Twilight Sparkle and Dipper Pines: A Twidip Story
"Okay. This is it." Dipper Pines thought to himself. The 12 year old met Twilight Sparkle and her friends about a month or two ago and had since gained a crush on the Princess of Friendship. The two book worms had been hanging out all day, and Dipper finally had enough courage to ask the alicorn the important question.
"Hey, Twilight, could I ask you a question?"
"Sure," Twilight replied.
"Would you want to go out on a date with me?" Twilight stood still in shock.
“Of course.”
“Yeah. That’s what I- wait. Did you say yes? Why?”
“Because, to be honest, I like you too.”
“I get that, but why do you like me, a nerdy 12 year old when your a literal princess.”
“I’ve had a lot of fun during the few months you’ve been here and I see a lot of my qualities in you.”
“Well, I wasn’t expecting you to say yes, but I’ll take it.” Dipper pulled the purple alicorn into a hug.
“So, where do you want to go, Dippy?”
“Where ever you want, Twi.” All of a sudden, the pair’s conversation was interrupted by a portal opening behind Dipper, which starts to suck him in. Both were in shock and neither had enough time to do anything.
“Dipper!”
“Twilight!” And just like that, Dipper was whisked out of Equestria.
Twilight was heart broken. She move or do anything aside from thinking about Dipper. As soon as she found someone who she loved her that could stay in her dimension, he was taken away from her. She lied down in the same spot where Dipper was sucked away for an hour until Spike found her. He saw the Twilight was very depressed about something.
"What's wrong, Twi?"
"It's Dipper. He's gone!"
"Well, yeah, but so did everyone else he came with and not even Pinkie was this upset about Mabel leaving. So, what's really going on?"
"I loved him, Spike. I loved him with all my heart. And now, I'll probably never see him again."
"Don't say that, Twi. With your smarts, I'm sure you'll be able to find a way to bring him back." Then, Twilight's face lit up.
"You're right, Spike! I'll find a way. Even if it takes 1000 years to do it."
"That's the spirit."
Meanwhile, in Gravity Falls, Dipper was also upset about losing someone who not only did he love, but who also loved him back. However, Mabel saw that he was sad almost immediately after the two of them were transported back to Gravity Falls along side Stan and Soos.
"What's wrong, bro bro?"
"Nothing."
"It's about Twilight, isn't it? How your crush is in an entirely different world?"
"It's not a crush. It's love."
"Huh? Wait. She loves you too?"
"Yes, but as soon as she that she did, the portal opened up and I was sucked in."
"Well, then we need to get you back to Equestria."
"But how?"
"What do you mean, how? We're the Mystery Twins. We'll find a way." The determined look on her face filled Dipper with determination.
"Yeah! Let's get to work."

Twilight Sparkle and Dipper Pines: A Twidip Story
"Is everything ready, Ford?" Dipper asked his great uncle. He is now 17 and is a bit taller than he was when he left Equestria. However, his Pinetree cap and vest were still the same as before, just a bit bigger. He tried growing a beard, but it didn't work out and all he has some scruff on his chin.
He and Ford were in the bunker under the Mystery Shack, standing in front of a computer just outside a large room with a portal in it.
"Yes, Dipper. The portal's all set. Do you have what you need to activate it?"
"Not yet, but Mabel should be back with the unicorn magic any minute now." The elevator that goes between the main floor and the bunker opened to reveal Mabel, who was holding a jar filled with different colored sparkles. Like Dipper, Mable grew a bit over the past 5 years and was still one millimeter taller than her younger twin, but almost everything else about her was the same.
"Good. You're here. Could you hand me the unicorn magic?"
"Sure, bro bro."
"Wait. I thought Gravity Falls unicorns didn't have magic." Ford said, slightly confused.
"They do, just not very much." Dipper explained.
"Yeah. it took a while to get all the magic you needed," Mabel stated, "but it will be worth it. At least, if the plan works and if it doesn't, then we wasted most of the last 5 years coming up with it."
"Yeah. Anyway. Let's get to work." Dipper said with a bit of determination in his voice. He puts the jar on the table and connects a strange device with a usb port to the jar. He then connects the computer to the jar via a cable and types a bit into the computer.
"Scanning and loading magic," a computerized voice said, "please wait." About ten seconds later, the computer says, "Data uploaded. Portal to Equestria is ready. Flip the switch to activate the portal."
"It's time." Mable said, "Go flip the switch, bro bro." Dipper does so.
"T minus 10 seconds to portal opening." The computer voice said.
In Equestria, a couple minutes earlier, Twilight was going through the last few steps of her plan. Twilight did grow a bit and so did her wings and horn, but nothing else changed about her physically or mentally. "Spike, I'm all set. Are you?"
"You bet," Spike said. The once baby dragon had grown into more of a teenager, with him growing to be taller than a normal pony. His wings, which sprouted a year or two after the Pines left Equestria, also grew a bit. "Let's bring Dipper back." Twilight charges a spell and fires it at a wall, which opens a portal.
In the Bunker, exactly ten seconds earlier, the computer voice counts down the portal opening. "Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one." The portals in both worlds open at the same time, creating a suction that pulls Dipper in.
"That's not supposed to happen," Dipper said as he clings onto a pole. "But hey, at least I'm going back to Equestria. Bye Ford. Bye Mabel." He lets go and is sucked into the portal, which closes behind him.
"So, Pinetree and Sparklebutt got back together. Should've known. Those two nerds seem perfect for each other and I know they're both extremely smart. But I can't let them stay together. I must find a way to break them apart."
