Sunset a had arrived with Hellion limping behind her at the Canterlot Castle the next morning, as soon as she got out Celestia was standing there with concern on her face “Has the mission been completed?”

Sunset nodded “I have reason to assume in order to prevent our escape Tronio mutated himself into a huge monster using a variant of the T-Veronica Virus, his daughter Octavia Melody helped put him down but she was bleeding quite badly on the chopper, can you get a medical team to check on her.”

Celestia nodded “Very well, I’ll also make sure your partner is alright as well” she then sighed “You have another mission lined up, it’s quite important. Normally I wouldn’t send you on another mission so soon but this is an important one or rather a personal one.”

Sunset scowled as she took the scroll from Celestia, she was not keen on going on another mission until she read it and her scowl turned to a grin “I see, well let no-one ever say that Sunset Shimmer leaves her family in trouble. I’ll be back soon don’t worry.”

Sunset ran towards the chopper, passing a group of ponies carrying Octavia out on a stretcher, she grinned “I have another mission, we need to head to the Fonolin Forest.”

The chopper pilot nodded “We’re off, don’t worry.”

Sunset laid back as the chopper took off (I wonder kind of mess Daring has gotten herself into this time.)

The Chopper flew over a dense jungle with, Sunset frowned “Stop and lower me here, then stay out of sight don’t want to lose the element of surprise.” The pilot nodded and Sunset lowered herself on a rope, then the pilot hid the chopper out of sight.

Sunset heard the sound of hoofsteps, and hid in the tall grass. Two brown stallions were on patrol, one complained as he swatted at a mosquito “Why does Dr Caballeron want us to patrol this place?”

The other grimaced “Because he is working with Ahuizotl to get rid of Daring Doo and we are out here to make sure they aren’t disturbed.”

Sunset snuck up behind them and shoved her claws into their throats, she dragged them into the grass. She then began to sneak from bush to bush silently, as she approached a field she saw glowing lights.

She peered around the corner to see a large field full of ponies armed to the teeth, her eyes widened as she saw her sister tied to a pyre. Sunset frowned “It seems I must try a new trick to wipe them out, can’t have that many armed opposition.” Sunset’s body glowed with unicorn magic as she soared into the air, she then lifted a claw.

Ahuizotl growled “Caballeron, why haven’t we burnt her to death yet!”

Dr Caballeron rolled his eyes “Setting up something like this takes quite a bit of work, it needs…”

Ahuizotl eyes widened as he looked up“Caballeron, Caballeron…” he was ignored , he looked down and shouted “Caballeron!”

Caballeron snapped “What!”

Ahuizotl pointed behind him, Caballeron’s eyes widened as he sure a huge ball of fire floating in the air above a unicorn mare. Sunset’s voice boomed shocking all the minions on the ground as well as their two leaders “Take this, you bastards Supernova!”

All their minions to do was watch as the huge death ball of flames flew towards them, Sunset over cutting through Daring’s ropes and the two flew into the air barely avoiding being caught in the blast, Daring shouted “What the fuck was that?!”

Sunset grinned “That was my Supernova attack, it’s like setting off a small star in a localised area.”

Daring sighed “In truth these two just decided to try and kill me, I wasn’t even chasing anything they were after.”

Sunset frowned “So those idiots just decided to kill you so you wouldn’t bother them later, what bastards!”

Daring Doo grimaced “I agree let’s get out of here, the smell of corpses will make me sick.” The two returned to the ground and left the area.

Sunset smiled “It’s good to see you again” she then grimaced “I faced another zombie incident and more mutants.”

Daring Doo shuddered “I don’t know how you do it, I mean I’m willing to face death every day but to face the idea you’ll be a a living corpse.”

Sunset shrugged “Us Special Operatives while the name is different are trained to be single pony armies, we are trained to fear no threat and to overcome all challenges. Of course most B.O.W.s in the mutant class are also in a similar vein, T-Virus Tyrants G-virus mutants and T-Veronica mutants are also armies by themselves so they can be a major threat to us.”

Daring Doo blinked as a chopper flew over head with a rope still attached “Is that our way out?”

Sunset smiled “Yes, are you read to teleport sis?’

Daring Doo nodded as she closed her eyes “I am ready, thank for informing me about the teleport.”

Sunset teleported the both of them onto the chopper, as soon as Daring opened her eyes Sunset frowned “I know how bad it is when being part of an unexpected teleport, it is part of Spec Ops training and it never stops being unpleasant.”

The pair began discussing the intricacies of Spec Ops training on the way back to the Canterlot Castle.
