Well? He wasn't sure but he always thought that he would have time for that, but what he witnessed last night changed everything for the young man.

Macintosh arrived at CHS after finishing his deliveries and deals with clients, he called in advance to know where she would be and he was told that his target was in his former high school so here he was.

Big Mac found Luna Regal just as she arrived the school too. "Big Mac! How are you doing? Haven't see you in a while".

Mac waved to his former teacher. " Doin fine Ma'am, I heard yer doin fine too, even found a date uh?".

Luna's happy expression turned sour. "Don't remind me please, asshole turned out to be, the bastard wanted to take to bed in our first date, can you believe that?".

Mac became worried for her but she was telling this to him it was because she did something about it. "When I told the creep to leave he thought that he deserved a reward or something and touched my butt, MY BUTT!".

"Suppose he didn't left in one piece after that",

"But of course he didn't! I kicked him in the nuts and threw him out of the bar myself, but you know what hurt the most? That I was left to pay the bill by myself! And that's when I decided that he was a no good son of a -".

"Ah think ah get what ya mean Ma'am, no need to curse so close to the school where any student can heard ya". As the talked the passed the statue of the school and the hidden redhead in the bushes.

"But seriously, aren't any good man left in this town to get a date?".

"Ah take that as an insult ya know".

"Aaaah sorry my little pupil, I didn't mean you, don't get grumpy my cute student".

"Miss Luna?".

"Ups, sorry... I didn't went to far did I?".

"No Miss Luna... Ah am over ya, for real".

"Still, sorry Big Mac, sometimes I forget how much of an ass I can be".

"Eeyup".

"You don't pull any punches either you goof". Luna punched Mac in the shoulder only to hurt herself doing so she retired her and flinching from pain.

"Ya ok there Miss?".

"Ugh, I'll remember this" anyway, what brought you here, the delivery was last Thursday and Tia didn't mention you coming to help today".

"That's... Ah came to talk to ya, if ya have the time". Mac sounded apologetic and Luna knew right away that it was serious.

"Yeah I got the time, Big sis Luna is here for you, let's go to my office".

"Thanks, since when do ya have an office anyway". Mac asked following Luna inside the school.

"Since Tia is not here is officially my office" Luna answered smiling.

"Yeah, should have known".

"Hey what's that suppose to mean, I can get an office of my own if I demanded it!".

"And would ya wanted it? A place where people know they can find ya?". Luna frowned thinking about it and thought better, maybe later she would like a office of her own but not now.

"You always take the joy out of things, now before I impart my wisdom upon you what's in it for me?".

"Uh, the joy of knowin ya helped yer former student in his time of need? Maybe?".

"Ha ha ha, good one Big Mac, I knew you were funnier than your old man".

Mac shook his head with a smile, he knew this would happen of course. "How about some of Granny's spiced cider?".

Luna's smile after hearing the reward was almost impossible. "You got a deal my dear, please step in". Luna pushed Mac inside ber sister's office already counting in the sweet flavor of the promised cider.

Now inside Luna took the principal's chair and not to her surprise but to her annoyance she found the print of her sister's bigger posterior already molded in the chair causing the chair to be a little loose for her own butt.

After shifting some more Luna proceeded. "So... What's eating you boy? And please don't tell me something lame like... 'Miss Luna, my apple trees aren't growing with love or something soppy like that".

"Nah, it's... more deep that that, uh how do I say it?".

"Mac would you stop beating around the bushes and tell me".

"Ah may feel somerhin for a girl". Luna almost fell from the chair hearing that.

"You... A girl? Did you just... Oh, my, God! Macintosh Apple did you finally decided to chase after a girl? How? When who is it! Tell me! Tell me! TELL ME!". Luna practically jumped over the desk trying to grab Mac by the shirt but he dodged her by moving his chair back.

"Wow there! Na need to rush and ah am not tellin ya just yet, ah know how ya are and if ah tell ya her gonna hunt that pour girl throughout school next time ya see her".

"So she's a student here?". Mac facepalmed for his loose tongue.

"Rather that tryin to figure out who she is wouldn't ya help me".

"Ok ok, fine, tsk you are no fun, but seriously Mac, I'm happy for you, this is the step I was hoping you would take after... Well you know".

"Ah know but this may be as complicated for similar reasons".

"Tell me then, what's preventing you from going full on macho mode on this girl?".

Big Mac left out a deep sigh. " ah feel attracted to her, physically mostly, she's a good person and she had grow little by little but until now ah never though of her that way and suddenly ah do... And now ah feel ashamed because that mean it may be only me thinkin she's hot and not because of any real feelings".

"Big Mac?".

"Eeyup?".

"Talk to her'.

"Wut?".

"Talk to her boy, tell her you are on to her".

"What? Nope, nope that's crazy".

"Mac, you say you're attracted to her and that she's a good girl then what the heck is stopping you from approach her. Maybe she like you back, maybe she don't but if you don't make her know you'll end up regretting it later if you see her with someone else who DID approach her".

"Ah... Ah don know". Msc said full of self doubt.

"Ok then, answer me this, wouldn't you have told me that you had a crush on me if you knew before hand that I was going to reject you?".

Mac thought about that hard moment, when he told the woman in front of her his feelings, sure he was depressed after she told him she saw him more like a best friend or a younger brother but he also felt relief after expressing himself, that feeling kept him from doing an ass of himself later.

"Ah still would had told ya".

"Then that's your answer you dummy, now what are you gonna do?".

"Ah ll talk to her".

"Good, good, now don't forget, you own me spiced cider and a full load of cinnamon rolls"

"Thanks Miss Luna... Wait a minute, ah don remember our deal sayin anythin about cinnamon rolls!".

Luna took Celestia's coffee cup and spoke inside with an exaggerated deep voice. "I have altered the deal, pray I don't altered ir further".

"Uh?".

"Come on, Lando Calrissian, Darth Vader? Doesn't ring any bells?".
Mac just shrugged with a blank expression.

"Ugh I forgot that all you see are old western movies, now that I solved your life for you, shoo shoo, I need to do some actual work".

"Thanks again Miss Luna, ah ll leave now".

"Sure sure... No! Wait!". Mac turned as he heard her calling him back.

"Somethin ya need?".

"I just remember, Maud was fixing some of her material for a geology class and may need some help, be a dear and assist her if you don't mind please".

"Hm sure, why not".

"Thanks, she will be in classroom 11". Mac nodded and left receiving one final wink from Luna, as soon as Mac disappeared from sight Luna pulled out a heavy book from one of the drawers in the desk and quickly started looking at the pictures of it, she opened the book, inside there were pictures and names of the students currently enrolled in CHS, she stopped at the section containing Applejack's generation, one of those girls was the one Mac was having the hots for and she knew damn well she wouldn't feel satisfied until she found out which one was, watching all the candidates a Cheshire like smile appeared on her face. "Ok ladies, which of you is the lucky gal".

"Thanks Macintosh, I can take care of the rest from here".

"No problem cousin, anytime, say heya to uncle and Auntie Pie for me when ya get a chance". Maud nodded and waved to Big Mac as he left her, his mind was only now processing what Luna just told him.

'So what do ah tell her when ah meet her again, Heya Sunset, ya know what? Ah want ta court ya right after seen ya in yer birthday clothes, wait nope, she's a pony so ah guess it doesn't count, does it? Darnnit! Why is this so damn complicated! She... She's gonna think ah m a creep or somethin but... what if she likes me too, she's pretty... and she's good to AJ... Ah wonder how soft is her skin... Nope, nope nope! Stop thinkin like a damn horny ani- uh? Since when does the statue of the school shine like that'.

Mac approached the statue and saw the surface shimmering, he knew of the portal from her sister of course but had never payed much attention but watching it up close was mesmerising, he started to heard a noise, small first but increased little by little until it became a full on scream, Mac instincts kicked in and he braced his body for impact, out of the portal a redheaded angel sailed toward him and smashed against the blonde's body, Mac let the force drive him back and down letting more of the kinetic energy bleed out and reduce the risk of major injury.

Still his butt hurt like hell but all pain disappeared when Mac saw who was now resting in top of him, his mind process crashed and rebutted. 'Holy... It's her... How in the world... Wha-... What do ah say... How do ah say it... She's smell nice... Nope wait, oh ah know'.

"Hmm wut's the phrase they use in movies? We should stop meetin like... this or somethin". Mac smiled while delivering his pick up line but Sunset's only answer was to open her eyes in recognition and horror.

Seeing the girl in distress Mac hurried up back to his feet assisting her as well, feeling more nervous that before he scratched his neck and tried to think in something less dumb to say that movie references when Sunset emitted a small noise to call his attention where he was still holding his hands, he let go immediately after.

"Sorry, didn't mean too... ah mean not that ah didn't like it just... Ah mean... Ah m sorry Miss Sunset, are ya ok? Are ya hurt anywhere?".

"N-no I'm fine... just fine, peachy, great even!". Her red cheeks and agitated eyes didn't match her speech, still Mac decided to play along.

"That's good, so... that's the infamous portal to yer world". Mac walked in front of the statue again, the portal stood active for a few more seconds before collapsing and disappearing.

"That's the one and only... that I know of anyway, but chances are that there's more". Sunset said approaching Mac from the side, her left hand caressing the place where Mac had her a few seconds ago.

"Hmm, that would explain all the crazy stuff happenin around".

"Sorry, we try to solve any magic problem as soon as we know of them".

Mac turned to her with a mona lisa smile that somehow got Sunset's cheeks pink again. "Ah m not blamin ya and no one should, we own ya for savin our hides everytime that one of those sparky things shows up, thanks for helpin mah sister as well, she can be stubborn as a mule when she plan somethin and ya and yer friends are always bringin her back safe".

"Th-that's not necessary, Applejack is my friend, I will help her always". Sunset knew she didn't needed thanks for protecting a friend as wonderful as Applejack and yet Mac's thanks move her inside and she was sure her face was crimson red now.

Sunset felt a hand land softly over her shoulder guiding her back to face the blonde Apple and she let it. "Still... Thank ya so much... for everythin, yer a good girl Sunset and never let anyone tell ya otherwise yer... Special". Mac said the last word almost as a whisper but Sunset heard it anyway and immediately two things happened, first her heart started beating like a war drum, second, a single tear escaped her eyes, she took a couple of steps back feeling weak in the legs.

"Sunset? Ah m... Ah m sorry! Did ah... Did ah make ya feel bad? Ah didn't mean too! Ah..". Mac tried to approach Sunset and keep her steady but to his surprise she moved forward and instead it was him who almost fell, Sunset held her arms around Mac for a few seconds until she realise what she was doing and froze where she were, she felt awkward hugging him with her smaller frame but when his arms came over her shoulders holding her as well she felt something new, a warm feeling, it could have been friendship but she have never felt like this hugging Twilight or the others,it felt more hotter and her body felt tingly, like when... She pushed herself out of the embrace in haste the heat inside her pelvis roaring for a few seconds before it went dormant again.

After her condition went passive she catched Big Mac watching her with worry, she felt immediately embarrassed and put her hands over her crotch and bust as if she were naked.

"Ah sorry Sunset ah... Dammit! Can't do anythin right ya stupid hick!, ah let ya alone now". Mac turned away, his eyes stinging with tears about to burst, he didn't even waited for Sunset to say anything, he just went where his truck was and hoping he hasn't royally fucked up, when he reached his vehicle he pulled the keys out but in his desperation for leaving he dropped them.

Cursing one more time Mac reached down for it only to have them snatched, Mac looked up finding his keys in Sunset's grasp.
"Suns-".

"I'm sorry!".

"Uh?".

"For this morning! I didn't mean to... and about what happened back there and... and...".

"Nope, no need to ah... Kggghhh ha ha ha-". Sunset didn't understood why he was laughing but she soon joined him, after all that happen to them just yesterday it sounded crazy.

"Ah m sorry, don't mean to laugh at ya , it's to me, ah thought ya saw me as a creep or somethin".

"What? No, never... I thought that you hated me for giving you weird eyes".

"Nope, nothin weird with yer eyes, they're beaut- ahem ah like them". Mac turned pink which to Sunset make him look like a watermelon with his freckles looking like the seeds, also it didn't escaped her that Big Mac was going to say beautiful. 'He thinks my eyes are beautiful, Flash never told me something good about my eyes, not even once, does he... likes me?'.

An awkward silence felt upon them and that caused Sunset to get nervous again. "I think I shou-".

"Wait! Are ya free for the next 3 hours or so?". Mac asked in a hurry before the girl could excuse herself.

Sunset thought about it and nothing important came about, her mind however picked in the fact that HE asked her about her doings, curiosity and nervousness pushed a rushed answer.

"I... Nothing, maybe eating something in the way home and do some homework but it mostly done... Why?".

Mac scratched his neck again, a sign Sunset was getting as him thinking thoroughly. "Have heard of Cherry Junction? Is a small community a bit out of the city, they have this small carnival in weekends with food and games, nothin big but fun enough for a few hours, helps gettin yer mind free of problems with distractions".

Sunset absorbed the information a bit at a time, he was asking her out? To what? A date? No it couldn't be? Because yesterday? Before her mind started derailing again into chaos Mac spoke again.

"Just thought ya could get yer mind off of troubles, if ya like, if ya feel uncomfortable with me around ah could just drive ya there and stay in mah truck, then went ya want to leave ah ll-".

"No I...". Sunset interrupted him again, she felt bad again for make him feel bad one more time, she knew he wasn't a horny teenager who wanted to get in her panties just for seen what he saw but her mind was still wary.

'I am feeling weird just staying close to him but not bad, it is so bad if he's asking me out right now? He never showed interest in me or any of my friends before, or maybe he just never show it in public'.

Making her decision Sunset gave him her answer. "I would like to go with you, but can we stop home first? Need to feed my pet lizard".

"Sure thing Sunset, ah ll drive ya". Sunset nodded and give the keys back to Mac, in the moment her hand touched his somehow Sunset's mind reading powers triggered connecting Sunset with Mac's recent memories.

The whole conversation between Mac and Luna played for Sunset and she witnessed how Mac felt about her, she was glad he kept his promise of not revealing her identity and felt now more curious as to why did she felt elated to know how he saw her.

Shaking her head to clear the memories Sunset was now more convinced that of her decision.

"Let's go then". Mac nodded and the two boarded the truck.

A few minutes later Big Mac waited in the parking lot of the apartment complex, Mac phoned his family informing then that he would be out for a few hours and he told Granny that he needed a batch of her Cinnamon rolls soon, a few more minutes and Sunset walked out of the complex, Mac's eyes glued to her, she came out wearing black shorts and tennis shoes with a light
loose blue blouse that let one shoulder most of ber collarbone visible, her hair was tight up in a little with a small ornament, he couldn't the smile that graced his face, she got up and quickly noticed him and felt a bit self conscious.

"Do I look bad?". She asked while pulling the blouse together to cover her shoulder.

"Nope never! Ya look nice... more that nice ah say uh ya look... what's that word Miss Rarity use a lot?".

"Fabulous?".

"That's the one".

Sunset remained silent for a moment and a playful smile appeared in her face. "You think I look fabulous?".

"Eeyup! Ah ah mean... Ee-eyup... and cute too". Sunset's smile grew and she scooted closer to him. 'He looks cute when he stutters'.

The drive to Cherry Junction took 35 minutes or so meantime Mac and Sunset shared personal information and comments. Mac told her about his time in school and the football team as well as a few tales of his childhood.

In exchange Sunset told him about some of her adventures with the rest of the Rainbooms, Mac told her how Applejack omitted several of the details she mentioned.

" And that's how we managed to escape the mirror, if it wasn't for Starlight I don't know what would have happened".

Mac listened carefully until the end, most of the stories were tame and kind of like adventures but a few were life risking missions more suitable for horror or sci-fi.

"Ya know? Hearing all the things ya girls have done ah m not so sure ah can let AJ tag in those crazy adventures, luck sometimes run out when ya lest expect it". Mac said the words with a scowling face and a dead serious tone causing Sunset to worry that he wouldn't let Applejack involve with them anymore.

Sunset was about to plead for her friend when she heard Mac trying to contain his snicker, her own face making a lopsided smile and Mac finally cracked, both laughed with abandon.

Mac turned the engine off and explained about the place. "They have some rides but it's mostly for the lil ones there's horse races, some food contests games and other things, the people like ta dance and sing too, there's a bit of all".

"Sounds fun, which one do you think we should try first?". Let's go for a walk around if anythin catch yer eye we do it, how does that sound?".

"Awesome, let's then".

"Eeyup". They started walking around like planed, not too far in their walk Sunset saw their first stop, a knife throwing game, the player was given a knife of the owner's assorted collection and throw it at a spinning board with poker cards, if the player managed to stab a card he or she would get a gift corresponding to the card.

Sunset asked how much was a try but Big Mac told her that he would pay and that there was no rejecting as he was the one inviting her so she complied, Sunset choose an stiletto, it was light and slim giving it a better resistance against wind, she was given googles and was allowed a couple of free tries, her first throw was
off center and hit with the handle, her second was better but it didn't stick deep enough and fell, her last try was much better, it sunk and just missed the closest card by a hair, finally it came for real and Sunset was ready.

"Sunset?".

"Yeah".

"Just take a deep breathe before yer throw and try to hold it until after yer shot". Sunset nodded and did as he told her, her shot was perfect, the stiletto sunk int the jack of diamonds and Sunset cheered jumping at Mac arms in euphoria, it took her several seconds and the feeling of her breasts been pressed against the hard chest of muscle to realise what she did, Mac let go of her but the damage was done, her breasts started to feel sensitive, luckily for her Mac seemed not to notice her.

"Here's your price Missy". The game owner gave her a bag with the price inside, Sunset opened and found a couple of bear cub dolls tided together.

"Not bad for first try, yer a natural".

"Thanks to your tip but I bet Applejack was better in her first time". Her comment caused Big Mac to chuckle.

"Wait, did she failed her first throw?".

"And the second one, and third and forth and well? Ya get what ah mean right?".

"But... but how, she's a master with her lasso! And I have seen her scoring three point baskets! And when she throws the stick to Winona it looks fine!".

"Throws with arc are fine for her but ask her to do it in a straight line an see what happens, just stay away from her if she does".

Sunset was going to argue but then memories of AJ turning down the softball team for pitcher position and never seen her doing a straight throw came to her mind.

"She's pretty hung up in the fact that even Bloom can throw lines better that her".

"And what about you?".

"Wanna find out?". Mac paid for a tryout and after putting the goggles on took the biggest knife Sunset had ever seen, even the owner raised a brow at his decision.

"You sure you want to try that one out partner? You're a big fella but that knife is kinda tricky".

"Eeyup, no problem". Mac said with confidence holding the almost sword size weapon in one hand and running his fingers over it's edge and handle.

"Suit yourself partner, don't blame me if you look bad in front of your girlfriend".

"Actually we aren't da-". Before Sunset could correct the older man a muffled noise stopped her, she and the game owner turned at the spinning board finding the big knife sticking out right at the center of the king of spades.

"Wow". Sunset only managed to phrase that word and the man couldn't even speak.

"Lucky shot ah guess". Big Mac walked to the board and pulled the knife out and handed it over to the owner in exchange for his prize.

The man looked to the prizes and a hiss almost escaped his mouth when he saw that Mac went for the biggest prize, an actual gold nugget, Mac waited patiently with a serene smile while the man waited for a miracle that could save him from losing his best possession.

As Sunset awaited for something to happen people started to gather around them, the ones that saw the throw were waiting as well to see the man handing over his precious while the rest were starting to catch up.

"Sir?". Mac asked finally.

"Ye-yeah I'm coming". The man lifted his arm to grab the rock at snail's speed but it stopped as something else caught his attention.

Sunset saw the man react and smile with malice. " Good throw my friend, it's obvious you know your stuff, but how about showing something better". The man's eyes turned to Sunset and she felt a sudden chill.

"How about I double the prize, a golden pebble must be nothing compared to winning a prize for your girlfriend don't you think?".

Mac turned to Sunset with a smile, winked at her getting a blush as a respond and asked the man what he had in mind.

"Simple simple, I'll spin the board faster and you have to nail the card in the center, the queen of hearts which will give you the couple's prize".

"That so?". Mac's answer got the people talking lauder, many laughing for the not so subtle attempt of the owner to save his main prize." let's do it like this, you fail the throw and you get the couple's prize anyway, you succeed and both prizes are yours".

"What? That's cheating! Big Mac don't accept that! The prize is yours already! You don't have to-".

"Deal". Mac left everyone speechless and the man more happy that he could ever be.

Before Mac could had a chance to change his mind the man started spinning the board at maximum speed, Mac armed himself with the big knife again but this time he didn't even inspected it like before, when the place felt into complete silence Mac took aim and let loose.

Sunset couldn't bear to watch and turned, her hands against her face and her heart beating faster. Thud! Sunset heard the noise but didn't dare move to see, the silence stretched and then in a single wave cheers exploded from everyone, Sunset finally found the courage to turn around and her eyes located the big knife encrusted dead center in the still spinning board, in the card, in the heart of the queen itself.

The man looked pale as a ghost while Mac still had the same smile he was know for. He took a small box along the nugget and with shaky hands he give them to Macintosh, the people present as well as Sunset were given one more surprise when Mac took only the box but pushed the valuable rock back to the man.

Almost not believing his luck the man asked why. "It was a fun game and ya helped me findin this for the lady so let's called even".

"Tha-thank you, thank you so much". Mac patted the man's back and walked back to Sunset. Before she could ask him anything he took her hand with that gentleness she was starting to want more and more and walked her away from the crowd among whistles and praises and screams, her mind still fogged by his actions and wondering again why did he do it. 'Did he choose me over gold? ME?'.

As they walked hand to hand Sunset could only heard the inside melody that her besting heart produced and that rhythm stirred something more animal within, Sunset's heat was back!.

Back in CHS the ring of a phone interrupted the single woman digging through the alumni information, with a growl Luna stopped her mad search and took the insistent call.

"CHS Principal's office, this is Luna Regal speaking".

"Sister why are you still in school? It's almost 6"

"I called Maud to make sure everything was done for her presentation and she told me that you were acting weird and didn't even noticed that she was in front of you".

"Wait... for real?". Luna saw the set of keys that weren't there when Big Mac left, she recognized the keys as the ones given to the Pie girl.

"Sorry Tia, I was just... so distracted, you won't believe what my ears heard today!".

"Luna, did you at least inspected what Maud did back in the classroom? We don't have the budget to repair the room again".

"Ups, forgot about that, but who could have know that she would turn a normal classroom into an underground cave replica". A laud slapping noise came from the other side of the line and Luna knew that Celestia facepalmed.

"That's not important sister, we need to find out what girl does Big Mac have feelings for and pronto!".

"I'm happy to heard that but you have a job to do, now go".

"But Tia!".

"Check. That. Room. Now!".

"Cinnamon rolls!".

"What?".

"Cinnamon roll, soon I'll have a full batch of them and I'm ready to give them to you if... you find out who's the girl before I do". Luna heard some shuffling in the background, must likely Celestia considering the challenge.

"Granny's?".

"Who else?".

His hand felt warm and Sunset could feel his rugged fingers holding her thinner ones with a firm yet delicate grip.

Sunset tried to remember the last few times she went out with Flash Sentry and no once she could recall doing something like this with him, when they walked he always kept his hands in his pockets or one arm over her shoulder but that was about it, even in those moment she never felt a touch or sensation like the ones Mac was giving her.

As they approached the farm house Sunset instinctively removed her hand from Big Mac's grip and as soon as she did she felt a bit of cold even more that if she were to remove the blanket over her shoulders, still it was a good thing she did so as when they got closer Applejack was waiting in the porch of the house, her face set into a scowl and her eyes angry red.

As they approached Sunset felt chills run down her spine, if Applejack was about to kick her completely out of the farm then exposing her secret right now would inevitably involve Macintosh and the last thing Sunset wanted was to cause discord between the Apple siblings.

Applejack approached with firm steps toward them. " Now where in tarnation have ya taken Sunset Big Mac?". As AJ did her way in front of her brother she dug a finger in his chest and Big Mac winced and backed away a little like if he was been pushed.

Sunset was stunt for Applejack question, did she thought that Big Mac took her outside the farm? Wasn't she the one who told her to stay away? Before Sunset could defend Macintosh he spoke up.

"Sorry sis, just saw her around and she looked a bit down so ah told her if she wanted to take some fresh air, that's all".

Sunset was left speechless when Big Mac just pulled the lie out of the air so ease but more so because with that he was making himself the target of Applejack's ire.

"In the middle of the cold night? Big Mac what were ya thinking, she could get hurt by suggesting something so dumb, ya better think before putting one of mah friends in danger!". Applejack tried to shove another accusing finger in his chest but this time Big Mac swapped her hand away causing Applejack to lose her balance.

"Ah know it was dumb but let me ask ya somethin lil missy, why was she sad to begin with, mind tellin me?".

"I... We... Ah was...". Applejack couldn't formulate an answer that wouldn't reveal their early fight and how she pressed the redhead for an answer.

"Ah thought ya were supposed to have a good time, nor sendin one of yer friend to the dumps and do ah need to remind ya to watch out with that strength of yers". Big Mac slightly removed his shirt to reveal a purple spot where Applejack struck him with her finger first.

"Big Mac!". Sunset was surprised to see the bruise in his chest and even more surprised by Macintosh' mild reaction, she was sure that if Applejack shoved her finger at her with the same force she would have been injured way worse.

"Big Brother ah am so sorry ah didn mean to!".

"It's ok Aj, ah know ya didn did it on purpose but just watch out and control that anger of yers, ya don want ta hurt Bloom or one of yer friends right?".

"You, you're right, sorry again... and Sunset ah am sorry for been a knucklehead, we know that ya may have things that are hard to explain and we'll wait until ya think is right ta tell us ok?".

"I'm sorry too Applejack, the thing is...". Sunset bit her lip trying to think how could she explain her problem right now when her brother was present and without breaking the lie he just told to save her.

"Ya girls should leave that for tomorrow, even if ya were planin on stayin late is kinda far from sleepover standard ah think?".

Big Mac moved pass the two girls but before disappear through the door he spoke again. "If Ms Shimmer doesn't feel well to go back with ya let her us the guest room, ah ll see ya girls tomorrow". After delivering his speech he left and Sunset was glad that Big Mac left her a escape route to her predicament.

"Aren't ya comin back with us? Ah mean the sleepover was for ya actually".

"Thanks AJ but I'll take the guest room this time, I need to clear my head, but how about we have breakfast with everyone uh? How does that sound?".

"Ah guess is ok for now, sorry again for acting all uppity with ya".

Sunset nodded and a smile spread across her face, this is what Sunset never wanted to lose, her friendship. She hugged Applejack to demonstrate that she was cool with how thing end up but that in itself was a mistake when her still sensitive breasts were squeezed against Applejack's firm bossom. "Glad we are ok Sugarcube now ah won't stop ya anymore, yer probably very tired, uh? Why is yer face red like a tomato?".

"I... I must have walked to much and end up all sweaty".

"That blanket look cozy too, oh... this is Big Mac's right?".

"Yeah, he lend it to me, thought that I may get cold, is... something wrong with it?".

"What? Nah... is just that That blanket was make by Ma, Big Mac is kinda overprotective of those things, ah am surprised that he give it to ya".

"Should I, should I give it back?".

"Nah, that may actually make him feel bad, just folded in top of the bed before you leave, anyway, time to hit the sack, big breakfast tomorrow, have a nice one Sunset".

"You too Applejack".
END OF FLASHBACK.

Back in the present Sunset's mind was still in turmoil, even if she somehow dodged the bullet this day there was zero guaranty that it would remain that way but more important she was seen. 'He saw me, he saw my breasts! He saw me with my finger in my... in my... Oh by Celestia! I'm getting hot again, stop it! Think positive! Maybe... Maybe he can help me, maybe... ugh tired... finally'.

While sleep finally defeated her anxiety she took one last look at her hand, the one Big Mac held while they walked in the dark, she could still felt a light tingle but attributed to her tiredness she held her hand over her chest and finally fell sleep.

NEXT MORNING...
The farm's kitchen was chaos right now, both Applejack and Pinkie Pie manned it with a combo of ham and eggs from one side with fresh orange juice and coffee in the other all while the cousins prepared Apple tarts for dessert.

Fluttershy and Sunset prepared the table while Twilight and Rarity were cleaning up Applejack's room, Rainbow Dash was still sleeping in the middle of the room, Twilight used her telekinesis to make the beds but the sound of a snapshot make her turn around.

"What was that?".

"Just this darling". Rarity shown Twilight her cellphone with a picture of Rainbow drooling and her bra visible to the view.

"She's going to be mad Rarity, you should delete it".

"Well, that's what she gets for not helping and besides, didn't she call you egghead many times last night?".

Twilight thought for a second before finally getting her own phone out and taking high quality pictures of Rainbow and her little drool river.

"Breakfast is ready y'all so come down!".

"Coming!".

"Do we wake her up?".

"Let her there, it going to be hilarious when Applejack finds the wet spot where Rainbow is drooling ". Rarity said with a malicious tone, both girls went to the kitchen with the rest.

Once everything was ready the 6 rainbooms sat to feast, while Sunset still felt nervous she felt that her body was for now under control, she felt fresh and the conversation was focused on mundane themes that didn't involve her directly, food, diets, new cloth trends, tests, and work was all they talked while eating, having a nice time with friends was what Sunset needed, however all good things must come to an end and this one was no exception when a high raspy scream was heard coming from the second floor, the girls quickly recognized the origin as the one and only Rainbow Dash.

"I'm sorry, ok? It was totally an accident!". Rainbow Dash came rushing from the stairs, red faced and her hands hiding her face, she slumped down at one of the chairs still hiding her face and seconds later and stomping his way through came Big Mac, his hair still wet from the shower he just took, his cheeks just as red as Rainbow's face.

"What in tarnation was that!". Asked Applejack angry that their meal was been spoiled.

"It wasn't my fault! He... I was still sleepy and I... He didn't lock his door!".

"You're not makin any sense Rainbow".

"Dash here broke into mah room without knockin and... Ah was just comin out ta the shower and...".

Applejack didn't need more that that, she put two and two. "Ya saw mah brother in his birthday suit!". All the other girls gasped at the news.

"NO!".

"NOPE!".

Both Rainbow and Big Mac exclaimed at the same time. "Ah was pullin mah pants up AJ, and ah don lock the door cos y'all know better that to bargain in mah room without knockin first!".

Applejack did a facepalm. "Fine! Just get a seat then, we are about to start anyway".

As luck would have it the only spot available for the farmer was next to Sunset and as soon as she realise this she felt uncomfortable, her expression was obvious to Big Mac who just shrugged and walked past her. "That's ok sis, ya too Pinkie for the breakfast but ha need to get goin, got a meetin with Rich around noon and ah already goin late".

Mac walked to the fridge and pulled out a cider bottle, as he walked out he took Applejack's hat from her head and kissed her in the head while putting the hat away. "Hey!".

"If Granny sees ya usin it while eatin again she'll spank ya, remember?".

"Yeah... Ah forgot... thanks and good luck". Applejack said to her brother with pink cheeks.

"Hey cousin, where's my kiss?". Pinkie jumped in Big Mac's way hugging him while rising her lips to get a kiss on them but Big Mac kissed her in the forehead instead making her pout.

"Enjoy the breakfast y'all". Big Mac nodded to the rest before leaving, Sunset turned to see him and their eyes met if only for a second and Sunset had the impression that he was hurt for her reaction and she felt bad for it.

"Too bad you didn't get your smooch Pinkie ha ha!".

"Too bad you didn't get to see Big Mac's little Mac". Pinkie countered while jiggling her eyebrows making fun of her friend.

"Stop that ya two, we're about to dig in". Applejack commanded to the rest and they obeyed. The table remained silent from the girls, the only noises were coming from the plates and the glasses until Rarity decided to start the conversation again.

"So Rainbow, are sure you didn't saw... anything?".

Rainbow's face went back to tomato stage color but she remained silent for a bit, when she still felt Rarity's gaze over her she decided to curve her way out.

"Wha-what about Sunset! She was outside with him was she?".

'Why you little traitor'. "We... just walked around, it was nothing special, seriously". Sunset hoped that her face wasn't turning as red as Rainbow's.

"So you guys didn't do naughty things? Booooring!".

"Pinkie!". Both Applejack and Sunset yelled.

"Can we please start eatin and not talk about mah brother?". After Applejack's plea the girls complied and continued with their meal and their friendly chat.

After the breakfast Pinkie came out with the idea of continuing their reunion in the mall, Rarity and Rainbow were all for it but Applejack told the group that she had some shores left since Apple Bloom was absent, Twilight wanted to double check her homewirk as well as reading 'Only you would do a double check of your homework in Sunday'. Fluttershy apparently was to attend an event with her family leaving Sunset to answer yet, Sunset found the idea nice of course but now that she had a chance she needed to visit Princess Twilight and see if she could find a solution from her perky problem, she immediately remembered what he told her the precious night 'I need to have sex to get rid of this? No, no no! There's have to be another way!'.

"Sunset?".

"Sorry what were you saying?".

"Darling you need to stop daydreaming or I'm going to think that there's a boy up in her occupying space". Rarity told Sunset while tapping her forehead with a finger.

"Sorry but is nothing like that, I need to go to Equestria for a while and check on something".

"It's magic related? Is magic causing problems again?". Asked Rarity again.

"No no nothing like that, is just...".

"Girls that's enough, let her be".

"Thanks AJ".

"It's nothin Sugarcube, Big Mac was right last night we shouldn't push ya to tell us what's wrong like that, just remember that here we are for ya".

"Thanks, to all of you, I really enjoyed the night".

After saying their goodbyes Sunset went to the guest room to retrieve her sleeping bag and her stuff, when she walked inside she noticed another bag next to her belongings.

'Uh? What's this?'. Inside the bag was a thermo filled with some liquid as well as an aluminum wrap, when she open it she found a pack of apple fritters and a note.

Heya Sunset, the fritters are for helping me with my truck, inside the container is the tea I told you about, drink it to reduce your condition, at the bottom is the recipe, you can try to make it yourself if you want to, if you need some of the herbs I can get them for you but I don't mind doing the tea for you, take care and if you feel like talking I'm all ears.

Sunset read the note 3, 5 times maybe, every time just making her feel worse remembering the way she reacted when she thought that he would seat next to her, she wondered if he noticed and that's why he decided to leave and not eat with them, shaking her head of more depression she put the food and drink inside her bag and put the note inside her wallet, a few minutes later she was ready to leave.

After saying goodbye to the rest of the Rainbooms Sunset walked through the dirt road until reaching the nearest bus stop mildly tired, she had been saving to by herself a small car but even with overtime it was taking some time.

After riding the bus she dropped her stuff in her apartment and fed her pet lizard, she send a quick message to the princess so that she would open the portal, by the time she was ready to go to CHS she was getting hungry again and all the walking was making her body acting up again, she took a big gulp of the tea that was bittersweet, she detected a hint of honey on it, she also took a couple of fritters before finally leaving for school.

A few more minutes by foot Sunset did it to the school grounds, she dropped next to the statue that housed the portal to her world. Been Saturday there was a few people still walking around, Sunset kept her attention while resting to find the best moment to jump went the portal was ready.

She heard people approaching and simply move it out of the way.

"And that's when I decided that he was a no good son of a b-".

"Ha think that I get what ya mean Ma'am! No need to curse so close to the school where any student can hear ya!". Sunset froze recognising the two voices immediately as Vice-Principal Luna Regal and the last guy she wanted to bump into 'Scratch that, Flash Sentry is the last guy I want to bump into'.

Thinking fast Sunset launched herself behind the bushes that surrounded the statue, she didn't dare move afraid that ic she was to move she would reveal her presence.

"But seriously, aren't any good man left in this town for getting a date?".

"Ah take that as an insult ya know?".

Luna turned around and put a hand in the young man's cheek. "Aaaah sorry my little pupil, I didn't meant you, don't get grumpy my cute student".

"Miss Luna?".

"Ups, sorry... I didn't went to far did I?".

"No Miss Luna... Ah am over ya, for real".

Luna seemed to relax. "Still, sorry Big Mac, sometimes I forget how much of an ass I can be".

"Eeyup". Mac said his trademark answer with a smile and apologetic Luna transformed into angry Luna.

"You don't pull any punches either you goof". Luna punched Big Mac in the shoulder but apparently it was Luna who end up hurt.

"Ya ok there Miss?".

"I'll remember this, anyway what brought you here today, the delivery was last Thursday and Tia didn't mention you helping today".

"That's... Ah came to... talk ta ya, if ya got the time". Something in the expression of her former pupil told Luna that it was serious.

"Yeah I got the time, big sis Luna is here for you, let's go to my office".

"Thanks, since when do ya have an office anyway?".

"Since Tia is not here today so it my office for now".

Sunset waited until the voices disappeared completely, her heart still hammering against her chest, without intention Sunset heard their little chat in front of the statue and now she was more curious about the blonde farmer, Big Mac sounded distraught and even Luna seemed to pick on that, as Sunset wondered if she was the main reason to his problem with what happen in the last 24 hours, the portal suddenly activated and Sunset was now able to go through it.

She looked the portal with hesitation now, debating wherever going through or looking to fix the situation with Big Mac first, shaking her head she decided to head through the portal, seeking information took priority, taking one deep breath Sunset walked into it.

FRIENDSHIP CASTLE, EQUESTRIA.
As always the exit from the portal was just as bad as the journey, Sunset picked herself up with pain in her flank and forgetting that her legs worked different in this world it took her a few tries before she got them to work as they were supposed to.

"It's always fun to seen somepony else struggle with that isn't it?".

Sunset turned to the voice if Princess Twilight Sparkle who was giggling in a corner of the room causing Sunset to blush.

"Is good to see you Sunset Shimmer".

"Likewise Princess, it's bee a long time". The two ponies embraced in a hug.

"When I saw your message I was worried that another magic incident was happening so I tried to open the portal as soon as possible".

"Thanks Princess I really appreciate this chance to check your library, there's this... thing that I want to check and only an equestrian library may have the answer".

"It's that so? Tell me what are you looking for and I can help you, I'm sure that between the two of us we can find your answer! So what is it? Magic amplification? Transmutation, equestrian alchemy oh oh oh don't tell me... Elemental manipulation!". Sunset was driven to the floor as the lavender alicorn proposed topic after topic of investigation while her eyes shone with the madness of knowledge.

"It something more... Physical that that...is about... the...".

"Yes?". Asked Twilight with stars in her eyes.

"Mare...".

"Uh hu?".

"Heat...".

"Go on".

"Cycle".

Twilight froze, the stars in her eyes broke, her face contorted into one of those abstract paints in human museums, her left eye twitched uncontrollably while her lips peeled back and Sunset was sure that her fur passed form lavender to fuchsia.

"Mare. heat. Cycle? Mark Heat Cycle? Mark Hat Cycle? Mark Hat Cyclone? Markhatcyclone? Mark-?". The alicorn started to mumble nonsense after nonsense while Sunset took a few steps back from the insane pony.

"Twi-princess Twilight? Are you ok?".

"Hey what's all the commotion he-what the? Twilight?". A little purple dragon appeared and jumped after seen his sister going bunkers.

"What's going on? Sunset Shimmer? What happened to her?". Asked Spike now also keeping his distance from Twilight as she started shooting magic from her horn in random directions while she kept talking gibberish.

"I... I just told her I needed info about something and she became like that, Watch out!". One of the magic blast reached Sunset and Spike but Sunset produced a shield in time to blocked.

"She's getting out of control, what... What did you ask her about?".

"Something personal ok, that's all you need to know".

"Fine! Let me distract her for now, Hey Twilight your library needs to rearrange!". Spike yelled to his sister and the trashing stopped completely.

"The... library? re-rearrange? My... library?". That seemed to calm her down.

"Yes Twilight, your books, follow me, I'll take you to them".

Spike signalled at Twilight to follow and she did like if she were under a trance and Sunset follow them from behind toward the library, when they arrived Spike showed Twilight her precious library and she quickly removed the book with her magic and started the process of rearrange.

While Spike and Twilight were busy with their project Sunset used the distraction to look for some book that could help her while pretending to help with the organisation, she tried to pick the ones that talked about pony anatomy and biology before Twilight or Spike could take them.

"Pony evolution through the ages? No. Main differences between pony species? No. New development in unicorn magic and its applications? Not this one either".

"Ugh looks like she calmed down for now, but seriously what did you ask her about to get her like that?".

"Mare heat Cy..cle". Only at the end Sunset realised that her tongue slipped and she pretty much confessed her true goal.

"Uh, that was it then, no wonder Twilight flipped, hold on let me get it for you". Spike went to a bundle of book that he had been collecting and pulled a red cover book with golden marks, he then ran back to Sunset and handed the book to the still stunt unicorn.

"Here you go, oh and you can use the special room for lecture next door".

"Wha- how wait what? Just... Just like that I mean...". Sunset blushed as by now Spike probably knew why she wanted the book, the title was self explanatory.

"Don't worry about anything, I'm pretty used by now how mares want to use the book for their first heat season while trying to hide the fact that they need it, poor Twilight here got it pretty bad the first time the mares of Ponyville needed the book and she suffered through all the crazy stuff that they tried in order to get it without her noticing, Fluttershy was the worst of them all by the way, you go ahead if you want to read it now, I'll deal with her". Spike went to talk to the alicorn leaving Sunset at her own advice.

With book in hooves she didn't ask more questions and quickly did her way to the room that Spike mentioned, inside she found a small table for lecture and a set of chairs neatly arranged, Sunset placed the book on the table and and took one of the chairs to seat on and then... nothing, she didn't open the book, she didn't touched, she just stared at it without moving away or closer to it, she just kept her cyan eyes on it as if she were to take her eyes from it it would disappear.

"Ugh come on Sunset, this is stupid, you came all the way to find this and now that you have it you do nothing?". Taking a deep breath she then turned the first page with her magic and started reading, first the basics, specific mare anatomy and description of what heat cycle was to be like. Sunset knew that this wasn't going to provide much inside since she was going to be in a different body with symptoms that she already knew too well.

Second came more insight in the cycle itself which Sunset read with dread, the first fact that it was a cycle meant that she would be going through the hellish process several times during her life, as soon as a mare reached age for fertility her cycle would commence, the mare would go into heat and seek out a mating partner, most mares would look for the best stallions that would provide both strong genes and... Sunset had to shake her head a couple of times before start again, strong genes and sexual satisfaction.

Sunset blinked several times before reading the part again, was that really written in this book? Sunset continued, the next part was more information in calculating the cycle's duration and frequency, Sunset read it but to her horror both subjects were attached with the number of times a mare would have sex, Sunset remembered what Big Mac told her, about the mare turning more docile if she mated recently and constantly.

'So he was right about this, those that mean that the only way I have to control this is by... having sex with someone? And even then is just temporal? I need to keep looking, there's has to be another way' . Sunset kept reading but her hopes plummeted like a rock in an swamp and her sentence was assured when she reached the end of the book, no countermeasure existed for the cycle until the mare reached old age, the cycle would slow down only after the mare give birth to her first foal.

A foal, a baby in the human world, Sunset hasn't even thought about that, another reason to be worried about this whole affair, she was afraid of losing her virginity and even more of having a kid at her 18's.

Inevitably Sunset felt defeated, her whole purpose of coming to Equestria was to find a solution that didn't include having to bang some guy but now everything indicated that that was the closest she could get to a remedy, even with Big Mac's tea and self pleasure she didn't know how effective it could be and she didn't want to add more problems to her life, it was enough with School, work, band practise and now this to add a freaking boyfriend, it was just too much for the amber unicorn.

Sunset took the book back to the library and found Spike and a more calm Twilight, she thank them both and after returning the book with caused another burt of hysteria from the alicorn Sunset took her leave.

Dragging her hooves all the way to the portal Sunset did like before and took a deep breath of air but it turned into a sob, she entered the portal to go back home.

Back in CHS, the front statue's plate started shimmering and the surface became liquid, like a torpedo Sunset Shimmer was launched across the air and she prepared for impact by closing her eyes and protecting her face, however the damage was almost annulled when she collided with another human body, Sunset open one eye don't knowing with what or who did she make contact, her surprise forced both eyes wide open.

"Uhm, wut's that phrase they use in movies? We hafta stop meetin like... this or somethin?". Sunset has just passed from mortified to horrified when she saw Big Macintosh in the floor with his face just inches from hers.

So last week was my oldest daughter's birthday and my wife and I continued a war we have to get the best gift, so I go to the internet and buy the forgotten friendship mini dolls I kid you not the Trixie doll cost more that the other 5 dolls combined(No Rainbow Dash or Rarity doll in this one). By this point I'm positive that I won but oh no, no no no, it turns out that my wife found some new doll in Wal-Mart, this are smaller and can exchange clothes (no Fluttershy doll in this one).
