Dear Diary,

Today I learned just how much work the pegasus ponies put into making the weather of Equestria run so smoothly. I mean, I always knew there was a lot of work involved, but oh boy, I never really understood until today! The sheer effort of all those pegasi trying to get all that water up in the air, it was amazing! And you know what else? Fluttershy really showed her A-game today! Everypony thought she was gonna be unable to really contribute, but she proved everypony wrong! She really showed her worth today, and whatever fears she had about helping out, she truly overcame them! It was great being able to see her help like this, and Rainbow Dash was pretty amazed too.

Twilight and me are planning on inviting them over to our place for dinner, as a kind of celebration for a job well done. Rainbow looked pretty eager, and even Fluttershy was excited to come over. I've always enjoyed cooking for friends, and I look forward to being able to make something good for them. Though I hope Rainbow doesn't brag too much about how awesome they were. I know they did good, but that kind of boasting can get pretty tiresome.

You know, I think I'll cook Fluttershy an extra-big portion, just because I can.
