Sick

Twilight was watching Ponyville from her castle as it was morning time. She had just woken up a few moments ago and had breakfast, soon she would be ready to go out or stay at her castle in case somebody wanted to meet with her.

Twilight decided to go out and see the town for a bit. She got dressed and headed out the door.

Twilight breathed in the fresh air as it was really refreshing to be out. As she was walking through Ponyville she said good morning to people that she knew.

While she was outside however she started to not feel to well as she sniffled.

She realized she had the cold after a few more seconds of thinking about it. She decided to go and get help.

Soon Fluttershy was taking Twilight's temperature as Twilight had gone to her. Even though she was better with animals she had the skills to take care of a humans health as well.

The thermometer beeped so she took it out ot Twilight's mouth and read it and saw that it was better.

"Your temperature is pretty high. I suggest you stay in bed....that is if you want to..." Fluttershy said with a blush but Twilight shook her head.

"Its okay Flutttershy I'll stay in bed. I wont be going anywhere till I'm better so dont worry." Twilight said reassuringly.

"Um...thanks Twilight. That's what I wanted, do you need anything else while I'm here?" Fluttershy asked. Twilight shook her head and spoke.

"I'm fine for now Fluttershy, you can go ahead and leave if I need help I'll just have Spike do it once he comes home." Twilight said. Fluttershy nodded and left.

Once Fluttershy left Twilight sighed as she couldnt believe that she had become bed ridden. She hated being sick due to the fact that she couldnt get close to anyone.

While Twilight stayed in the bed their age gave herself cold medicine whenever she needed to. As she did this there was a knock on her door.

"I'm sick!" Twilight warned loudly as she didnt want to make anyone sick. The person waited to open the door for a couple if minutes and then the door opened and Elizabeth came walking in.

"I heard you were sick? Fluttershy was going on about it so I came to check up on you." Elizabeth said. Twilight groaned.

"You shouldnt be here you will get sick!" Twilight said but Elizabeth didnt listen and sat down by her and removed her prosthetic legs.

"Well it's not all bad. You can recover from it...I can take care of you." Elizabeth said.

"I dont need it! Arent you supposed to be at your track meeting?" Twilight said with a sigh.

"Why trying to get rid of me?" Elizabeth asked.

"Because I dont want you to get sick. Twilight complained.

" I'm trying to make you feel better because I thought it would cheer you up but I guess it didnt so I'm sorry about that. When you laugh though cover your nose and mouth so you dont spread any germs." Elizabeth teased.

"Dont you think I know this? Twilight sighed. Elizabeth took her prosthetic legs off and sat down on the bed.

"Want a bowl of soup? I can make you little alphabet letters?" Elizabeth joked. Twilight laughed.

"I didnt have that in mind but soup does sound good. Can you make that? Twilight asked. Elizabeth nodded. Elizabeth went downstairs and made Twilight her food and called Twilight down to get it.

"Just dont sneeze over it I dont need to be grossed out." Elizabeth laughed.

"Oh Haha." Twilight said. Twilight was given the soup and she ate it. Twilight walked back upstairs and coughed loudly.

"I think I should leave before get sick!" Elizabeth laughed as she put the dish in the sink.

"Your bailing on me huh? Twilight called out.

"Sorry Twilight but you understand how it is I dont want to get sick. I really hope you will feel better." Elizabeth called out to her.

"I understand!" Twilight said loudly so she could here her."

"I hope you feel better Twilight." Elizabeth said lougly as she left the castle. Twilight groaned as she rolled over onto her side as she laid there for a long time.

Soon she was able to get some sleep and a few hours later Rainbow Dash woke her up. Twilight coughed repeatedly.

"Twilight you dont sound to good." Rainbow Dash said.

"I have a cold...you shouldnt stay here or you will get sick. I dont want to give you my cold or it will make me feel bad and I will be at fault because you git sick because of me." Twilight said.

"I saw Elizabeth head in this direction. Did she say where she was going? I'm trying to catch up to her to give her something." Rainbow Dash said. Twilight coughed again.

"She came to check on me because Fluttershy told her about my condition. I had no idea Fluttershy would meet up with her but apparently she did. I don't like thr fact that Fluttershy made Slizabeth worry so much just to come over here. " Twilight said.

"Alright thanks! Sorry you dont feel awesome. I hope you get better! Drink lots of fluids! Make sure that Spike takes care of you." Rainbow Dash stated. Rainbow Dash left and Twilight was all alone in her castle again.

Soon Twilight got better and when she did she met up with Elizabeth and Twilight watched Elizabeth run the track in Ponyville.

After that Twilight' friends along with Elizabeth celebrated Twilight's recovery from the cold.

Twilight made sure that she washed her hands more often. She also went to see the doctors to make sure that the cold didnt do any lasting damage to her system.

After that she made sure to do any work that she didnt do due to having a cold because their had been a few things Celestia needed her to do. Twilight doon got better

Once she did that Twilight went back to her regular schedule as she was glad that she got better.
