Dear Diary,

Yeah, you read the title, so you know who's turned up to mess things up again. Flim and Flam. Apparently just one time of getting under Applejack's skin wasn't enough for them, so they decided to do it again. This time they had this so-called "cure all" tonic that, at the time, everypony thought would...well...cure all. One of these ponies was Granny Smith, who took it and felt like she could go back to her old swimming career. AJ was convinced it'd be good to lie, but, as ever, she realised this was a bad idea in the end and confessed to everything the brothers had been getting up to.

It was weird, hearing about it when Twilight told me what had happened. Applejack is the most honest pony we know, yet she was tricked by a pair we all know are tricksters and charlatans. I guess, when the wind is, right, anypony can be made to do something bad. Say enough nice things about something we know is wrong and, well, I guess we might start to think that it's right. At the very least the Flim Flams have been driven out of town again, and if they know what's good for them they'll stay out this time.

All the same, AJ's back to her old honest self, and though she thinks it may take a while for us to trust her, I think it'll be less time than she thinks.
