Ever since the events of the last Hearth’s Warming, Moon Dancer has had Twilight Sparkle on her mind. Now that three months had passed and the dust had settled, the studious library pony had to reach out to the Princess of Friendship, she had questions that she needed answering.

But when the smart purple alicorn agrees to meet for a coffee, Moon Dancer’s nerves start to nibble at her gut. Would Twilight remember that kiss? Would she be angry? Would she refuse if Moon Dancer wanted it to go further?

The bespectacled mare with the crimson and lavender mane stared across the road at the unassuming cafe for as long as she needed to muster strength. Finally, however, the luring scent of coffee and the promise of a brighter future were all enough to encourage her. She crossed the busy street awkwardly, took a deep breath, and pushed through the door.
