Dear Diary,

Can't this country go one day, just one day, without a wedding being interrupted and nearly ruined by some big catastrophe? Well, apparently not, since the long-overdue wedding of Cranky and Matilda was nearly derailed by the arrival of a Bugbear. Thankfully, Twilight and the others faced off against it and have been spending all day just trying to get the thing out of town. Now, this leaves the business of the wedding down to the rest of us, and let me tell you, it's no small order. There's stuff going wrong all over the place and the ponies all seem to have some issue of their own to be dealing with right now. At the very least, I'm happy Celestia and Luna will be coming over to visit, which will be nice.

I hope Cranky and Matilda are happy at the end of all this. They spent so long apart from one another for so many years, and now they finally have a chance to tie the knot and get married. I know, I'm getting sappy and emotional, but what can I say, I love a good romantic moment when I see one. Wish Twilight and the others would hurry it up with that monster though, otherwise they're gonna miss the whole thing!

Anyways, I've just gotta put my gift over on the table over there, so see ya!
