Sunset, Cloud and Spike were sitting at a table when they heard a knock on the door. Sunset trotted over and opened the door only to see a pitch black unicorn mare with a blonde mane, a pair of sunglasses marked her flanks while a similar pair of sunglasses covered her eyes. The mare frowned “We need to talk.”

Sunset growled “Badass why are you here and since when did you become a mare?!”

Badass shook her head “A bio-terrorist attack is planned on Manehatten. I need your help to take it down, I promise I will explain everything to you soon.”

Sunset cracked her claws “If you’re lying there will no force that will stop me form tearing you limb from limb.”

Cloud frowned “Be careful, there is no reason to trust her.”

Spike stood up “I should come with you. You can’t trust her, she is one of those bio-theorists. What if this is just a ruse?”

Sunset turned to him with a frown “No, if this is really dangerous than it would be best if you stay here. I don’t want you to get hurt over something like this, I’ll be fine.”

Spike and Cloud looked on with worry as Sunset followed Badass, a helicopter was hovering in the center of town with a rope hanging from it. Sunset and Badass climbed the rope, Sunset frowned as they took a seat “Badass what is going on?!”

Hidden Image poked her head out from the Pilot’s seat as Badass pulled up the rope “Badass over there has been trying to make herself immortal. Her first successful male body went nuts, almost killing her original body and running off. Apparently that clone found it’s way to the Creator’s mansion.”

Sunset frowned “At least tell me that the attack on Manehatten is not some lie to bring me here.?”

Badass sighed “It’s a rumour but it’s enough to investigate. A strange building on the outskirts of Manehatten is having a huge buzz of activity. Various ponies are carrying strange chemicals into the building.”

Sunset frowned “How soon till we arrive at the building.”

Hidden smirked “I’ll have us there within the hour. Relax, get to know each other a little bit. After all, Sunset and Cloud have been looking for a third party for their nightly activities.”

Sunset and Badass shout in unison as their faces glow red “Hidden!”

Hidden burst into laughter “Take a joke, you two really are a pair of stiffs” she then frowned “We’ll be there soon. I don’t know what is going on in there but I suggest caution.”

The two nodded as they prepared to leave the chopper, Badass tossed a rope down while Sunset just leapt out of the chopper smashing into the ground with a solid thud. Badass climbed down and passed her a handgun “You‘re going to need this.”

Sunset rolled her eyes as she took the firearm “Hardly, you don’t know what I’m capable of.”

The two approached the large crate like structure, when a tyrant burst out of the building. Badass growled “Crap, wasn’t expecting a tyrant to be here!”

Sunset rushed at the Tyrant, before the tyrant could react she punched the bio-weapon which was completely vaporized by the force. Badass blinked “How…”

Sunset grinned “I told you I didn’t need that gun. Now come on we need to move.”
They burst into the large building only to find that it was a massive lab, their eyes narrowed another version of Badass Sunglasses standing there with a grin. Sunset growled “So you’re the copy!”

Sunglasses shook his head “Technically but I have my own goals. I will become a god of a new perfect world where the weak will fall, now let’s see if you qualify to live in my new world.” He pressed a button and countless syringes flew at Sunset, Sunset dodged all expect for one which had embedded itself in her back injecting a strange virus.

Sunglasses grinned “Now let’s see if it works.”

Sunset gritted her teeth as near unbearable pain shot through her body, Badass growled “What do you hope to accomplish with this madness?!”

Before Sunglasses could reply huge waves of magical power began to fly out from Sunset. Sunglasses grinned “It’s working, seem Sunset is worthy of the virus.” He then turned to the female version of himself “Badass, the virus is designed to make one a god.”

Badass growled “You idiot, Sunset already had godlike powers. Imagine how powerful she is going to be now!”

Meanwhile in Sunset’s mind Windstorm was holding onto to Sunset’s mental form gritting his own teeth as he took his fair share of the pain “We’ll get through this together, I promise.”

A voice joined him as a pitch black Earth Pony Stallion with a crimson red mane and a pair of golden snakes on his flanks bounced through the mindscape. The new stallion grinned as he began taking some of the pain into himself, his cheery voice echoed “Hiya, I’m Uroboros.”

Windstorm sighed “At least Sunset is going to survive this one. I was really worried about the virus.”

Badass was glaring at Sunglasses as the air started to heat up “You are a total moron!” Her horn glowed as she formed a glowing red shield while Sunglasses fled the building, Badass gritted her teeth as the the building began to melt her shield cracking from the heat.

Sunset let out a powerful roar as she regained herself drawing the power back in, Uroboros smiled inside her mindscape (Hiya.)

Sunset groaned “Great” she then turned to Badass “What happened.”

Badass grimaced “He got away, we have no idea of where he went and the lab is gone so we should head back.” With that they returned to the Helicopter knowing this was only the beginning.
