The passing shimmers of light stealing the attention away from those they stepped upon, never a apology nor even the courtesy of a simple hello. Sometimes the card you've been dealt is that of invisibility, to be seen but never heard. Though in my case, I'm ironically ignored on both spectrums. Just a stepping stone in history, none to remember my name. None to even recognize my face. Worst of all. “I'm still here.” I gave a loud sigh as the office manager clicked off the lights, every cubicle within my department plunged into a blank void. This was just another day in my paradise, my paperwork before me only half filled out at this point. The whole office out enjoying the weekend, each with a place to be or a person to meet. I honestly thought such affairs were a waste of time, time that could be used more wisely on other things. Getting drunk at a club was a low priority on my list anyways, though maybe meeting new people wouldn't be so bad. Everyone would like a friend, right? I shuffled down the pitch black hallway in silence, my short blonde hair a complete mess at the moment. My brown eyes a dull hue, standing tall at six-three yet nobody ever seemed to notice me. My white dress shirt was wrinkled and complemented with a loose fitting red tie, my beige dress pants nearly as forgettable as I was sadly. My sleek black dress shoes clicked down the cold tile floor, I just wanted to get away from the office as soon as possible. “Halt, who are you!?” A loud booming voice exploded out from behind me, I turned around to face a young bright eyed security guard. Yet only succeeded in getting an annoyingly bright light flashed in my face, I lifted my hand over my eyes to shield away the burn. This wouldn't be the first time security had stopped me on the way out, nor would it be the last. “Blake Wallace, I'm from systems on…” I fumbled my hand out of my right pocket, fishing out a small laminated card with my photo on the front. This brute yanking the card away as if in a hurry, scanning over the information swiftly while stealing a few glances over towards me. “I never heard of you!” He rolled his eyes before tossing the card back into my hand, without even an apology he spun around and began walking off into the distance. “Yeah, I get that alot.” I whispered under my breath before looking down to my feet in shame, I was forever invisible. Apartment 3-C. My sanctuary from the madness of the outside world, a true quiet place I could vanish into, when I just wanted to be alone. It was small but fine, I didn't enjoy big flashy things anyways. It was clean and tidy, hardly anything out of place. I liked to keep everything neat just in case of company, not that I had plans for anyone to visit in the near future. I placed my keys into a nearby empty fish bowl with a clunk, gazing out the nearby open window to my right. This apartment was supposed to have a beautiful view of the city at night, except my window faced a huge brick wall. Which was fine, scenery is overrated anyways. I have more than enough to keep me occupied, such as my shelf of books or the television. I thought about perhaps putting in a blue ray of Equestria Girls, that movie was a secret guilty pleasure of mine. Those girls had such a wonderful vibrant world, full of friendship and adventures. Shame such a place wasn't real, I'd give my right leg to just slip away to it. Escape from the constant disappointment of the everyday, with a shrug I clicked on my old laptop lacklusterly. I had recently joined a MLP website in hopes of making friends, I spent all night creating a wonderful but fun introduction on the forum boards. That was three days ago, I had to admit, I was a bit excited to see who might of replied. I was just a tiny bit annoyed, that work had pulled me away for those few days. Zero Replies. The dark red number glowed upon my screen mockingly, burning into my soul much like a blazing ember coal. None had replied to my introduction or said hello, even the page stats claimed that none even visited. Life. Online. Was I non-existent everywhere!? A huge knock exploded from my door loudly, my skin crawling as I nearly fell out of my seat beside the kitchen. I was paid up on rent and never caused a ruckus, so my landlord was out of the question. Who would be visiting this late at night? My legs felt much like jello as I carefully took soft steps towards the door, poking my head out the wooden doorway with caution. To my surprise the hallway was empty, not a trace of anyone in sight. It felt as if I might have imagined the whole thing, my eyes glancing to the floor to catch a odd sight. A sweater in two shades of brown had been folded neatly in front of my doorway, it was striped in a dark serious brown hue and a softer more delicate pastel brown tinge. On the very top was a yellow post-it note, written in dainty pink cursive wording was an odd note. “If you feel alone, look within to let your light be shone.” I read the note aloud in confusion, kneeling down to scoop up the impossibly soft fabric in my hands. Who had left this here? Better yet, why? This sweater looked a tad too small but indeed it did feel comfortable in my hands, I nudged the door shut with my foot looking over the fabric with care for any hidden clues. When my search came up empty, I decided it would do no harm to simply try it on. I slid the sweater over my head slowly, knowing deep inside it probably wouldn't fit. But to my glee it happened to fit absolutely perfectly, no tight areas or discomfort anywhere. Smiling gently to myself I walked over to a old mirror beside my door, looking to my reflection with a slightly brighter outlook on life. This object felt as if it were made for me, though I didn't know who sent it. I still whispered a near silent thank you under my breath, the world still had a bit of light left within it. My eyes narrowing a bit as I watched my reflection carefully, something felt off about myself, yet I couldn't place my finger on it. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks, sprinkled across my cheeks delicately were small cute freckles. My complexion had always been smooth and clear, but now I had clearly visible freckles on my face. “What is going on?” I gasped in horrified confusion, a waterfall of hair suddenly flowing down past my shoulders in wild silken locks. I had no idea what was happening as my hands seemed to shrink inside the sleeves of this sweater slightly, I felt as if I were being compacted a odd pressure spreading across my body. I groaned my height melting away in a matter of seconds before my eyes, arms losing all muscle mass swiftly while my pants began to bunch up around the ankles. I glanced down with panic stricken eyes, I was in a puddle of my now oversized clothes. I couldn't be any more than five foot now, I felt so small and weak as if my strength was plucked right out of my body by force. “I need to find help!” I gave a shrill yelp in horror, my voice was far more softer in tune raised a few octaves in a soprano melody. My eyes gazed deep into the mirror again, dull colors I was always used to seeing replaced by a brighter melted chocolate hue. My eyes stretching wider in shape becoming far more expressive, long lashes forming to compliment them. I tried to rush towards the door in search of someone to help me, these huge tent like pants wrapping around my ankles as I suddenly went crashing to the floor with a loud thud. “Please stop!” I moaned in pain as my face suddenly popped out of place, shrinking and molding into a soft rounder shape. I could feel my lips pushing out into a tender shy pout, nose shrinking smaller in shape with a distinct feminine curve. Brows thinning before arching above my eyes delicately, I traced unfamiliar features of my face with new petite hands. “Who am I!?” I felt my back pop into a arched curve, I winced as hips shifted out to lovely wide shapes. My waist sinking inward to a elegant thin curve, much like an hourglass as my chest began to expand forward. I watched helplessly as two full mounds of flesh pushed my sweater outward, building to full healthy shapes for a young growing girl. Legs soon matched my arms with frail smooth flesh, each thigh gaining a bit more fat as they expanded playfully. My masculinity dwindling as I felt a sudden sense of coldness, my butt expanding a bit fuller as if lifting then plumping rounder. I held to my side as I could feel organs shifting deep inside my body, my masculinity shifting down the spectrum. A flower blooming within as I gave a moan in pain, I knew from the explosion of sensations I had entered womanhood. The whole apartment was spinning faster and faster, I wanted to scream yet only felt pain. My vision blacking out as my world was plunged into darkness, everything became ice cold. Little did I know, I was about to embark on an adventure of a lifetime! “Are you ok?” A young girl spoke in a concerned tone of voice, my eyes slowly becoming more focused to my surroundings. Glancing to tiny feminine hands that were not my own, my skin a vibrant pale green color that was something out of this world. No longer were golden blonde locks cascading over my vision, but now dark forest green waves of hair were in my view. Having longer hair was such an odd feeling, I wasn't used to so much weight on the top of my head. Batting lashes in a dainty confused daze, I locked eyes on a orange skinned teen girl ahead of me. “Um I think…” I was cut off by a magenta young woman coming into view from behind a open locker door, both teens flashing me an odd glance before walking away giggling. “Of course, they weren't talking to me.” I gave a loud sigh in utmost panic, this setting I found myself in was vaguely familiar yet blindingly bright. It seemed to be a huge school of some kind, the floors polished to a sparkling shine. The cream white walls decorticated with various school posters of every kind, a gigantic glass trophy case towering in view from down the hallway. Lastly teens, dozens of them were flooding the walkway in a busy rush of a hectic school schedule. My mind was throbbing from a massive headache, this world so odd as I stumbled over to the trophy case in a confused wobble. The petite young girl in my reflection was not my own, I was wearing this cursed sweater now a bit oversized on my tiny frame. Tight form fitting jeans hugged the curves of my blossoming body firmly, cute sunset orange striped shoes clung to my feet sweetly. Long wild green hair hid my soft facial features away from view, my eyes nearly glistening in the vibrant light of the school as I felt suddenly faint. This girl was Wallflower Blush, I had somehow been transformed into a Animated Equestria Girls character. My knees buckled under my weight, eyes rolling back as I collapsed to the floor with a thud. I could only pray this was a nightmare. “Ms.Blush, are you ok?” A voice of an older woman spoke in a caring tender voice, my eyes creeping open to the horrible sight of a colorful world. “Are you talking to me?” I let my eyes focus with ease, slowly sitting up with a whimper still feeling a bit woozy. “Of course I am dear.” Principal Celestia gently walked into my view, placing a soft hand atop my forehead, checking if I might be sick. She was a sight to behold in reality, I mean animated reality that is. But the odd thing was in this world I found myself in, it didn't feel like a cartoon world, in fact it all just seemed absolutely normal. She wore a lovely pastel violet women's business suit into work today, a white cotton blouse underneath with a matching pair of pants and heels. Celestia gave a calm aura off of herself, probably why the students trusted her. “I'm fine, just felt dizzy.” I lied point blank to Celestia, even if I told her the truth, it might be a stretch even by Canterlot standards. “If you need to perhaps go home and rest…” Celestia was quick to flash a warming smile towards me. “I'm perfectly fine, but thank you.” I returned a smile myself, jumping off the nurses table I found myself on. My legs were still wobbly as a bag of noodles, but I managed to shuffle over to the nurse's office door. My whole center of gravity thrown off in this body, it would indeed take some getting used to. Until then I'd just be awkward. “Wallflower!” The principal called out to me, I turned to face her with an innocent gaze. “Ma'am?” I replied politely. “Be careful, you're one of my prized students.” Celestia spoke in a genuine voice, flashing a smile that lit up my world. I fought back a few tears, simply nodding in a silent reply. Exiting out into the hallway in haste, I took a moment to wipe my eyes with my sleeve. Even if I somehow got trapped here, maybe it wouldn't be so bad after all?
What's Your Name...Gets A Garden.View OnlineI'm Still InvisibleWhat's Your Name...Gets A Garden.I needed to find some clue as to who or what sent me to another dimension, not that I could just walk over to the first person I met and automatically find someone to help me out. “Sorry mah’ mistake!” I heard Apple Bloom apologize as we accidentally bumped into each other, my cheeks burning a bright red before I rushed off into the flooded hallway. This was too odd being a girl, I felt impossibly short and frail as a flower. My hips never seemed to stop swaying, and my hair wouldn't stop falling in front of my eyes. I couldn't over hear people talking about me, though I wasn't sure, but I think this is before Forgotten Friendship. Did that mean I could alter the arc of this show? I surely didn't want to steal anyone's memories, that was for sure. I just wanted to go back home, I just wanted to not feel alone. The world, even one as colorful as this one. Was still full of disappointment. “Grrr, do you want a garden!?” A girl with wild tangled brunette hair snorted aloud in an absolute huff of annoyance, her skin a pastel pink hue. She wore messy dirt covered jean coveralls, eyes were tired with a dull grey color. She was way taller than I was, her hands dripping in wet mud. “A gar…” I quivered in a barely audible whisper. “I'm Salted Earth, I just can't garden! - Celestia wanted a community garden, though nothing grows!!” Salted began to heave wildly in a annoyed panic. “Oh, I'm Wallflower…” I tried to reply, this odd girl squeezing my shoulders before shaking me wildly. “Walter Mitty!? Listen Walter I'm losing my MIND, over this dumb patch of dirt!” She fumbled inside her pockets, fishing out a set of keys to the school supply shed. “Actually it's Wallflower.” I sighed depressingly. “Wet Waller!? Listen Wet, do me a solid and cover the Gardening Club for me!” She tossed me the keys quickly in a blur of colors. “But.” I gasped in shock, Salted soon skipping off down the crowded hallway in a sudden joyous attitude. “I owe you one...What's your name!?” She spun around with a loud giggle, soon blasting off in a hurry down the hall and out of sight. “I don't know how to garden.” I crossed my arms over my chest in a deep sigh, walking ever deeper into the school silently. The large patch of dirt was a pathetic sight to behold, I had decided it couldn't hurt to check it out during lunch. I wasn't particularly hungry at the moment and winging it through history class earlier was nerve wracking, it felt peaceful to just be away from the crowds. Salted sure picked a lovely spot to try and garden, the soil was beyond dry, a huge oak tree blocked out the sunlight and the scent of pesticides hung thick in the air. I was certain no one could garden this land, if I was going to give this a try, I'd have to find a better place. Not that I was in a hurry, I could procrastinate all I desired. If the girl in charge of this club didn't care, than why should I be any different. My deep brown eyes traced over towards the edge of this cursed piece of soil, spotting a single wilting sunflower hunched over in the cooling shade. Alone with not a soul to care about it, left to wilt in a dying patch of dirt. I shrugged my shoulders before walking away towards the school, my heart feeling an odd tug of worry for the lonesome plant. Gently spinning around I swiftly walked over to it with a sigh, kneeling down on my knees and gently cupping the delicate petals tenderly. “Wouldn't be right for me to just forget about you, hmm?” I weakly formed a smile over my lips, removing a half full bottle of spring water from my backpack. Careful not to hurt the poor darling, I sprinkled a tiny bit over the sickly plant. Tilting my head upward towards the large oak, I could spot the rotting branch blocking out sunlight from my view. Groaning aloud I tossed my backpack to the left, swaying hips side to side as I studied the massive tree closely. It wasn't easy but thankfully this body was far more nimble to wiggle up the tree, wincing as I reached out for a healthy branch and weakly pulled myself atop it. My breasts heaving in place as I slumped up onto the branch to rest, eyes spotting the troublemaker just a tiny bit off from my position. I could feel my legs turning into noodles as I slowly lifted up to stand, these much smaller feet balancing on the thin wooden walkway nervously. My damn hair falling over my eyes as I stumbled blindly across the jiggling branch, quick to blow my bangs out of my eyes, I gazed down in horror. The world was miles away now, my head felt dizzy as everything began to spin. “Too high!” I spoke in a faint delicate voice, my body swaying in the wind as my balance faded. The rotting branch in my reach as I decided to make a lunge for it, my tiny frame flying through the air as both hands clenched onto the weakening wood. I could feel myself dangling high above the ground helplessly, my hair falling over my eyes again, suddenly blinding me to perils of this endeavor. “I did…” I suddenly squealed girlishly as the branch snapped in half, I plummeted to the ground with a nice wet plop. Landing in a huge puddle of moist mudd, my outfit a total mess as I felt the branch land across my lap. At least it wasn't as high as my mind had me thinking, eyes glancing towards the flower ahead of me slowly. The warm sun gently caressing the tiny flower lovingly, it's petals lifting upward slightly as if to say thank you. From here it seemed like the most beautiful flower in the world, a blush softly burning onto my cheeks. The loud ring of the lunch bell suddenly snapping me back into reality, I really didn't want to finish this day. But I knew deep inside my soul, this first day held many more surprises.

I needed to get to class quickly, the sooner I could place this day behind me, the better I think my sanity would be. That begged the question about my personal life in this world, what were my new parents like? “This is my school, kinda spacious... on second thought really spacious!” I felt a young girl explode out of the bushes covered in debris, crashing into me with a thud as be both hit the ground. She wore dirty jet black jeans with a tear on the front, matching boots covered in mud and various colored paints. Her torso covered by a large extremely oversized faded black sweater, her hands hidden by sleeves three times too long. Her skin a vibrant bronze hue, eyes a dark emerald green, that almost seemed to burn like coals. Though her eyes were hidden behind extra thick silver cateye glasses, her hair was a wild green mess of tangles, zigzagging in every direction while being tied in a ludicrously loose bun. “Eep, I didn't see you there!” This odd girl quickly shot up to her feet in a unstable manner. “I…” I tried to search my mind for the right words. “Sorry, not like you were invisible! I meant I was in a hurry trying to blog betwixt classes, you know haste makes waste!” The girl snorted aloud as she bent over into a thorn bush, searching through it without a second thought. “Are you ok?” I finally asked, the girl plucking out a camera from the thorns. “I'm super! Heehee, this is a one for the blooper reel!” She flung the camera in her face with a wink, swiftly clicking it off afterwards. This girl was extremely odd to say the least, but I felt a bit of a connection with her. She seemed to be an outcast like myself, besides her fashion sense was also quite unique. “My name is Crystalline Queen!” Crystalline snorted again in a cute squeal, holding out a hand hidden by a sweater sleeve. “That name is so pretty, I'm Wallflower Blush.” I giggled as my tiny hand clutched her own, giving it a friendly shake. “Right back ya sister, but you can call me...Er mer gur!” Crystalline suddenly screamed in delight, removing a older polaroid camera from seemingly nowhere. She was quick to wrap a slender arm around my shoulder, scrunching us both against each other firmly. "No, she never told me her name." Apple Bloom replied. AJ sighed, "Ah'll find out her name, even if Ah need t' ask Principal Celestia. Ya better head off t' class with yer classmates." She gave off an honest sense of trust and calmness, yet my body gave an odd shiver down my spine. As if I had something in common with her, but that couldn't be true. She was a cartoon character, and I was from another world, simply trapped in this dimension. She couldn't possibly be like me, unless she was one hell of an actress. My hands quivered as I scooped up a large messy pile of slips in my hands, blushing a dark red as flashes of nearly knocking down Bloom rang throughout my mind. “I didn't hurt her, did I?” I spoke in a soft whisper, in fact I wasn't sure if she heard me. Why did AJ even have such a device in the first place, I guess maybe AJ was my starting point to find out exactly what happened to me. I had this feeling deep inside, she'd might not find my story of being displaced so crazy. “My name is..” The final late bell for class rang extra loud, drowning out my voice with ease. I could see AJ flash me a raised brow in confusion, the stragglers in the hallway beginning to push past us at an alarming rate. “I'm Wallflower!” I tried to yell only to yelp softly. AJ flashed me another look of confusion, knowing she had not heard me, I simply gave a defeated sigh. Letting the crowd sweep me away, my cheeks blushing bright in embarrassment. Before Applejack knew it, I had vanished from view. Hidden away down the hallway behind a row of lockers, it was better this way. I'd just end up too awkward around her anyways, peeking out from the edge I watched her sigh and walk away. I gazed down at the slip of paper in my delicately shaped hand, Everfree was a huge place on the show. I didn't know, how well I might respond being around such a large group of people. Though my mind did drift to other leisure activities on the lake, could be a chance to relax and possibly figure out this mess. Not that any guys would ever notice me at the camp anyways, my mind suddenly drifting to the opposite sex. My cheeks blushing a deep crimson out of surprise, this mind was not my own, well not completely I could feel hazy memories and feelings creeping in. I leaned up against a nearby locker in a bit of a huff, I could've handled AJ with more grace that was for sure. Instead I made myself even more awkward, I just had trouble finding my voice. Even in another dimension, I still felt out of place. Adagio, Sonata, and Aria were walking down the hallway, having just finished their last class, when they spotted me leaning against a locker, looking a bit frustrated from something. “You alright?” Adagio asked, her hoodie hiding her face in a inky shadow. I felt that odd sensation again as if someone familiar were near, my eyes glancing upward to spot the three hooded figures suddenly surrounding me. My heart gently starting to pick up pace, watching the hallway begin to clear of students. Finding myself surrounded, just my luck. Narrowing my eyes just a tiny bit, I could make out that the main figure was oddly enough Adagio Dazzle. That would make the other two her friends Aria and Sonata, my heart still racing. I was uneasy if they were trustworthy, to be honest I was highly surprised to see them still around. “Um yes? Maybe? I'm not sure.” I sighed hugging myself slightly, eyes quickly falling to my feet. Adagio sighed at this reaction, as if expecting it. “Sorry if we’re being a bother. Did something happen?” She asked, Sonata and Aria taking a step back so I wouldn't feel as trapped. I could feel the tension between us lift, these were indeed the Dazzlings, except I could sense a bit of warmth from them. My eyes gently meeting Adagio's with a more welcome outlook, my left hand massaging the side of my right arm. “Nothing really, I just feel as if I'm fleeting constantly.” My eyes glancing down the hallway towards AJ, watching her easily talk to others and making new friends. People remember her. “You ever get the feeling, you never leave an impression?” My thin brow raised slightly to the three girls. Adagio glanced at the other two, then back to me before nodding. “Back then, before we were known as the Dazzlings, we were nobodies. No one remembered us until we caused chaos, until we were cursed.” Sonata flinching at this, a face of guilt on her face as she was reminded of the mistakes she made. “Chaos?” I gave a slight wince to Adagio, I didn't want to cause chaos to be remembered. Thoughts of Forgotten Friendship flashing across my mind in a numbing blur, would that be my destiny here though? At least Sonata looked regretful of her choices, perhaps instead of running from my problems. I simply needed to face them, whatever the consequences might be. “Then again, you three have a way with words.” I spoke up a bit clearly, these three girls known for being able to sway others easily. “How can you be so confident, even after so much?” I let myself whisper curiously. “Words only worked back before the Battle of the Bands. I could feel myself smirking weakly at the three girl's antics, they didn't seem as bad as I thought. If anything they seemed a bit harmless overall, I let a tiny giggle escape my lips, brushing my long green bangs away from my eyes. “Um, thank you. For taking time to chat with me, I mean.” I did my best to keep calm and collected, between these three and earlier, this was the most I've ever opened up. My hand clutching the crumbled permission slip in my hand tightly. As the other two continued to bicker, Adagio turned back to me with a smile. “It’s no problem. I stood there in shock the tiny bundle of rage wrapped in a very innocent yellow summer dress stomping down the hallway and out of sight. Since I heard you're running it, could you take a few photos of the members and yourself for yearbook!?” Crystalline held out the folder to me with a beaming smile her messy green hair falling over her eyes slightly. “I guess I could try.” I gave a worried whisper, not even sure I could get anyone else to join. My luck I'd be all alone in the yearbook, a simple single photo with my face upon it in embarrassment. Lost at the very back for nobody to see nor even remember. I walked over to pick it up in a numb sense of confusion, reading over the words carefully making sure to not mistake anything left behind for me. The words written in haste and flippantly upon the parchment. “ We're off to a conference for two weeks, stay out of trouble. Mom.” No pleasantries nor warmth. Not even a few hugs and kisses left behind just a quickly written note. I should feel relieved and happy to be alone yet instead I felt just a quiver of pain in my heart, a single tear rolling down my cheek and onto the paper below. Wallflower was broken hearted and full of loneliness, correction I was broken. I had joined a club and even opened up to chat a few people up, yet had no one to share this news with. Not a soul to speak too. I bit my lower lip as my backpack fell to the floor with a loud thud, my legs weakening like jelly as I slid down the wall of my home sadly.
