While on a visit to the Crystal Empire, Twilight and Shining Armor get into a debate over ideology. Twilight is flabbergasted to find that her brother believes that communism works only in theory. Eager to prove a point, she sets about turning Ponyville into a communist utopia. She soon finds herself at odds with the princesses, Shining Armor, and just about everypony else. Such is the life of the communist dictator.
