In Fillydelphia, ponies and dragons already had a hard time getting along, and the appearance of Pokémon just makes things even worse. Soon afterwards, someone starts causing fires in places where ponies live, and the locals are quick to blame the new arrivals.

There were three witnesses at the scene of the first crime: Mina, a dragon obsessed with superhero comics; Clair, a haughty human-turned-Dragonair, and Whitney, a whiny human-turned-Jigglypuff. They’ll have to put aside their differences in order to help a rookie police unicorn solve the case!
