Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

After everything that happened last time, Starlight, Discord, Thorax and Trixie all got this huge party thrown for them as a big "hank you" from everypony else. It was great, but it got Twilight worried about what should come next for Starlight. She spoke with Celestia about it and reasoned that she needed to be sent away, just like she was when she was Celestia's apprentice. She didn't take to the idea well, but she gave it her all when it came to figuring out places for her to go. And let me tell you, it was weird seeing her use her magic to conjure up all those solutions to the issue.

In the end though, she basically left it up for Starlight to decide for herself, and the decision was...she's staying! Starlight feels like she's not ready to strike out on her own just yet, and Twilight was more than happy to accept that choice. So yeah, Starlight's staying with us, and I'm happy for that. It's been good having her here, and I look forward to a lot more fun with her in future.

Also, did Celestia have some hidden meaning when she said there's "no wrong way to fantasize"? Because I feel I need to look deeper into that.
