SoarinDash Shorts : Wedding

(Soarin POV)

I could not believe it, I was finally married to the mare of my dreams, the only one I really loved in all Equestria. I was feeling like the luckiest stallion in all of Equestria.

"Congratulations Soarin and Rainbow Dash!" Said Princess Celestia with Princess Luna. Rainbow Dash and I bowed to the two princesses.

"Oh please, you do not have to do this" Celestia said.

Dash and I just smiled

"Congratulations dear, you really got there," Fleetfoot said as she touched my shoulder.

"I remember when Soarin had not even kissed a mare before and now he looks," said Spitfire

"Well life brings a lot of surprises girls" I said as I put a helmet around Dash.

"Oh Rainbow Congratulations!" Said Fluttershy

"I'm so happy for you" Twilight said.

"Yes, I hope you two are very happy" Applejack said.

"It's time for the party !!! Everyone with me Everypony !!" Pinkie Pie shouted running to the front desk. The other ponies followed suit and went with her.

Before Dash and I could go to the others, two hooves stopped us. We turned around and saw my parents and her parents.

"Well it looks like my boy finally found someone for him right?" My mother told Cloud Prism

"Yes, it was more than the time. Congratulations to you two," said my father Blue Sky

"Thank you Mom, thank you Dad," I said.

"Oh Dashie, I and your father are so proud of you" Dash's mother Windy Whistles said as she and Bow Hoothoof embraced her daughter.

"Thank you Mommy, thank you Daddy" Rainbow said

"Well I guess we could not have asked for a better daughter-in-law and wife for our son, is not it Sky?" My mother said looking at my father.

"Certainly" he said.

"And we could not have asked for a better son-in-law and husband for our dear grown-up daughter, oh I remember as if it was yesterday that I changed her first diaper" said Windy Whistles

Dash blushed and put a helmet on his face.

"Mom!!!" She said

"Come on, ponies now all singing with me," Twilight said as she picked up the microphone and began to sing "Love Is In Bloom" and everyone around began to dance.

I turned to Dash and put a hoof in front of her.

"Hello, miss, do not you want to dance with the black stallion?" I flirted with her.

She blushed and nodded as she took out my helmet.

Then we both started dancing in the beautiful garden of Ponyville Park and soon after all the wedding looks were just for me and Dash.

"I still can not believe we're married" she said.

"You can believe Dash" I said with a smile.

Soon after she put her head on my chest and let out a dreamy sigh.

"Do you know Soarin? I'm very grateful that you came into my life, because I honestly do not know what I would have done without you" she said softly.

"I also do not Dash, now we will be together forever, and nothing will ever separate our love" I said in a loving tone

She smiled at me and gave me a quick kiss on the lips, then put her head back on my chest.

"I do not want this day to end, husband" she said.

"Me neither, wife" I said as I laid my head on hers.

Soon after Dash and I got into a carriage pulled by pegasus and she happily threw the bouquet of flowers, which Rarity repeated her very act of Princess Cadance And Shining Armor's wedding pushing all the ponies and picking up the bouquet.

Dash and I leaned in for another loving kiss and then she laid her head on my chest.

"I love you Soarin" she said.

"I love you too Rainbow Dash " I said.

Now I could only say that this was just the beginning of our new lives.
