'Oops' Won't Make Up For This...
Starlight adored being Twilight's student and was honoured to learn from her; however, she hated how the princess would limit the spells she could learn. Starlight knew this was only for her safety but Twilight admitted that Starlight appeared to have higher potential than she did as a student. Twilight always thought that Starlight was way too hyperactive when it comes to new spells. Sure, it was a good trait, but Twilight believed Starlight usually crossed the line.
That particular day, Starlight was looking through a spellbook and found 'The Expert Teleportation Spell' on page one-hundred and four.
The Expert Teleportation Spell
In need of teleporting to another universe, dimension or anywhere outside of the Continent of Equestria, this is the spell to use.
This spell can only be used after practising the Beginner and Advanced teleportation spells. While doing the spell, the spellcaster must think of where they want to go and then ignite their horn until it is of extremely intense brightness. After completing the first two steps, the spellcaster must say the following words:
"A new world, a new place. With the magic in my horn, I'll speed up the pace. "

"Twilight, isn't this spell amazing?" Starlight asked her teacher. The princess looked at the book then back at her student. A puzzled look was spread over Twilight's face.
"Starlight, this spell is even more advanced than the advanced spell! I'm sorry, but you need to have more practice on the Advanced Teleportation Spell. Once you've perfected it, you can learn the expert spell. Alright, Starlight?" Starlight nodded with a counterfeit grin on her face.
Surely, there must be a way to try that spell. All Starlight Glimmer needed was a simple plan to learn her spell. Once Twilight Sparkle left the room to complete her royal duties as the princess of friendship, Starlight started planning. Starlight couldn't keep her eyes away from the spellbook; she knew that she had to open it to satisfy her hunger for learning. Starlight's eyes searched around the room, hoping no one could see her- if anyone saw her, she would be in horrible trouble.
Taking a deep, calming breath, Starlight opened page one-hundred and four. The unicorn read the page, again and again, while focusing on each and every word. She took a seat on the floor as she talked to herself.
"Alright, Starlight, where do you want to go? After all, the spell asked you to focus on where you go. How about Twilight's mirror dimension? That would be a great place to start... I've missed Sunset Shimmer anyways!"
As the unicorn sat on the floor, crossing her hind legs, she thought of the mirror dimension. I need to go to the mirror dimension, the one with Canterlot High School...
Starlight gulped as she began to read the most vital part of the spell: the words.
"A new world, a new place. With the magic in my horn, I'll speed up the pace. "
Starlight's voice became louder as she told herself that it'll be fine.
"A new world, a new place. With the magic in my horn, I'll speed up the pace. "
She told herself that she can do it.
"A new world, a new place. With the magic in my horn, I'll speed up the pace... "
Her voice echoed around the room when she finally did it...
"A new world, a new place. With the magic in my horn, I'll speed up the pace! "
Starlight's horn ignited with a blinding light, forcing her to close her eyes before she turned blind. When Starlight opened her eyes, she realized that she was still in Twilight's castle- the only difference was that everything in the room was burned, even her face was slightly toasted- not too much though.
Starlight's jaw dropped as she looked around the absolutely toasted room. She was going to be punished- she was going to be punished horribly. Starlight feared that her teacher might fire her as a student for burning her library. Hastily, Starlight cast a quick spell to clean up the library; however, all the books were still burnt.
"How will I replace all these books when some of theme are one-of-a-kind?" Starlight was able to replace most of the books in Twilight Sparkle's library although fifteen of them were irreplaceable. Starlight gulped and hoped that her teacher wouldn't mind.
Now that the room was- almost- cleaned up, Starlight began wondering why her spell didn't work. Remembering how intense the glow from her horn was and how the entire room burnt, Starlight thought her power was too strong. After all, when the spellbook said that the light should be extremely intense, it was obviously not meant to burn an entire library. Deep inside, Starlight thought she was way too powerful for such a spell.
The unicorn shook her head. It was time to act as if nothing happened. She grabbed one of the burnt rare books from the library. The cover read "The Incomplete Theory of Other Universes".
Equestria Is Not The Only World...
Equestria is a beautiful land that stands for equality and friendship. It stands for peace and love. It stands for kindness, honesty, generosity, loyalty, laughter and magic.
Dear reader, I shall tell you the truth that Equestria isn't the only land that exists. Between the land of Equestria and the Mirror Land, there is a barrier. The barrier is the Mirror found in the Canterlot castle, guarded by Princess Celestia and her guards. Every 30 moons (819 days), the barrier opens and anyone can enter. Beware, if one stays in the Mirror Land for too long they-
Unfortunately, the rest of the page was completely burnt to a crisp. After seeing the page, Starlight bit her lips and guilt invaded her brain. Shame was all she felt at the moment. As she stretched her arm to put the book back in its place, she noticed something extremely peculiar.
Now, this particular thing would lead to more of the same peculiar things that would confuse everypony, not just Starlight Glimmer. The book seemed to be... glitching. Glitching as in beginning to disappear in a certain odd way. Out of the blue, the book dropped on the floor. When Starlight leaned down to grab the book again, she couldn't touch it- her hand went right through the book. Starlight gasped as the book glitched once more before disappearing.
The unicorn was puzzled by this odd book and how it disappeared in a simple flash. Suddenly, Starlight heard an unfamiliar female voice crying in joy.
"Hands! After all this time, I have hands!"
All of a sudden, ponies started having different eyes, odd-looking ears and wacky noses. Starlight had no idea what was happening, but she knew she was all to blame. Now drowned by guilt, Starlight had no choice but to fix this mess that she created. Surely, she should've learned from the legend of Pandora's Box- curiosity caused all evils in the world to be unleashed, and she shouldn't make the same mistake as Pandora did.
Unfortunately, Starlight was too impatient to open the book to the point that she forgot about the story of Pandora's horrid box.
