Dear Diary,

No, you didn't read that title wrong, I really do have wings! After spending all my life as a flightless dragon, now I can finally get up there in the air like the rest of them! How did this happen? Well, it began when I started to itch uncontrollably, and then a whole bunch of other symptoms started showing up. I had no idea what was going on, but then Smolder came along and told me I was going through the molt, basically a dragon's time of growing out of the baby phase. I was terrified of being rejected by Twilight since that's what's supposed to happen to dragons who go through it. But, after it happened, Twilight still wants me with her. I mean, why did I let myself think that? This is Twilight. She'd never reject me like this!

So yeah, you're talking to a bonna fide flying dragon now! I can't wait to get into practising my flying. But who do I ask for help? Twilight? Rainbow Dash? Smolder or Ember maybe? I can't think because I'm just so excited. Heck, I've only just started and I was already able to help beat a roc! Don't ask.

This is such a huge change. I wonder if this is what Twilight felt when she got her wings? I'll go ask her.
