on others, da? But I'm here to give you a second chance in that show." "No, I can't", replied Twilight sadly. "I ruined everything. The only way I can ever defeat anything is with the magic of friendship. I'm not the Princess of Fighting, and my opponent was far more durable and hit much harder than me." Boris replied, "For this reason, I'm giving you an easier opponent than before: Misuzu Kamio from Eternal Fighter Zero." He held up a picture of a blue-eyed blonde girl in a black dress and boots and a white hair ribbon. "I'm pitting you against her because both of you have been in fighting games and use traps in them. You'll be your Fighting is Magic self again, as that's your game, da? That also means you'll temporarily lose your wings and therefore the alicorn curse of uselessness. Now to face Misuzu, step into the teleportation capsule in front of you." After this, a teleportation capsule appeared in front of Twilight. She stepped in just as Boris asked, and she was transported in front of her library as a unicorn. Trotting over to her library's door, she bucked it open to find Misuzu using a blue pen to scribble on random books in the library. This enraged Twilight, who then bellowed "Little girl, those books are for reading, not scribbling on!" Misuzu then angrily threw the pen toward Twilight's skull, but Twilight ducked to dodge the pen. Misuzu then pulled out a juice box and splashed it on Twilight's force field. All this did was stain the force field. Twilight then dropped her barrier and slapped the juice box away before bucking Misuzu backwards into a bookcase. Twilight bellowed "Stop wetting my books" while firing four magic shots at her. After the first two shots hit Misuzu in the stomach and the third in the face, Misuzu grew wings to block the fourth. Misuzu did a somersault to slash at Twilight with her wings, but Twilight dodged with a teleport before bucking Misuzu in the butt. As Misuzu then pulled out a flagpole to swing at Twilight, Twilight telekinetically grabbed a book from a nearby bookcase and began using the book to parry all of Misuzu's flagpole swings. Misuzu then did an overhead swing, which Twilight rolled out of the way to dodge before giving her another buck to the butt, causing her to fly back and drop the pole upon hitting the wall. Misuzu then took the pen back, scribbled on the floor, dashed behind Twilight, and shoved her forward where the scribble was. A paper version of Misuzu popped up on the scribble's location, knocked Twilight upward, and disappeared. Misuzu created another scribble trap on the same spot, but Twilight teleported sideways and shot Misuzu in the head with another magic blast, causing the scribble trap to disappear just like in EFZ when Misuzu actually gets hit. "Two can play at that game", declared Twilight. She then started throwing electrically charged paper traps onto the floor before Misuzu hit her backwards with a wing somersault, landed on one of the traps, and got electrocuted. Unlike Misuzu's scribble traps, Twilight's paper traps did not disappear when their user got hit. Twilight then proceeded to block another jab from Misuzu with her hoof and both punch and kick her into the paper traps, further electrocuting her. Misuzu then summoned Sora, her black crow, to dash at Twilight. As soon as Sora approached her, Twilight ducked and her horn cut Sora in half. Seeing Sora's bisected corpse, Misuzu crawled in a ball with her wings above her and began shooting blue, slow-moving light orbs. "Do these blue orbs disappear when this girl is hit too?" Twilight proved right after rolling up to Misuzu and poking her twice with a forehoof. The first poke hurt Misuzu, but the second caused her to explode in pink juice, launch Twilight backwards, and reform. "Did you just reconstruct yourself?" Twilight took the pole and bisected Misuzu with it by the waist, quipping "Sorry you had to split" before the halves pulled themselves back together. The two combatants then clashed their hooves, fists, and feet together before Misuzu summoned a blue stegosaurus in front of her. As the stegosaurus began breathing fire, Twilight leaped backward out of its range and threw energy balls at both Misuzu's head and the stegosaurus. The dinosaur disappeared from existence the moment Misuzu got hit. Then Misuzu summoned a pterodactyl in front of her to breath more fire. Twilight ducked and threw the pole at Misuzu's kneecap, staggering her and causing the pterodactyl to vanish. Then when Misuzu summoned a bigger dinosaur to breathe more fire, Twilight covered her own face with an elbow, aimed a floating book at Misuzu, yelled "Story Arc Climax", and had the book fire a laser beam at Misuzu, which knocked Misuzu into another bookcase. The dinosaur vanished from its user getting hit and Misuzu exploded completely except for her head. As the bookcase exploded, Misuzu got up with a full body, short hair, pink pajamas, and a dinosaur doll. Having exhausted all her other options, all Misuzu could do now was slowly, weakly walk up to Twilight. As Misuzu approached her, Twilight charged up a powerful, flashy magic nova, then released it as soon as Misuzu entered point-blank range. The magic nova put out all the fire in the library, tidied up the books and shelves, and disintegrated Misuzu completely. KO! Twilight then wrote on parchment, "Dear Princess Celestia, my second Death Battle had much better results than my first. This time I got to fight someone I could handle alone. I'm not so useless alone after all, just in case anyone thought I was. Twilight blasted the Air out of Misuzu Kamio." Boris then contacted Twilight again. "Very good, Twilight! That girl you just obliterated had no canon feats compared to you. She's not even a fighter in her own show, Air. All she does is cry and die. Barely anyone would know about her existence if it wasn't for Eternal Fighter Zero, da? Meanwhile, everyone knows about your show and toyline. Misuzu was created solely to depress people, while you bring happiness and positivity to them. I also like you better as a unicorn, so I'll keep you like that for longer.
