Flight of a Pegasus
When Scootaloo stands up to her abusive father, she is taken from him. Now she's in the DFS.
After a chain of events leads to Scootaloo being taken from her father and put into Department of Foal Services custody, she finds herself living with the Apple family until DFS can find a better place for her. Only it seems they are searching outside of Ponyville.
