10,000 years after the Istvaan III Atrocity, the vengeful soul of the last loyalist of the traitorous 12th legion continues to fight in the Emperor's name.
The Blood God tires of his loyalty to the Corpse God, and so sends to a planet where he can only kill the enemies of Chaos.
Stranded on this xenos world governed by peace and harmony religiously, will the World Eater suffer the alien to live, or spill blood for the blood god, he must choose before the Butcher's Nails chooses for him.
