Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

You wouldn't believe the kind of day me and Twilight have had! First, we had to go to a town called Ponyville, which I've never heard of before. And I wasn't able to get over to Moondancer's party either, which was pretty disappointing. I hope we get to see her again after all this. But I'm getting distracted, because guess what happened when we went to the Summer Sun Celebration? Princess Celestia was gone! And what's more, Nightmare Moon showed up! Yes, the Mare in the Moon! She's real! I was so shocked that I couldn't help myself. I fainted. Oh, er, I mean, I passed out. Yeah, much better.

When I woke up, Twilight was gone too. But she left a note at the library. That's where we're staying while we're here by the way. It said that she's gone to some place called Everfree with five other ponies. She didn't name names but I think I know who she's talking about. We met some really nice mares when we arrived here today, and they were a lot of fun. There was even one...a wonderful, beautiful one that...er...maybe I'll write about her later, when things are less doomy.

So yeah, I'm just sitting here right now, waiting for Twilight to come back. I really hope she's okay. I don't know what I'll do if I don't see her again.

I guess I'll just wait and see.
