Halfway through walking back to the library, Scootaloo succumbed to the tiredness.

The activities were too much for her, and she ended up being carried the rest of the way back by Rainbow Dash, who also found that she couldn't stop yawning. Twilight and Spike were not fairing much better, the former resting her head on the latter's shoulder.

"Hey, Sis, we're nearly home."

"Okay, Spike, here are the keys."

Twilight handed Spike the keys to the front door, who, in a teasing manner, jingled the keys next to Rainbows ear, causing her to make a little growl and try and bite the keys.

"Twilight, tell Spike to stop teasing me."

"Spike, stop teasing Rainbow. You know the key's get her excited."

Rainbow and Spike poked their tounges at each other and shared a giggle afterwards; they finally reached their apartment door, and Spike unlocked the door and entered the apartment.

"I'm going to head upstairs and put Scootaloo to bed."

Spike gave her a thumbs-up, and Twilight staggered into a wall bumping her head.

Spike followed Rainbow shortly after, and Twilight was trailing, rubbing her head as she went. Upon reaching the landing, Spike all but fell into his room.

When Twilight went to check up on her pet's as she usually did, they had both fell asleep on their respective beds.

The leash was strewn on the floor, and Rainbow held her tortoise plushie that Twilight had won for her on their first date. It had seen better day's but looked after, Scootaloo had wrapped herself in the bedsheets, and both girls were soundly asleep.

Twilight smiled at the scene and went to her bedroom, taking off her shoes and unceremoniously sprawling herself on the covers.

All four residents drifted off into their dreams; one dream was finding out that Searing Issue's had a 50% discount on all their stock. Another was performing mad tricks on her scooter and going viral. A simpler one was leisurely walking down the halls of an infinite library.

In contrast, a similar one had a girl walking down the church aisle, lifting her bride's veil and saying I do.
