Hope you'll like it. Prologue Morning. Rays of sun. Twilight opens her eyes wide awake. "Oh no, no, no, no!" she said. "I am late!" Rushing. Running. Getting ready. Coming to school just on time. Phew! Twilight thought to herself. It was 2 weeks until graduation and prom. Everyone was thinking about it, everyone was talking about it and everyone was preparing for it. Twilight wanted to ask Sunset, her longtime crush who still doesn't have a date to prom, to go with her as her date. She would ask her way sooner but she first needed to go through every possible situation and reply. She can't risk not being ready. Anyway, today was finally that faithful day she will ask her out. "That was a close one." Twilight said while sitting next to Sunset. "Oh, come on. You're usually never late. Even if you came few minutes later, teacher wouldn't be mad." Sunset reassured her. "I guess you're right." Twilight replied smiling. Lunch time. Girls are sitting together on the table, eating, no one is saying anything. "So... I have already made us all dresses for prom!" Rarity excitedly broke the silence. "You know, you didn't really have to do all that for us but we really appreciate it." said Applejack. "Pft, it was really nothing. I had fun making them!" As a matter of fact, none of the girls had a date to the prom yet. There was still time though! Lunch was over. Everyone was heading to their classes. "Sunset Shimmer!" Twilight yelled in the hallway. "Yes, Twilight?" Sunset turned around. "I have something I need to tell you. Ask actually. You see--" Suddenly a random girl ran and bumped into them. They all fell on the floor and the girl's necklace, that she was holding in hands, fell in front of Sunset. "Oh my! I am SO SORRY!" the girl apologized. "Don't worry about it." Sunset replied. The girl picked her necklace up and left in a rush. Sunset and Twilight stood up. "Did you see that necklace she had?" Sunset asked. "Yes, what about it?" Twilight was curious. "I don't know... it just seems awfully familiar." "Oh... you don't think it's from Equestria, right?" "Could be. I can't remember." "And why are you two still here? Get to the class, girls!" Luna interrupted. The girls went to class. After school. "What was that important thing you wanted to ask me?" Sunset turned to Twilight. "Oh, right! Well... you see... I was just wondering---" "Twily!" Shining Armor interupted. "Shining Armor? What are you doing here?" Twilight was confused. "It's our B.B.B.F.F. and L.S.B.F.F. (little sister best friend forever) day for going to try, once again, to finish that big ice cream bowl they have at our favourite ice scream shop. Did you forget that?" "Oh no, no! I just wanted to see if YOU still remember!" "Riiiight." Shining Armor was proud he didn't forget. "Let's just go already, I am ready to finish that ice cream challenge!" "I'll tell you tomorrow, Sunset. Once we have more.... privacy." Twilight whispered. "Alright. Have fun!" Sunset replied. "You too! See you tomorrow!" "See ya!" Rarity's botique. The door rang. "IT'S OPEN!" yelled Rarity who was working fast and hard to finish all the prom dresses requests. "Hey there, Rarity!" Applejack came in. "I brought you the fabric you asked me to bring." "Oh thank you so much, darling. Please put it over there, I am really busy at the moment." "Sure thing!" Applejack put the box with fabric where Rarity showed her. "Isn't it ironic? I have always dreamed about going to prom with that someone special and now I'm going alone." Rarity suddenly said. "Well, is there anyone you wanna go with?" "Yes, but... I don't know if she would want to go with me." "Well did you ask her?" "No..." "I think you should. After all, it can't hurt ya to try! Plus then you'll at least know you tried." "Hm.. I'll see about that. Thanks for the advice, darling." "T'was nothing, sugarcube!" The explosion with what seemed like magic was heard from outside. Both Applejack and Rarity ran outside to see what happened. Mysteriously, nothing was there. "Well this is weird." Rarity said. "Very weird." added Applejack. Later Applejack returned home. Pinkie was there for a good old family visit. Pinkie and Applejack when to Applejack's room. "Uh, Pinkie Ah have a problem. Can I ask you for advice?" "Of course! What's the problem about?" "Asking someone out to prom." "Oh but why don't you ask Rarity about that? She's an expert!" "'Cause... agh... you see, I have a crush on both Rarity and Rainbow Dash and I don't know which one I love more!" Applejack said fastly. "OHHHHH!! Well that's rough, buddy!" Pinkie replied. "I think you should of course think about it more but not for too long because prom is in 2 weeks. Just follow your heart!" "That's a really good advice! Thanks, Pinkie!" "Always!" "You have a crush on my sister?!" Sweetie Belle entered with Scootaloo and Apple Bloom. "And my... kinda... sister?!" "Erm... we couldn't help but overhear your coversation when we tried so hard to hear it." Apple Bloom said shyly. "You did what?!" Applejack was angry. "Don't worry, don't worry. We find that super cool and we want to help!" Sweetie Belle tried to calm the situation. "Help? Aghh, alright, let me hear your advice too. "Well, I think you should see which one you're in love with and which one you have a crush on. There's a big difference. Be sure before you tell any of them!" Apple Bloom said. "That's actually a really good advice! Thanks, Apple Bloom!" AJ replied. "I'm glad to help!" "And we will put bets on who it will be!" Scootaloo said. "No? Ugh fine! But I'm sure it will be Rainbow Dash!" "Nu-uh! It will DEFINETLY be Rarity!" Sweetie Belle argued. "Hahahah, now please excuse us." Apple Bloom said while dragging Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle outside. "Whoever that is just follow your heart!" Apple Bloom's yell was the last thing they heard from them. Shining Armor and Twilight went to their favourite ice cream shop and ordered biggest bowl of ice cream as they have planned. "So, can your B.B.B.F.F. know if you have a crush on that girl?" "What?! Which girl?! What do you know?!" Twilight was in panic. "Hahah oh come on, Twily. I saw the way you were looking at Sunset. But don't worry, I won't tell anyone." "I.. it was... okay fine, I do have a crush on Sunset and I finally planned to ask her to be my prom date but it didn't really go as planned." "Oh! Well, don't stress over it now. I'm sure it will go great tomorrow." "Thanks." Twilight replied. "Can I ask you something?" "Did she look at you the same way you did her? Yes, yes she did!" "You know me so well." Twilight felt bit relieved. "Ugh, Fluttershy you know I love helping my friends but how long do we need to stay in the shelter. I want to make it to my football practice." Rainbow Dash complained. "Just a little more." "Ugh, alright, alright!" They continued to take care of the animals in Fluttershy's shelter. "It has been a while now since last Equestrian magic adventure happened." Rainbow noticed. "Oh, I hope there won't be one soon. I don't need that stress added to school stress." "And I, on the other hand, do hope some action will happen. It would be so exciting, fighting some evil magic on our final day in school. On prom night! That would be so epic" "Epic... or scary...." "I don't think you should worry about it though. It seems like it will be just a regular prom." Sunset was walking down the street. She saw the girl with the necklace across the street. Hey that's the girl from school! she thought to herself. I'll go and greet her! Then the girl's necklace started glowing. Sunset stopped and looked at her in shock as she lifted in the air, her eyes glowing white. Sunset hid in the nearby bush. The necklace drained something Sunset was unable to identify from some random guy who then turned to stone. Did she just kill him? Sunset was terrified. Girl landed back on the floor. She furiously yelled "Not again!! I always catch the wrong ones! You can't ran forever Sunset Shimmer and her friends! I'll find out who you are, get all of your magic and then rule the world!" I hope you all like this random story so far! Complications Cherry was standing right in front of Applejack. She started to lift in the air, her eyes glowing white. Applejack was terrified! The ray of magic came out going towards Applejack but suddenly bumped into metal trash can, which Sunset, who has came just in time in front of Applejack to save her, was holding, and hit the nearby wall. "What in the name of Celestia?" Cherry was angry. "Phew! That was a close one!" Applejack was relieved. "Thanks Rebeca!" "I'm glad I was passing by." Sunset was relieved. They both turned to Cherry. "Who are you anyway? And what in the world was that?" Sunset was angry. "Ugh, you all should stop acting like you don't know who Sunset Shimmer or Equestria is! Celestia told me all about it?" "Equestria?" Sunset decided not to reveal herself yet. I can't fight her now. She could hurt us both. "Sunrise Dinner?" Applejack joined. "Oh come on!" Cherry yelled. More people were starting to pass by. It definetly wasn't private enough to talk about magic anymore. "You both will see! This isn't over, Rebeca and her friend!" Cherry said angrily. "WHAT?!" Pinkie was shocked. "Celestia sent her?" Twilight followed. "That's what she said." Sunset replied. "But why in the world would she send her to rule over this world?" Rainbow was confused. "Plus didn't you say you made up with Celestia?" "I did. This doesn't make any sense. I'll contact princess Twilight." Sunset replied. "That seems like the best idea now." Rarity agreed. Later in principal Celestia's office, Celestia was working. Luna came in. "Hey Cel, want to go grab some coffee?" "Yes. I could really use a break right now. I'm exhausted!" They left the office. Discord sneaked in. He went through students' papers looking for any information about Cherry. After school Sunset went home. She spent an hour trying to figure out how to solve this problem after she has informed princess Twilight about their situation. "I think I need a break." she said while making herself a sandwich. "Huh, Twilight didn't tell me the thing she wanted to say yesterday. I guess she decided she doesn't want to share it at the end." she said while remembering previous events with Twilight. Twilight was laying on her bed. "I didn't tell her today either, Spike." "That's okay. You still have time. Besides you've said there was a whole evil magic drama today." "I know. I'm just afraid someone else will ask her before me." "Why don't you ask her now?" "Now? Like right now?" "Why not?" "You know what Spike, you're right! I'll go to her now!" "Huray!" Spike cheered. "Uhm Twilight? Can I ask you is Rarity going with anyone?" "Oh, come on, Spike!" "What? Gotta know who is the crush of the love of my life." Twilight just rolled her eyes smiling. "Okay, now lay down close your eyes and listen to me." Apple Bloom said as Applejack listened to her instructions. "Think about dating Rarity. Think about your future together." "Okay. I am. What now?" "Now imagine Rainbow Dash hanging with you two, while you're dating Rarity." "Ugh!" "Now imagine dating Rainbow Dash. And your future with her." "Alright!" "How does it feel not dating Rarity while you're dating Rainbow?" Apple Bloom said but interrupted Applejack before she could reply. "Now which one was most hurtful? Which one is the one you can't accept not dating?" "You know what? I think I realized something. On one I have a crush on but I am actually in love with--" "APPLEJACK!" Rainbow Dash entered. "Rainbow Dash?" Applejack and Apple Bloom were confused. "What happened?" "You know how I applied to enter Wonderbolt Sport Academy after high school?" "Yes?" "And you know how I already went to try outs and how they saw me play multiple times?" "Yeah?" "Well I GOT ACCEPTED!! I'LL GO TO WONDERBOLT ACADEMY!!!" "OH MY! THAT'S AMAZING!!" Applejack was relieved that nothing bad happened. "But... I wanted to know... ah nevermind" Apple Bloom gave up and decided to wait. "Are you sure?" Fluttershy was suprised. "Yeah, there was nothing about her there. It's like she isn't a student here." Discord replied. "That clears my suspicion." Pinkie said. "She is someone from EQUESTRIA!" "Ah", Pinkie continued, " I guess I need to go home to see what's going on." "Wait... WHAT?" they both were confused. Pinkie sighed. "I guess it's time to admit something. BUT you have to Pinkie promise not to tell anyone!" "Okay. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!" They both Pinkie promised. "I am actually Pinkie from Equestria and other Pinkie and me always change places so we know all of our friends and I'm actually Pinkie from Equestria but no on ever notices the difference." Fluttershy and Discord stared in complete shock. They both looked at each other for few seconds then back at Pinkie. "I'll go back to Equestria to inspect the situation and find out what's going on. You guys cover for me, okay?" Both Discord and Fluttershy just quietly nodded as Pinkie started to go to the portal. "Did you hear what I just heard?" Discord broke the silence. "Yep." Fluttershy was still staring at the doors where Pinkie exited. "Well hello there, friends!" They turned to see Rarity. "Do you maybe know where Pinkie Pie is?" "Everywhere apparently!" Discord started but fastly added, "Nowhere! We don't know! Haven't seen her in a while." "Yes, in a while." Fluttershy added. "Okaaay" Rarity was a bit confused. "I'll go then." She shortly exited. Sunset was enjoying her sandwich. She recieved a text from Flash. "Hey Sunset, I was wondering if you would maybe fancy going to prom with me? As friends I mean." Oh well, I have no one to go with. And, even tho I think not only have a crush on but am already in love with Twilight from this world, I don't want to ruin friendship with her. I don't know how she would react. "Sure, Flash! As friends!" Sunset replied. Sunset sadly continued to eat her sandwich. Then someone knocked on the door. Sunset opened the door to see Twilight. "Hey Twilight, is everything alright?" "Yes, yes! I have something really important to tell you that I'm trying to tell you for so long!" "What is it?" Twilight took a deep breath. "I have a crush on you and wanted to ask you if you would want to be my prom date?" Almost Lost But Found"I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID THAT!" Sunset yelled frustrated. "Oh, it's not that bad, darling." Rarity tried to reassure her. "Not that bad? NOT THAT BAD? Do you want me to tell you again what happened?" Sunset was still frustrated. "So..." Before, when Twilight coffessed her feelings for Sunset and asked her to prom. "OH! OHHH! Wow!" Sunset was speechless from joy. "Okay, firstly, I am suprised! Shocked! But NOT IN A BAD WAY! Definetly not in a bad way! But uh, wait, I was just asked by Flash and I told him I will go with him but---" "IT'S OKAY!" Twilight said fastly and loudly. "That's totally okay! It's fine!" "No, Twilight, you don't understand!" Sunset said as Twilight was already starting to leave. "No, no! I do! I really do! And it's okay. You don't have to worry about wording yourself right to not hurt my feelings. I'll just go now." "Twilight, really it's not what you--" "It's really okay! I just need to be alone right now. I'm sorry. I hope I didn't ruin our friendship." Twilight didn't let Sunset finish her sentence because she was too afraid of hearing how Sunset doesn't like her back. Twilight started walking fast, then slowly running as tears came to her eyes so Sunset doesn't see it. But she did. "TWILIGHT!" Sunset yelled but Twilight jumped on the bycicle she came with and was gone. Sunset finished retelling Rarity what happened. "Okay, I was wrong. It is really bad! But it's nothing you can't fix!" Rarity reassured her. "Just tell Flash you don't want to go with him and go to Twilight and tell her what you feel about her!" "Yes, you know what, you're right! Thanks Rarity!" "No problem!" Rarity replied as Sunset was preparing to leave. In the meantime Pinkie Pie was in Equestria. She has met with actual Pinkie from the human world and they went to try to figure out what's happening. "Okay, okay. But what is she doesn't come back for few days?" Fluttershy was in panic. "How will we explain that?!" Lyra passed by. "I don't know where Pinkie Pie is!" Fluttershy yelled. Lyra awkwardly walked away. "I'm sure she will come very soon." Discord reassured her. "And if not, then we will panic." Rainbow was laying in her room, thinking about The Wonderbolt Academy. Her phone rang. "It's from Sunset." she read out loud. "We are meeting we are meeting with her on Applejack's farm!" All the girls except Twilight and Pinkie came. They entered one room where they were alone. "Princess Twilight has answered me." "Wait shouldn't we wait for Pinkie and Twilight?" Applejack asked. "Pinkie can't come!" Fluttershy was suspiciously fast to reply. "And uh... Twilight can't make it either." Sunset awkwardly said. "Okay..." Applejack was suspicious. "Anyway, she said she doesn't know anyone by the name Cherry Mint or a way she could come through the portal without her noticing. The portal is in her room." Sunset explained. "So she went to search through the whole list of residents of Ponyville and it's guests. She didn't find her." "So what you're saying is, we have nothing?" Rainbow asked. "Unfortunately, yes. She even talked to Celestia about it and she doesn't know who could be pretending to be her." "Yeah, because Celestia would reveal something like that!" Rainboe complained. "Don't doubt Celestia's honesty like that!" Sunset replied. "Sorry. It's just, I know Celestia, she would never lie, plus she is the ruler of the whole kingdom! I don't think it was her." "Agh, how are we suppossed to find out who is that Cherry girl then?" "And who sent her!" Applejack added. "I don't know. I really don't but we need to be fast!" Sunset said determined. "Yep!" Big Mac said coming from a shadow corner where he was working. All of them got scared as no one noticed him. "Big Mac! You've scared us!" Applejack said. "Sorry, but I couldn't help overhearing your comversation. Maybe I can help?" "Sure! I mean why not?" Sunset said and filled him in with all of the things that happened in the last few days. "And then Sunset called us here to think of something." Applejack added. "Hmm... you know if that girl will attack, it will probably be on the prom day. Everyone will be there and it would be easy for her to find you if she kills you all." Big Mac said. "You're right!" Applejack agreed. "Okay. We need to prepare ourselves for prom then!" Sunset said. "YES!" everyone looked at Rainbow Dash who was happy. "What? You all know I have always wanted epic prom battle against evil magic! If you don't trust me, ask Fluttershy!" "It's true!" Fluttershy shrugged and everyone continued to discuss. Twilight was crying in her room. "Hey Twily!" Shining Armor approached. "What's wrong?" "Sunset doesn't like me back!" "What? What do you mean she doesn't like you back?" Twilight then explained what happened. "Maybe you got it all wrong? I have seen the way she looks at you, she seems completely in love with you!" "That's what you think!" "And I am right. Why don't you ask her?" Twilight sighed. "Maybe I should. But not now, at least not for next few days. I wouldn't be able to listen to her telling me she doesn't feel the same." "However you wish. But DO ask her!" "I will." Next few days went by fast. Twilight was avoiding Sunset and Cherry dissappeared from the face of Earth. It was a day before the prom. Sunset was next to her locker picking her stuff up as she finished the school. Twilight was passing by. "Hey Twilight!" Sunset called her. "Not right now! I really need to go!" "Please Twilight, you can't avoid me forever let me explain." Twilight sighed. "Okay. You're right. I am sorry I've avoided you for so long. I just wasn't ready to hear your rejection, I am not ready now either but you are also my bestest friend and thia avoiding you is killing me on the inside!" "Aw, Twilight you are my bestest friend too! And look, I am not going with Flash, I never even wanted to! The only person I want to have next to me as my girlfriend is--" "Hey guys!" Rainbow interrupted. "WHAT?! WHAT? IS THE EARTH FALLING DOWN? ARE THE SOACESHIPS FLOWN BY DRAGONS CRUSHING INTO OUR SCHOOL? WHAT'S SO IMPORTANT?!" Sunset was frustrated. Then she realized what she said. "Geez" Rainbow was shocked. "Sorry. I was just waiting for this moment for so long. But it can wait, it can wait." "Uh-huh....riiight... I just wanted to let you know that today we are having a sleepover at my place. We will develop the plan!" Rainbow whispered the last part. "Alright, we'll be there!" "See ya!" Rainbow left. "The thing is", Sunset turned to Twilight, "I am in love with y---" "Hey what's up? You also came to pick up your things?" Pinkie was excited to see them. "NO! WAIT PINKIE PLEASE! I want to tell you I am in love wi---" "Oh you guys are also here!" Trixie was also excited to see them. "What will you all wear to prom?" "What I'm trying to say is I'm in love with y--" The bell suddenly rang, everybody was starting to rush and go to their classrooms. "I AM IN LOVE WITH YOU TWILIGHT SPARKLE!" Sunset yelled so loudly, everyone stopped and stared at them. Twilight, Pinkie and Trixie were in shock. "Really?" Twilight was out of words from joy. "Yeah." Sunset said shyly. "I think I am in love with you too, Sunny!" They both smiled. "Can I kiss you?" Twilight asked shyly. "Is that even a question?" Sunset replied as she pulled Twilight in for a passionate kiss they have waited for so long. "Called it!" Pinkie said. Fluttershy and Pinkie were going home together after school. "So you are our Pinkie Pie?" "Yes I am! Pinkie from Equestria stayed to research more." "Oh, that's nice. I still have so many questions though. Can I ask you about which parts were you there and which ones was it the other Pinkie?" "Sure! Ask away!" Applejack was working on her farm stressing herself out about the fact she didn't ask the girl of her dreams to prom. Suddenly Rarity came. "Applejack, do you maybe have a minute? I have something really important to tell you." Rarity asked. "Sure! Go ahead!" "I have a huge crush on you!" "Hey AJ!" Rainbow came running to them. "I have something really important that definetly can't wait any longer to be asked! I have had a crush on you since forever and I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend?" This Is Our Big NightIt was evening. Applejack, Rainbow and Rarity were sitting in awkward silence at Rainbow's place. After all their confessions, Applejack wanted to reply but Big Mac came right in that moment to give them a ride to Rainbow's place for a sleepover. They haven't spoken ever since. "So..." Rainbow was the one to break the silence, "about what happened earlier..." "Yeah..." Rarity wanted to contribute. "Right, so you see--" Applejack started but someone knocked the door. "COMING!" Rainbow yelled. It was Pinkie and Fluttershy. "Hey guys!" Rainbow greeted them. "Hi! We are so glad we came on time since we thought we would be late because Pinkie needed to bake some muffins for Maud as a suprise." "Don't worry. You're right on time. Only Sunset and Twilight still have to come." As she said that Sunset and Twilight came while holding hands. "Oho!" Was the only thing Fluttershy was able to say. "FINALLY!" Rainbow spoke as both Twilight and Sunset looked at her in confusion. "What? You were SO OBVIOUS!" "Just like you are with you know who?" Twilight teased. "I... I mean... okay yeah, fine." They all chuckled and entered the room Applejack and Rarity were in. After that the greeted each other and got comfortable. "Shall we first come up with the plan and then do those other sleepover things?" Rainbow was excited about getting some action. "Sure, that sounds like a good idea," Sunset agreed. They spent few hours thinking of each possible scenario. "Okay, this is hard." Twilight noticed. "We should all be careful and keep an eye on everyone in case Cherry appears and when she does appear we will defeat her with our magic before she can kill us... or turn to that statue or whatever it is she does." Sunset said. "We will probably split up during prom. Everyone should unmute they phones and have them with them so, if something goes wrong, we all let each other know and come as fast as we can." "Sounds good!" Rainbow said. "Can we now go and eat something? I'm starving!" Pinkie said. They all agreed to go and eat. In the morning they all will go to Rarity's place to pick up the dresses and then each will head home to get ready. They all will later meet at prom. The next day they all went together to Rarity's place as planned. She gave them the dresses and they all went to their homes. Except for Applejack who stayed to talk to Rarity. "Uh... Rarity? Do ya maybe have a minute?" "Of course, darling! You wanna talk about what happened yesterday?" "Uh-huh! You see... huh... there's no easy way to say this..." "You love Rainbow Dash and want to go with her, don't you?" "Yeah.... I'm sorry, Rarity! You really are an amazing person and I do have a crush on you but.... I'm kindaaa in love with Rainbow." "That's alright. I understand. Thank you for being honest!" "I hope this won't change anything in our friendship." "Of course it won't! We're besties no matter what!" "Thanks Rarity! You're the best!" "It's nothing, darling! I think you should go and tell all of this to Rainbow too!" "Yeah, you're right! See ya then at the prom!" "Yeah. Love you!" "Love ya too!" When Applejack left, Rarity burst into tears. Few moments later Sweetie Belle entered the room. "I've heard what happened Rarity." she said and then hug her sister. After few minutes she finally spoke again. "I'm sorry she doesn't feel the same way. You really are an amazing person and I'm sure you'll find someone who will love you and treat you like you deserve!" "Thanks, Sweetie Belle! It means a lot!" "This will be our big night! It's going to be so exciting and fun and I'll be there dancing and spending time with Sunset and wearing a pretty dress with high heels and-- OH NO! What if I fall wearing high heels?" Twilight was going all around. "Twily, you wear high heels often! I'm sure everything will be as great and magical as you imagine it to be!" Shining Armor reassured her. "You know what? I think you're right!" Twilight answered. You don't even know about the magic part. Rainbow was getting ready at home. Her parents knocked and after she said they can enter they walked into her room. "So is our daugther who is the best at everything going with someone?" Rainbow's mum asked full with excitment to find out who her daughter is dating. "No..." Rainbow got sad. "Sadly I am not." "About yesterday." Applejack was still catching breath. "I should have told you this long ago." "Uh.." she would never admit it but Rainbow was scared. "I am... in love with you, Rainbow!" Rainbow was shocked. She didn't know if she ever felt this happy. She smiled and Applejack returned it. "That is so awesome! But just to check, that means you do want to go to prom with me?" "Yeah!" "WOHOO!" "Huray! Our daugther has a date to prom!" Rainbow's parents said and both Rainbow Dash and Applejack looked at them. "Heh, we'll let you have some privacy." they said as they left. "As I was saying," Applejack continued, "I would love to be your date to prom and your girlfriend if ya want to." "Is that even a question? I would love to!" Rainbow said excitedly. They stared smiling at each other in comfortable silence for few moments and then realized they need to start getting ready. "Uh, see ya then!" Applejack was first to break the silence. "I'll pick you up at 7:30!" "That would be amazing!" Applejack said and left. In front of school entrance Pinkie was waiting with Cheese for other girls to come. Fluttershy was second to arrive. "Oh hello there!" Fluttershy greeted. "Hi Fluttershy! This is Cheese Sandwich! He is my date tonight!" "Oh, it's a pleasure to meet you!" "It's nice to meet you too!" Then they saw Discord coming. "Discord what are you doing here?" Fluttershy asked in suprise. "Canterlot High's janitor is always the photographer at prom." He said annoyed then continued. "But I always get to witness prom drama and full time chaos." He entered the school. Soon afterwards Twilight and Sunset came. Then Rarity and last were Rainbow and Applejack. "Hey guys!" They greeted them. "Shall we get in?" Sunset asked. "Uh-huh!" They all agreed. Suddenly they heard screaming coming through portal. They all turned around and Pinkie Pie from Equestria fell from it. "WAIT! I have discovered something really important!" She spoke. "Cherry Mint actually works for a changeling, who went to same school and class with Sunset Shimmer back in Equestria, that wants to get revenge on her!" They all stared in shock. They decided to enter and wait for Cherry and mysterious girl going against Sunset to arrive. Many people were dancing, some were voting for prom's king and queen, Discord was photographing and waiting for chaos to happen but most importantly, everybody was having fun. Except for Rarity. She sadly leaned on the wall and watched everyone. "Ah" she sighed. "No one should feel down on prom! If nothing you can join me in waiting for some chaos." Discord came. "I don't feel like doing anything right now." "Ah yes, heartbreaks are rough. But do you really want to spend your prom like this?" "You know what, you're right! This is not how I'm going to spend the prom! I'll go do something!" Pinkie from Equestria joined the conversation. "You can always dance with me!" "Sure!" Rarity replied. As they walked away Discord continued waiting for some drama. Pinkie from human world and Cheese came to him. "Hey Discord! Could you please take a photo of us?" Pinkie asked. "Wait! Didn't you just left with Rarity?" Discord was shocked but as Cheese started to gesture him not to ask, he decided he won't. "Actually nevermind. I'll just take the photo." Sunset and Twilight were dancing. "This is nice." Twilight said. "Yeah." Sunset agreed. "I hope it will last long." Applejack and Rainbow were competing in who will lead their slow dance better. Fluttershy joined Trixie in trying food that was on the table. Suddenly everything went dark. When lights turned on again, Twilight was missing. "TWILIGHT?!" Sunset was in panic. All the girls ran outside the room into the hallway. Cherry was standing at the other part of the hallway. "Where is Twilight?" Sunset was angry. "Oh, she is with a friend of yours." "I joined her because she only wanted revenge on Sunset, to take her precious magic away and the girl she is obviously in love with to Equestria and forever break the portal. She wanted me to help her so she gave this necklace that can absorb magic so, even though I won't be able to return to Equestria, I would rule over this world. I didn't know how you all looked at first but I spied on you when you had a meeting at Applejack's barn and her brother joined you." Fluttershy was shocked but continued. "But did you kill all those people you tried draining the magic from?" "Unfortunately yes. But necklace doesn't kill anyone who has magic, it only takes it away." Both of their magics competed on who will win, Discord and Cherry were just watching and cheering for their friends. Suddenly one of the magics shot pushed the other one harder and beat it. Sunset first turned to Sci Twi to ask her if she is okay, after she replied she is, everyone looked back at Twilight. "I am not sorry for this." Twilight said as everyone was shocked. Rainbow quickly caught them before they fell while Sci Twi helped her with her magic. Others tried to stop Twilight but she already went into the portal. Everyone bumped into portal. "What?" Sunset was angry. "Did she break the portal?" Applejack asked. "Oh no..." Fluttershy was worried. "She actually broke the portal and left the Elements?" Sunset was shocked. "Hey! No! What? She forgot about me!" Pinkie from Equestria said. "Don't worryyyy! There's another portal at that island we were at while having adventures in Storm King's storm." Pinkie from human world said. "Pinkie, you're a genius!" Sunset happily said. "Pft tell me something I don't know!" "We need to tell Celestia everything that happened!" Sunset said. We have become so close as a group, I don't think there's much that can break us down. If anything does come up we will solve it and face it together. All 7 of us are friends for life!" Celestia turned to Twilight. "I'm sorry Twilight." "I'll take any punishment you decide for me." "Thank you for admitting everything and being grown and taking responsibility for your actions." Celestia started. "I am really sorry but considering everything that happened and others punishments, I have to send you to the Moon for 10 years." Everyone except Luna was shocked. "Yeah..." Applejack said. "I am really happy for her but I miss her when she has to go on her trips. If only I could come with her... or the games were held here. I mean I don't know what ya wanted to do as a job but I bet you didn't want to work as mechanics." "Eh, it's just a temporary job until I find a better one. Besides, I have the most amazing time! She was suprised and opened it. "Dear Sunset Shimmer, I am writing you because I am finally a free pony again. I also had a lot of time to think about everything that happened and I want to say I am truly sorry, Sunset. You didn't do anything wrong and I was just a jealous pony filled with hate. And I am sorry for every single bad thing I did to you. I know this doesn't make up for what I did and it's not nearly enough of an apology and we don't ever have to be friends again if you don't want to but I hope some day you'll find in your heart to forgive me. Pinkie shrugged. "I guess in all this wedding and party planning we didn't find time to plan our own." "Luckily, there's still time, no need to rush." Fluttershy said. "Yeah, true." Pinkie agreed. "Oh yes! How could we forget!" Pinkie answered. "Especially the part where we fought against princess Twilight!" "Does anyone even know what happened to Cherry?" Fluttershy asked. "Yeah, I saw and talked with her last week." Rarity said. "You did?" All were shocked. "Uh-huh! She became an artist. Opened a small gallery." "Well I am glad she found something else that's not stealing magic and conquering the world." Sunset said. "I am suprised she didn't go back to Equestria after we repaired the portal." "She didn't want to." Rarity answered. "She has said she liked it better her." "I am glad she found a place where she belongs." Twilight said. Sunset's phone started beeping. "Oh!" she was suprised. "You all know what that means?" "Someone passed through a portal!" Twilight said. "Another magic mystery awaits!" "Well let's get going!" PrologueAuthor's Note So this is my first story on here. Hope you'll like it. Prologue Morning. Rays of sun. Twilight opens her eyes wide awake. "Oh no, no, no, no!" she said. "I am late!" Rushing. Running. Getting ready. Coming to school just on time. Phew! Twilight thought to herself. It was 2 weeks until graduation and prom. Everyone was thinking about it, everyone was talking about it and everyone was preparing for it. Twilight wanted to ask Sunset, her longtime crush who still doesn't have a date to prom, to go with her as her date. She would ask her way sooner but she first needed to go through every possible situation and reply. She can't risk not being ready. Anyway, today was finally that faithful day she will ask her out. "That was a close one." Twilight said while sitting next to Sunset. "Oh, come on. You're usually never late. Even if you came few minutes later, teacher wouldn't be mad." Sunset reassured her. "I guess you're right." Twilight replied smiling. Lunch time. Girls are sitting together on the table, eating, no one is saying anything. "So... I have already made us all dresses for prom!" Rarity excitedly broke the silence. "You know, you didn't really have to do all that for us but we really appreciate it." said Applejack. "Pft, it was really nothing. I had fun making them!" As a matter of fact, none of the girls had a date to the prom yet. There was still time though! Lunch was over. Everyone was heading to their classes. "Sunset Shimmer!" Twilight yelled in the hallway. "Yes, Twilight?" Sunset turned around. "I have something I need to tell you. Ask actually. You see--" Suddenly a random girl ran and bumped into them. They all fell on the floor and the girl's necklace, that she was holding in hands, fell in front of Sunset. "Oh my! I am SO SORRY!" the girl apologized. "Don't worry about it." Sunset replied. The girl picked her necklace up and left in a rush. Sunset and Twilight stood up. "Did you see that necklace she had?" Sunset asked. "Yes, what about it?" Twilight was curious. "I don't know... it just seems awfully familiar." "Oh... you don't think it's from Equestria, right?" "Could be. I can't remember." "And why are you two still here? Get to the class, girls!" Luna interrupted. The girls went to class. After school. "What was that important thing you wanted to ask me?" Sunset turned to Twilight. "Oh, right! Well... you see... I was just wondering---" "Twily!" Shining Armor interupted. "Shining Armor? What are you doing here?" Twilight was confused. "It's our B.B.B.F.F. and L.S.B.F.F. (little sister best friend forever) day for going to try, once again, to finish that big ice cream bowl they have at our favourite ice scream shop. Did you forget that?" "Oh no, no! I just wanted to see if YOU still remember!" "Riiiight." Shining Armor was proud he didn't forget. "Let's just go already, I am ready to finish that ice cream challenge!" "IT'S OPEN!" yelled Rarity who was working fast and hard to finish all the prom dresses requests. "Hey there, Rarity!" Applejack came in. "I brought you the fabric you asked me to bring." "Oh thank you so much, darling. Please put it over there, I am really busy at the moment." "Sure thing!" Applejack put the box with fabric where Rarity showed her. "Isn't it ironic? I have always dreamed about going to prom with that someone special and now I'm going alone." Rarity suddenly said. "Well, is there anyone you wanna go with?" "Yes, but... I don't know if she would want to go with me." "Well did you ask her?" "No..." "I think you should. After all, it can't hurt ya to try! Plus then you'll at least know you tried." "Hm.. I'll see about that. Thanks for the advice, darling." "T'was nothing, sugarcube!" The explosion with what seemed like magic was heard from outside. Both Applejack and Rarity ran outside to see what happened. Mysteriously, nothing was there. "Well this is weird." Rarity said. "Very weird." added Applejack. Later Applejack returned home. Pinkie was there for a good old family visit. Pinkie and Applejack when to Applejack's room. "Uh, Pinkie Ah have a problem. Can I ask you for advice?" "Of course! What's the problem about?" "Asking someone out to prom." "Oh but why don't you ask Rarity about that? She's an expert!" "'Cause... agh... you see, I have a crush on both Rarity and Rainbow Dash and I don't know which one I love more!" Applejack said fastly. "OHHHHH!! Well that's rough, buddy!" Pinkie replied. "I think you should of course think about it more but not for too long because prom is in 2 weeks. Just follow your heart!" "That's a really good advice! Thanks, Pinkie!" "Always!" "You have a crush on my sister?!" Sweetie Belle entered with Scootaloo and Apple Bloom. "And my... kinda... sister?!" "Erm... we couldn't help but overhear your coversation when we tried so hard to hear it." Apple Bloom said shyly. "You did what?!" Applejack was angry. "Don't worry, don't worry. We find that super cool and we want to help!" Sweetie Belle tried to calm the situation. "Help? Aghh, alright, let me hear your advice too. "Well, I think you should see which one you're in love with and which one you have a crush on. There's a big difference. Be sure before you tell any of them!" Apple Bloom said. "That's actually a really good advice! Thanks, Apple Bloom!" AJ replied. "I'm glad to help!" "And we will put bets on who it will be!" Scootaloo said. "No? Ugh fine! But I'm sure it will be Rainbow Dash!" "Nu-uh! It will DEFINETLY be Rarity!" Sweetie Belle argued. "Hahahah, now please excuse us." Apple Bloom said while dragging Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle outside. "Whoever that is just follow your heart!" Apple Bloom's yell was the last thing they heard from them. Shining Armor and Twilight went to their favourite ice cream shop and ordered biggest bowl of ice cream as they have planned. "So, can your B.B.B.F.F. know if you have a crush on that girl?" "What?! Which girl?! What do you know?!" Twilight was in panic. "Hahah oh come on, Twily. I saw the way you were looking at Sunset. But don't worry, I won't tell anyone." "I.. it was... okay fine, I do have a crush on Sunset and I finally planned to ask her to be my prom date but it didn't really go as planned." "Oh! Well, don't stress over it now. I'm sure it will go great tomorrow." "Thanks." Twilight replied. "Can I ask you something?" "Did she look at you the same way you did her? Yes, yes she did!" "You know me so well." Twilight felt bit relieved. "Ugh, Fluttershy you know I love helping my friends but how long do we need to stay in the shelter. I want to make it to my football practice." Rainbow Dash complained. "Just a little more." "Ugh, alright, alright!" They continued to take care of the animals in Fluttershy's shelter. "It has been a while now since last Equestrian magic adventure happened." Rainbow noticed. "Oh, I hope there won't be one soon. I don't need that stress added to school stress." "And I, on the other hand, do hope some action will happen. It would be so exciting, fighting some evil magic on our final day in school. On prom night! That would be so epic" "Epic... or scary...." "I don't think you should worry about it though. It seems like it will be just a regular prom." Sunset was walking down the street. She saw the girl with the necklace across the street. Hey that's the girl from school! she thought to herself. I'll go and greet her! Then the girl's necklace started glowing. Sunset stopped and looked at her in shock as she lifted in the air, her eyes glowing white. Sunset hid in the nearby bush. The necklace drained something Sunset was unable to identify from some random guy who then turned to stone. Did she just kill him? Sunset was terrified. Girl landed back on the floor. She furiously yelled "Not again!! I always catch the wrong ones! You can't ran forever Sunset Shimmer and her friends! I'll find out who you are, get all of your magic and then rule the world!"

Complications Cherry was standing right in front of Applejack. She started to lift in the air, her eyes glowing white. Applejack was terrified! "Who are you anyway? And what in the world was that?" Sunset was angry. "Ugh, you all should stop acting like you don't know who Sunset Shimmer or Equestria is! Celestia told me all about it?" "Equestria?" Sunset decided not to reveal herself yet. I can't fight her now. She could hurt us both. "Sunrise Dinner?" Applejack joined. "Oh come on!" Cherry yelled. More people were starting to pass by. It definetly wasn't private enough to talk about magic anymore. "You both will see! This isn't over, Rebeca and her friend!" Cherry said angrily. "WHAT?!" Pinkie was shocked. "Celestia sent her?" Twilight followed. "That's what she said." Sunset replied. "But why in the world would she send her to rule over this world?" Rainbow was confused. "Plus didn't you say you made up with Celestia?" "I did. This doesn't make any sense. I'll contact princess Twilight." Sunset replied. "That seems like the best idea now." Rarity agreed. Later in principal Celestia's office, Celestia was working. Luna came in. "Hey Cel, want to go grab some coffee?" "Yes. I could really use a break right now. I'm exhausted!" They left the office. Discord sneaked in. He went through students' papers looking for any information about Cherry. After school Sunset went home. She spent an hour trying to figure out how to solve this problem after she has informed princess Twilight about their situation. "I think I need a break." she said while making herself a sandwich. "Huh, Twilight didn't tell me the thing she wanted to say yesterday. I guess she decided she doesn't want to share it at the end." she said while remembering previous events with Twilight. Twilight was laying on her bed. "I didn't tell her today either, Spike." "That's okay. You still have time. Besides you've said there was a whole evil magic drama today." "I know. I'm just afraid someone else will ask her before me." "Why don't you ask her now?" "Now? Like right now?" "Why not?" "You know what Spike, you're right! I'll go to her now!" "Huray!" Spike cheered. "Yeah, there was nothing about her there. It's like she isn't a student here." Discord replied. "That clears my suspicion." Pinkie said. "She is someone from EQUESTRIA!" "Ah", Pinkie continued, " I guess I need to go home to see what's going on." "Wait... WHAT?" they both were confused. Pinkie sighed. "I guess it's time to admit something. BUT you have to Pinkie promise not to tell anyone!" "Okay. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!" They both Pinkie promised. "I am actually Pinkie from Equestria and other Pinkie and me always change places so we know all of our friends and I'm actually Pinkie from Equestria but no on ever notices the difference." Fluttershy and Discord stared in complete shock. They both looked at each other for few seconds then back at Pinkie. "I'll go back to Equestria to inspect the situation and find out what's going on. You guys cover for me, okay?" Both Discord and Fluttershy just quietly nodded as Pinkie started to go to the portal. "Did you hear what I just heard?" Discord broke the silence. "Yep." Fluttershy was still staring at the doors where Pinkie exited. "Well hello there, friends!" They turned to see Rarity. "Do you maybe know where Pinkie Pie is?" "Everywhere apparently!" Discord started but fastly added, "Nowhere! We don't know! Haven't seen her in a while." "Yes, in a while." Fluttershy added. "Okaaay" Rarity was a bit confused. "I'll go then." She shortly exited. Sunset was enjoying her sandwich. She recieved a text from Flash. "Hey Sunset, I was wondering if you would maybe fancy going to prom with me? As friends I mean." Oh well, I have no one to go with. And, even tho I think not only have a crush on but am already in love with Twilight from this world, I don't want to ruin friendship with her. I don't know how she would react. "Sure, Flash! As friends!" Sunset replied. Sunset sadly continued to eat her sandwich. Then someone knocked on the door. Sunset opened the door to see Twilight. "Hey Twilight, is everything alright?" "Yes, yes! I have something really important to tell you that I'm trying to tell you for so long!" "What is it?" Twilight took a deep breath. "I have a crush on you and wanted to ask you if you would want to be my prom date?"
Almost Lost But Found"I CAN'T BELIEVE I DID THAT!" Sunset yelled frustrated. "Oh, it's not that bad, darling." Rarity tried to reassure her. "Not that bad? NOT THAT BAD? Do you want me to tell you again what happened?" Sunset was still frustrated. "So..." Before, when Twilight coffessed her feelings for Sunset and asked her to prom. "OH! OHHH! Wow!" Sunset was speechless from joy. "Okay, firstly, I am suprised! Shocked! But NOT IN A BAD WAY! Definetly not in a bad way! But uh, wait, I was just asked by Flash and I told him I will go with him but---" "IT'S OKAY!" Twilight said fastly and loudly. "That's totally okay! It's fine!" "No, Twilight, you don't understand!" Sunset said as Twilight was already starting to leave. "No, no! I do! I really do! And it's okay. You don't have to worry about wording yourself right to not hurt my feelings. I'll just go now." "Twilight, really it's not what you--" "It's really okay! I just need to be alone right now. I'm sorry. I hope I didn't ruin our friendship." Twilight didn't let Sunset finish her sentence because she was too afraid of hearing how Sunset doesn't like her back. Twilight started walking fast, then slowly running as tears came to her eyes so Sunset doesn't see it. But she did. "TWILIGHT!" Sunset yelled but Twilight jumped on the bycicle she came with and was gone. Sunset finished retelling Rarity what happened. "Okay, I was wrong. It is really bad! But it's nothing you can't fix!" Rarity reassured her. "Just tell Flash you don't want to go with him and go to Twilight and tell her what you feel about her!" "Yes, you know what, you're right! Thanks Rarity!" "No problem!" Rarity replied as Sunset was preparing to leave. In the meantime Pinkie Pie was in Equestria. She has met with actual Pinkie from the human world and they went to try to figure out what's happening. "Okay, okay. But what is she doesn't come back for few days?" Fluttershy was in panic. "How will we explain that?!" Lyra passed by. "I don't know where Pinkie Pie is!" Fluttershy yelled. Lyra awkwardly walked away. "I'm sure she will come very soon." Discord reassured her. "And if not, then we will panic." Rainbow was laying in her room, thinking about The Wonderbolt Academy. Her phone rang. "It's from Sunset." she read out loud. "We are meeting we are meeting with her on Applejack's farm!" All the girls except Twilight and Pinkie came. They entered one room where they were alone. "Princess Twilight has answered me." "Wait shouldn't we wait for Pinkie and Twilight?" Applejack asked. "Pinkie can't come!" Fluttershy was suspiciously fast to reply. "And uh... Twilight can't make it either." Sunset awkwardly said. "Okay..." Applejack was suspicious. "Anyway, she said she doesn't know anyone by the name Cherry Mint or a way she could come through the portal without her noticing. The portal is in her room." Sunset explained. "So she went to search through the whole list of residents of Ponyville and it's guests. She didn't find her." "So what you're saying is, we have nothing?" Rainbow asked. "Unfortunately, yes. She even talked to Celestia about it and she doesn't know who could be pretending to be her." "Yeah, because Celestia would reveal something like that!" Rainboe complained. "Don't doubt Celestia's honesty like that!" Sunset replied. "Sorry. It's just, I know Celestia, she would never lie, plus she is the ruler of the whole kingdom! I don't think it was her." "Agh, how are we suppossed to find out who is that Cherry girl then?" "And who sent her!" Applejack added. "I don't know. I really don't but we need to be fast!" Sunset said determined. "Yep!" Big Mac said coming from a shadow corner where he was working. All of them got scared as no one noticed him. "Big Mac! You've scared us!" Applejack said. "And then Sunset called us here to think of something." Applejack added. "Hmm... you know if that girl will attack, it will probably be on the prom day. Everyone will be there and it would be easy for her to find you if she kills you all." Big Mac said. "You're right!" Applejack agreed. "Okay. We need to prepare ourselves for prom then!" Sunset said. "YES!" everyone looked at Rainbow Dash who was happy. "What? You all know I have always wanted epic prom battle against evil magic! If you don't trust me, ask Fluttershy!" "It's true!" Fluttershy shrugged and everyone continued to discuss. Twilight was crying in her room. "Hey Twily!" Shining Armor approached. "What's wrong?" "Sunset doesn't like me back!" "What? "So you are our Pinkie Pie?" "Yes I am! Pinkie from Equestria stayed to research more." "Oh, that's nice. I still have so many questions though. Can I ask you about which parts were you there and which ones was it the other Pinkie?" "Sure! Ask away!" Applejack was working on her farm stressing herself out about the fact she didn't ask the girl of her dreams to prom. Suddenly Rarity came. "Applejack, do you maybe have a minute? I have something really important to tell you." Rarity asked. "Sure! Go ahead!" "I have a huge crush on you!" "Hey AJ!" Rainbow came running to them. "I have something really important that definetly can't wait any longer to be asked! I have had a crush on you since forever and I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend?"
This Is Our Big NightIt was evening. Applejack, Rainbow and Rarity were sitting in awkward silence at Rainbow's place. After all their confessions, Applejack wanted to reply but Big Mac came right in that moment to give them a ride to Rainbow's place for a sleepover. They haven't spoken ever since. "So..." They all chuckled and entered the room Applejack and Rarity were in. After that the greeted each other and got comfortable. "Shall we first come up with the plan and then do those other sleepover things?" Rainbow was excited about getting some action. "Sure, that sounds like a good idea," Sunset agreed. They spent few hours thinking of each possible scenario. "Okay, this is hard." Twilight noticed. "We should all be careful and keep an eye on everyone in case Cherry appears and when she does appear we will defeat her with our magic before she can kill us... or turn to that statue or whatever it is she does." Sunset said. "We will probably split up during prom. Everyone should unmute they phones and have them with them so, if something goes wrong, we all let each other know and come as fast as we can." "Sounds good!" Rainbow said. "Can we now go and eat something? I'm starving!" Pinkie said. They all agreed to go and eat. In the morning they all will go to Rarity's place to pick up the dresses and then each will head home to get ready. They all will later meet at prom. The next day they all went together to Rarity's place as planned. She gave them the dresses and they all went to their homes. Except for Applejack who stayed to talk to Rarity. "Uh... Rarity? "Discord what are you doing here?" Fluttershy asked in suprise. "Canterlot High's janitor is always the photographer at prom." He said annoyed then continued. "But I always get to witness prom drama and full time chaos." He entered the school. Soon afterwards Twilight and Sunset came. Then Rarity and last were Rainbow and Applejack. "Hey guys!" They greeted them. "Shall we get in?" Sunset asked. "Uh-huh!" They all agreed. Suddenly they heard screaming coming through portal. They all turned around and Pinkie Pie from Equestria fell from it. "WAIT! I have discovered something really important!" She spoke. "Cherry Mint actually works for a changeling, who went to same school and class with Sunset Shimmer back in Equestria, that wants to get revenge on her!" They all stared in shock. Broken Trust"What do you mean someone who went to the same class with me? And why would she want a revenge?" Sunset was confused. "I don't know." Pinkie shurgged. "I have a better question." Applejack added. "How do you know about what's happening here." "Oh riight!" Pinkie said and then told them about both Pinkies switching places. "You WHAT?" Rainbow was shocked. "Okay that explains A LOT!" Sunset said. "Now we need to figure out who this is and what did I do to her. Maybe we can solve this all with talk?" "I sure do hope so." Fluttershy said. They decided to enter and wait for Cherry and mysterious girl going against Sunset to arrive. Many people were dancing, some were voting for prom's king and queen, Discord was photographing and waiting for chaos to happen but most importantly, everybody was having fun. Except for Rarity. She sadly leaned on the wall and watched everyone. "Ah" she sighed. "No one should feel down on prom! If nothing you can join me in waiting for some chaos." Discord came. "I don't feel like doing anything right now." "Ah yes, heartbreaks are rough. But do you really want to spend your prom like this?" "You know what, you're right! This is not how I'm going to spend the prom! I'll go do something!" Pinkie from Equestria joined the conversation. "You can always dance with me!" "Sure!" Rarity replied. As they walked away Discord continued waiting for some drama. Pinkie from human world and Cheese came to him. "Hey Discord! Could you please take a photo of us?" Pinkie asked. "Wait! Didn't you just left with Rarity?" Discord was shocked but as Cheese started to gesture him not to ask, he decided he won't. "Actually nevermind. I'll just take the photo." All the girls ran outside the room into the hallway. Cherry was standing at the other part of the hallway. "Where is Twilight?" Sunset was angry. "Oh, she is with a friend of yours." "The changeling you're working for?" Applejack asked. "Changeling?" Cherry was starting to laugh. "She tricked you so well. It's someone who knows you a lot better. She just used magic to pretend to be a changeling and Celestia." "Who is it?" Sunset was getting more angry. "You'll have to go outside to find that out." The girls started to run outside. "But wait!" Fluttershy stopped. "Why are you doing this?" "I joined her because she only wanted revenge on Sunset, to take her precious magic away and the girl she is obviously in love with to Equestria and forever break the portal. She wanted me to help her so she gave this necklace that can absorb magic so, even though I won't be able to return to Equestria, I would rule over this world. I didn't know how you all looked at first but I spied on you when you had a meeting at Applejack's barn and her brother joined you." Fluttershy was shocked but continued. "But did you kill all those people you tried draining the magic from?" "Unfortunately yes. But necklace doesn't kill anyone who has magic, it only takes it away." Celestia proudly said. "Sunset Shimmer!" All ponies in the room clapped. All but Twilight. "Again?" she whispered to herself. "Nothing I do is ever good enough. Sunset is always the better one." I understand you may have thought I was taking your dream away, I understand you may thought it was the only way... but that's all behind us now. Both of their magics competed on who will win, Discord and Cherry were just watching and cheering for their friends. Suddenly one of the magics shot pushed the other one harder and beat it.

Discord proudly said to Cherry while everyone looked at him. "Ugh..." she replied, as everyone's attention went back to Twilight. Sunset and her friends approached her. Sunset first turned to Sci Twi to ask her if she is okay, after she replied she is, everyone looked back at Twilight. "I am not sorry for this." Twilight said as everyone was shocked. "Uh..." everyone was at loss of words. "You almost ruined MY WHOLE LIFE and took what I love the most away from me!" Sunset was shocked. Sci Twi took her hand. Twilight started running towards the portal. "Not so fast!" Rainbow said running fast to catch her. "Here catch!" Twilight threw Elements of Harmony. Rainbow quickly caught them before they fell while Sci Twi helped her with her magic. Others tried to stop Twilight but she already went into the portal. Everyone bumped into portal. "What?" Sunset was angry. "Did she break the portal?" Applejack asked. "Oh no..." Fluttershy was worried. "She actually broke the portal and left the Elements?" Sunset was shocked. "Hey! No! What? She forgot about me!" Pinkie from Equestria said. "Don't worryyyy! There's another portal at that island we were at while having adventures in Storm King's storm." Pinkie from human world said. "Pinkie, you're a genius!" Sunset happily said. "Pft tell me something I don't know!" "We need to tell Celestia everything that happened!" Sunset said. "I won't be guilty of things I didn't do anymore! That means I'll be free to walk down Equestria without being judged and all!" "Wait!" Sci Twi stopped her and sadly continued trying hard not to cry. "She can't harm us anymore, let's let her do what she wants now. Also I'll take this necklace to Celestia as well as the Elements." Everyone agreed and went back to the prom. It seemed like they didn't even leave the prom. Everyone was still doing their own thing. "Whew! I could do this fighting evil thing every day!" Rainbow told Applejack. "I don't know. I think we all could use a little break from that." "Oh well, we probably will. To each their own I guess." "Hey, look on the bright side, now we can dance together properly!" "You're right! "And being prom queen is reaaally not my thing." Rainbow added. "So all of us voted you two to be prom queens." "Now you two will dance together and your dream about being prom queen will come true." Fluttershy said. "But.. you.. what... I..." Rarity was at loss of words. "Just go and have fun!" Sunset happily said. "But won't you mind that?" Rarity turned to Rainbow. "Nah! Why would I mind? I can't tell her what to do and who to dance with! Plus I got to dance with my girlfriend too so I am happy! She can dance with whoever she wants to and you're her best friend!" Rainbow replied. They got their crowns and started dancing. Discord was taking photos the whole time. Everyone else joined and danced too. Sunset and Twilight went to grab some fresh air. "It was an interesting 4 years." Sci Twi said. "Oh yeah! I can't believe so much has changed. I am so lucky to have met you along the way." "I think we both are lucky to find each other." They sat there smiling and holding hands in comfortable silence for few minites looking at the moon. "Do you think there'll be more magic adventures?" Sci Twi asked. "Of course! I think this is only just the begining." "What if we all part ways?" "I know we won't! And we won't with others either! We have become so close as a group, I don't think there's much that can break us down. If anything does come up we will solve it and face it together. All 7 of us are friends for life!" Sci Twi felt ressured and happy. "Sunset?" "Yes Twilight?" "I have been meaning to ask you" she continued blushing hard. "Can we kiss?" "I would love to!" They kissed there under the moonlight. "Once Applejack almost caught me going through a portal!" human Pinkie said. "No way! She almost caught me too!" pony Pinkie replied. They both were discussing how many times they got caught and telling funny stories. Besides they don't get many chances for longer talks together. "I'm gonna go..." Discord who was standing next to them said. "This is too shocking for me too!" Fluttershy agreed. "I can't believe I weren't crazy and imagining seeing 2 Pinkie's that one time after all!" Later, Applejack and Rainbow were dancing together again. Rarity came to human Pinkie. "Soooo? How was your night at the end?" "It was amazing! I really have the best of friends!" "Aww! We all are happy you two had fun!" "I am sad to announce this night is coming to an end." Celestia said. "It's time for a final dance!" "Aw" everyone was sad it went by so fast. "But hey, it doesn't have to be an end for us!" human Pinkie said. "Why don't all 8 of us go to my place and have a sleepover party!" "Oh yeah!" Rainbow and all the other girls agreed. They all joined the final dance. Twi and Sunset, Pinkie and Cheese, Rainbow and Applejack, pony Pinkie and Rarity and Fluttershy with a guy she has been crushing on since forever. Celestia was shocked. "Is this true Twilight?" "Yes..." Twilight said. Her expression unreadable. "All of it." Everyone around, except girls from human world, gasped. "Well I..." Celestia didn't know what to do. She was sad and dissapointed. "You do know that I can't let this pass by without any punishment, Twilight?" "Yeah..." "I think we should punish her to the Moon." Luna whispered. "I mean you punished me, your own sister there so why not her." "Isn't punishing to the Moon a bit too big of punishment?" Celestia discussed. "Don't punish her for 1000 years like you did me. Decide much shorter time. I mean I had to suffer the cosequences of my actions, Sunset had to suffer them for things she didn't even do... Twilight has to too!" "Ah" Celestia sighed. "You're right." Celestia turned to Twilight. "I'm sorry Twilight." "I'll take any punishment you decide for me." "Thank you for admitting everything and being grown and taking responsibility for your actions." Celestia started. "I am really sorry but considering everything that happened and others punishments, I have to send you to the Moon for 10 years." Everyone except Luna was shocked. "Alright." 10 years later "Hello and welcome to News At 6!" said the TV reporter. "We are here today with the world known scientist Twilight Sparkle Shimmer! Today we will discuss..." After the interview about her newest discovery Twilight returned home. "Soooo? How was it?" Sunset, her wife, asked while greeting her with a kiss. "Oh, it was amazing! I had plenty of fun!" Someone knocked on the door. They opened it to see Applejack. "So are you ready?" Applejack said. "The train leaves in half an hour." "Oh right!" Sunset remembered. "Rainbow's game is today!" "Yeah..." Applejack said. "I am really happy for her but I miss her when she has to go on her trips. If only I could come with her... or the games were held here. Luckily this is the last game of the season so we will have more time to spend together!" "Ah yes. She is a very busy person." Twilight noticed. "Fluttershy asked Maud to step in and take care of her daugther since her husband is also on a trip and asked Discord to take care of animals at her animal shelter so yes, she will join too!" "Perfect! We all will finally be together again!" Twilight was excited. "I know it has been a week since we last were but it feels like forever!" "I know right?" Applejack agreed. "Yeah." Sunset said. "I am so glad all of us managed to make our dreams come true! Fluttershy owns a shelter, Rarity is famous designer, Twilight world known scientist, Rainbow celebrity football player and you are working on an apple farm like you've always wanted." "Plus we are fighting evil magic all of the time!" Twilight added. "That too!" Sunset agreed. "Actually, I never asked you," Applejack said, "are you happy with your life Sunset? I mean I don't know what ya wanted to do as a job but I bet you didn't want to work as mechanics." "Eh, it's just a temporary job until I find a better one. Besides, I have the most amazing time! Have the best wife and friends ever!" "Aww! I love you, honey" Twilight happily said as she peck kissed Sunset. "I love you too!" "I am glad you are happy. That we all are!" Applejack said. "Shall we go now? We don't want to miss the train!" The girls nodded. Meanwhile in Equestria "Wow!" said Applejack. "Today is 10 years since Twilight was sent to the Moon." "I can't wait to see her again!" Pinkie said. "Celestia really does love punishing ponies to the Moon..." "I know what she did" Fluttershy joined, "but I still miss her every day. She is still our friend." "Yeah!" Rainbow added. "Oh wait!" Rarity said as purple alicorn was approaching them. "Is that her?" "TWILIGHT!" everyone was happy. "GIRLS!" Twilight was too. "I've missed you all so much!" "We have missed you too!" Fluttershy said. "Oh, I am so sorry for everything I did!" Twilight started. "I had a lot of time to think it through and I hope you all can forgive me." "Well of course we forgive you, you are our friend!" Rainbow said. "Besides," Applejack added. "We aren't the ones you need to apologize to." "I know. I'll send a letter to Sunset immidiately!" She started to write an apology letter to Sunset. Back at human world "And Rainbow Dash Apple scores the final goal bringing Wonderbolts to another vicotry!" The crowd went wild. Sunset suddenly recieved a letter from princess Twilight. She was suprised and opened it. "Dear Sunset Shimmer, I am writing you because I am finally a free pony again. I also had a lot of time to think about everything that happened and I want to say I am truly sorry, Sunset. You didn't do anything wrong and I was just a jealous pony filled with hate. And I am sorry for every single bad thing I did to you. I know this doesn't make up for what I did and it's not nearly enough of an apology and we don't ever have to be friends again if you don't want to but I hope some day you'll find in your heart to forgive me. I would like to somehow make it up to you and earn your forgivness. Princess Twilight Sparkle" Sunset was happy she finally got an apology for that. "Dear Twilight, Honestly, I am happy to recieve your apology. I am glad you saq your actions are wrong and are truly sorry for it. I hope you will learn from your mistakes. As for me, don't worry, I have already forgiven you long time ago. Others did too! Besides, if there wasn't for you I would have never find a place where I belong and these people I love so much. Thank you for that! Just please be careful in the future not to repeat the same mistakes. Maybe we will see each other again on our magical adventures. Sunset Shimmer." Sunset happily replied to the letter. After the game. "I am so proud of you, honey!" Applejack said. "Oh pft, it was a piece of cake!" "I have a great idea! Let's celebrate Rainbow's victory by going to pizza restaurant." Pinkie suggested. Everyone agreed. "You were amazing today, Rainbow!" Fluttershy told her. "I mean, you are amazing every game." "Thanks Flutters! I am pretty awesome!" They started eating pizza. "Hey Rarity, how was your fashion show?" Applejack wondered. "I heard it was a huge success, best of the season!" "Oh!" Rarity was suprised. "Apologies for my shock, honestly I didn't expect you out of all the people to ask about fashion." "I am not really interested in fashion but I am wondering about you and how your life is going." "Aw, thank you Applejack! And yes, it went really great! I would also say it was my best show of the season! Pinkie also threw an amazing party after that!" "Actually, that one was both Cheese and me!" Pinkie added. "Right, when will you two get married already?" Rainbow asked. "Rainbow!" Twilight quickly said. "Not everyone wants to get married!" "Yes, I know that!" "Oh, we do want to get married!" Pinkie shrugged. "I guess in all this wedding and party planning we didn't find time to plan our own." "Luckily, there's still time, no need to rush." Fluttershy said. "Yeah, true." Pinkie agreed. "But it will probably be soon!" "Nice! That's great!" "Oh my!" Rarity suddenly said. "You have to let me design you a wedding dress!" "Oh, I would love that!" Pinkie said. "What about you, Rarity?" Rainbow said. "Did you finally found your true love?" "I believe so. I really think Caper is the one!" "Aw, look at us!" Pinkie said. "All happily in love!" Later the girls took a walk. "Oh, I can't wait to finally get back home." Rainbow said. "I miss being there." "I miss you being there, too. But I am really happy your dream came true!" Applejack said. "Well, I have a great suprise then!" "Oh?" "I've talked with Spitfire and she agreed to move all of our games from now on to Canterlot, while other team will go here. It's better for both teams!" "OH MY! That's amazing!" Applejack hugged and kissed her from happiness. They continued their walk. A little while later they all sat near a lake. "Hey guys, remember our prom?" Rainbow said. "Oh yes! How could we forget!" Pinkie answered. "Especially the part where we fought against princess Twilight!" "Does anyone even know what happened to Cherry?" Fluttershy asked. "Yeah, I saw and talked with her last week." Rarity said. "You did?" All were shocked. "Uh-huh! She became an artist. Opened a small gallery." "Well I am glad she found something else that's not stealing magic and conquering the world." Sunset said. "I am suprised she didn't go back to Equestria after we repaired the portal." "She didn't want to." Rarity answered. "She has said she liked it better her." "I am glad she found a place where she belongs." Twilight said. Sunset's phone started beeping. "Oh!" she was suprised. "You all know what that means?" "Someone passed through a portal!" Twilight said. "Another magic mystery awaits!" "Well let's get going!"
