Skidding to a stop on her left side smirking playfully, patting her friend on the side as Pinkie simply gave a sweet giggle. “I thought you'd be halfway to Vinyl's party by now?- Let me guess feeling sick?” Pinkie narrowed blue eyes in curiosity. “Ha, nah!” Rainbow snorted. “Oh, you have a super duper bigger party to get to!” Pinkie squealed. “No!” Rainbow sighed. “Waiting to haunt the school as a Phantom?” Pinkie gasped in awe. “Pinkie!” Rainbow arched her hips to the side. “Oh, I gotcha you're constipated!?” Pinkie smugly spoke extra loud, other people gazing their way with odd looks. “What, no!?” Rainbow blushed a bright red across both cheeks, Pinkie about to speak before she placed a hand firmly over her mouth. “I saw your bike was busted, wanted to know if I could give you a ride!?” Rainbow spoke calmly if a bit annoyed, leaving Pinkie shouldn't take up much time she thought. “Mm-hmm! Rrrh huggh!” Pinkie spoke giggling in a muffled tone. “Huh?” Rainbow scrunched her nose cutely, lowering her hand. “I said awesome, I could really use help with my delivery!” Pinkie jumped up and down in excitement, pointing a slender pink finger to the sidewalk where a stack of boxes were placed. “Deliver-oi! Fine…” Rainbow gave a deflated sigh, slumping over before helping her friend move the boxes into her backseat. She was totally going to miss the party. “This is a totally awesome party!” Rainbow gave a loud giggle as she grooved to the hip rock music blaring across the large colorfully decorated room. Pinkie was across the room on the far right, stacking row after row of cupcakes and donuts atop a long white refreshment table. Kids of all ages running around the open room in excitement and laughter, Pinkie making sure to kick her party cannon at her side, sending bright vibrant confetti flying across the room. Rainbow continued her dance with a cute young boy in a wheelchair, he was at least ten but he sure did know how to dance. Rainbow swaying her body to the music and laughing, even teaching a pair of little girls in white hospital gowns a few new moves. She was beyond happy for helping Pinkie out with her special delivery, both girls enjoying a kicking party well into the night. Hopping out of her car she slowly took a calm stroll over to her friend's side, Fluttershy gazing up in a welcoming smile before her vibrant colorful friend took a seat on the edge of the fountain. “Couldn't help but notice, you were looking down.” Rainbow smirked as she gave her friend a playful push on her shoulder. “Well, I just heard some frightful news.” Fluttershy gave a small sigh, wrapping herself in a tight hug as she fought back tears. “You can tell me Fluttershy, I'm always down for a challenge!” The pastel blue girl swung up in excitement, clutching her fist as if ready for a battle. “Well, the Canterlot Homeless Shelter is about to close down…” Fluttershy gave a saddened reply, her eyes shifting to the clear water of the fountain. “But that's so uncool, why!?” Rainbow felt as if a person punched her right in the gut, a sense of apathy flowing over her. “Lack of funds, even less volunteers.” Fluttershy covered her eyes in sadness, sobbing aloud as if she had failed herself. “Hmm!” Rainbow stood there in a numb silence, looking across the parking lot before spotting Octavia near her car getting ready to leave. Rainbow knew she was besties with Vinyl, her feet carrying her as fast as she could run. The large beige car pulling out of the lot slowly, Rainbow feeling herself fly through the air as she made a leap for it. Crashing loudly onto the hood of Octavia's car with a dull flop, the vehicle slammed to a sudden stop before Rainbow went flying off into the distance with a thud. “Um, can I help you!?” Tavi spoke confused, her head sticking out of her window. Rainbow felt as if she just went ten rounds with a semi truck, sitting up on the ground with a dazed look on her face. “Can you totally do me a favor?” Rainbow spoke before plopping down onto the cool asphalt below. The Canterlot Homeless Shelter was jumping with excitement and buzz like no other, a huge crowd of young adults of every kind stretching down the sidewalk. All ready to sign up as volunteers to help out, Octavia sitting at a small table out front taking donations with a cheerful smile. The shelter just shattering their two thousand dollar goal, by three extra thousand! Within the building a huge crowd of people were helping to prepare food for the night, others talking up the guests of the shelter joyously. Fluttershy dancing around the building happily taking volunteer signatures, Vinyl on her awesome DJ booth playing music for the crowd. “You're like 20% cooler for agreeing to help out!” Rainbow spoke in a happy tone of voice, helping to carry out a huge tray of freshly baked bread to the shelter's guest. Vinyl flashing a beaming smile before lifting her tiny hand in a thumbs up. Rainbow looked across the crowded room happily, the young and old chatting in excitement. Nobody was treated any differently here, the community coming together as one for a good cause that would last for years to come. Violet eyes widening in terror as she went smashing roughly into a drive safely sign in front of herself, people rushing over to see if she was ok swiftly. “Are you alright!?” Principal Celestia quickly poked her head through Rainbow's open window in worry. “Owww, yeah! Just trying to get to a party, way too quickly!” Rainbow gave a flustered yet nervous reply to her principal, who flashed an odd gaze. “Oh, crashed for a party! I can totally dig that yo!” Celestia flashed a beaming smile to her student, Rainbow doing the exact same with a blank stare. Rainbow grumbled into a freshly clean toilet holding a toothbrush, her reflection in the clear blue water of the bowl mocking her. Celestia leaning against the sink in the Girls Bathroom, with arched hips off to the side. Faint music of 'Get Jiggy With It’ playing from her office in the background. “Hurry up Ms. Dash, this party is just getting started!” Celestia did a bob of the head to the music playing. “But I cleaned everything in here!?” Rainbow groaned on her knees beside the open toilet, Celestia taking out a new toothbrush from her pocket and tossing it to her student. “Girls Bathroom yes, but the Boys Bathroom is still waiting!” Celestia giggled in devious delight. Rainbow shuddering in place against the edge of the toilet bowl, quickly dunking her head into the cold water in defeat before yanking the flush. Anyone who was anyone would be there, or risk being a total noob who for all intensive purposes would be a square. The crowds of teens rushing towards the parking lot, tossing off their backpacks into the back of their cars ready to take off. Rainbow Dash was beyond ready for this party, rushing over to her awesome set of wheels she performed an impressive flip through the open window into her seat. Nothing in this whole world could stop her now, clicking her seatbelt on in a blur of colors she gazed ahead to a unfortunate sight. Fluttershy was off by herself near the school fountain, slumped over with a solemn look of sadness in her bright turquoise eyes. Off to her right she spotted Pinkie poking at her bike in a bit of a huff, the chain on the wheel completely snapped off. Her hair was a flustered mess of annoyance, eyes on the verge of crying. Of course if she was backing out, it could be very possible she saw none of her friends in need of help.
