Chapter 1
It was a cool fall afternoon, and Luna Nova was walking home from work after a long day of school, her head hung low. Her tail clung to her body, obviously hinting that she was in distress of some sort. Her light purple face was flush with a red blush and she was sweating a small amount from her brow. It had not been a good day at work.
She stepped into the house and looked herself in the mirror, seeing her face look back at her, her left eye covered by her blue and light green mane. She looked further back to her leathery batpony wings, which stood fully extended, a symptom of her worsening dilemma.
She groaned and tossed her backpack haphazardly to an unknown part of the entryway and stomped upstairs past her sleeping sisters room.
Inkwell Shatter, Luna’s sister woke up from her sisters heavy stomps, lifting her head groggily and yelling through the door, “Hey! Keep it down you brat!”
Lulu muttered back a ‘buck you’ just loud enough to be heard by their parents, to which Lunar, their mom called up the stairs just as Lulu reached her room and slammed the door shut, “Hey you two, play nice!”
“Yes mom!” Inkwell says, rolling off of her bed and landing on all four, just hard enough to jar her earrings and make them fall out of her ears, landing on the floor. She let out a curse under her breath and picked them back up and set them on the counter close by, before going to her door and down the hall to see if her sister was okay. She did love her dearly, even if she was a brat sometimes.
She opened the door to her sister’s room and was immediately assaulted by two things. One, a pillow thrown by her sister which hit her square in the muzzle, and two, a strange and very strong odor that she quite couldn’t place what it was or where it was coming from.
“What do you want?!” Luna yelled as she threw the pillow. She had already tried to get comfortable and cool down it seemed, as her work clothes were strewn about on the floor and she was laying in her bed on her back.
“Just came to see what was so important that you woke me from my pre dinner nap.” Inkwell said in a flat and groggy tone.
“I-I had a bad day, just don’t worry and forget about it.” Luna replied in a shaky tone, her tail twitching and flicking to the side by itself, further annoying her and making her bury her head in the pillow and groan.
“You know I can’t forget about it now that you woke me up. Now spill it!” Ink growled, stepping up to Luna’s bed and nudging her side, trying to get her up.
“EEEEE! Don’t touch me!” She squealed, grabbing the pillow that was covering her face and swinging it at Inkwell, who dodged it with ease, catching another whiff of the strong odor, when realization hit her. She knew exactly what was plaguing her dear sister.
“Ah,” Ink began, “I know what it is now. You’re in heat!”
Luna was about to speak but was interrupted by a startled ‘What!?’ coming from both of their parents downstairs.
“Nothing!” Inkwell called over her shoulder, still keeping Lulu in her gaze, smirking and her eyes going half lidded. “Okay Lulu, spill it.”
Lulu looked at her confused and asked, “Spill what? You already know what you wanted to.”
“Not yet I don’t.” Ink said slyly, “You were at work when this started, so who set off your heat early? And yes, I know it’s early for you. You, me, and mom are supposed to be synced.”
Luna looked frightened, now sitting on the bed and grinding her rump into the bedsheets, “N-nopony started it! I-it just came early!”
“Nopony my ass, tell me!” Ink growled at her, getting her face close to Luna’s and baring her fangs.
“EEP! Fine! It was my stupid sexy coworker…”
“Oooo, which colt was it?” she said in a sultry voice, backing off and watching Luna squirm in place.
“A-Arill, that deer pony hybrid…” she said dreamily.
“Him!?” She asks loudly in surprise, making Luna cover her ears before Ink settled down again, “Nice choice sis. But he did strike me as a bit of a femcolt last I remember. He is still cute though.”
Luna spoke a bit calmer now, looking down and blushing as she always did when they spoke about cute colts or mares they liked. “I know! He is sooo cute! He let me fix his hair before work today, and I think he liked it…”
“Liked it? Well, yeah, almost all colts I know like having their hair done by a filly.” Ink deadpanned.
“N-no! I think he liked it, too much. B-because he s-slipped out…” the last part ended in a whisper as Luna somehow started to blush more heavily than before.
Inkwell knew where this was going, but couldn’t help but play dumb and toy with her poor sister, speaking with mock ignorance present in her voice, “Slipped out? In what way?”
“Y-you know! H-he got relaxed, a-and his c-cock… meep!” she squeaked as that word came out, the image filling her head and making her cover herself with her wings in embarrassment.
This conversation was only getting better and better for Inkwell, who decided to try and keep it going further, “Ah, and I’m guessing you got a nice eyefull?”
“N-no! I only saw it for a split second, I was too busy massaging his mane… He did smell so nice though” she spoke dreamily, almost slurring her speech as if she was drunk on the thought of her coworker.
“And could you describe it any more, oh great Lulu?”
This brought Luna back to reality, making her jump and squeak, “No! I shouldn’t even be telling you any of this… b-buck I feel so warm.” she mumbled the last part, pulling the covers over herself with a small groan.
Inkwell spoke coolly, “Well you are in heat, talking to your sister about colts that you think are cute. That’s your own fault, as is anything that happens to me in here.”
Luna scoffed, “W-well you wouldn’t stop questioning me! It’s your fault too!”
Inkwell turned her head away, mumbling, “Just why do you think I’m in here?”
“W-what do you mean sis?” Luna asked meekly, peeking her head out from under the blanket.
Ink’s eyes went wide, “I said that out loud? O-oh, I don’t know, I’m just asking random questions… It must be the pheromones in the air. Don’t worry about it.”
“No, it’s your turn to be questioned, what did you mean?!” Luna asked, raising her voice slightly.
“Leave it be!” Ink snapped as she whipped her head around to her sister, “It’s nothing!”
There was a sudden blur of purple light with blue and green streaks as Luna leapt from the covers. A strong aroma permeated the room and filled Ink’s nostrils as she was pinned to the bed by her sister, “We both know that we’re bad at lying, now tell me.”
Inkwell let out a nervous giggle, taking the chance to tease her poor sister, “Wow, first heat or what?”
“S-shut up! And don’t change the subject!” Lulu half whisper half yelled, getting more flustered by the second. Ink could just see her sister’s tail swishing madly. But what she didn’t see was Lulu, looking up and down her body with a blush.
Ink wasn’t going to break that easily, she struggled to get out of her sister’s surprisingly firm grasp, grunting while she spoke, “If you want to get anything outta’ me, you’re going to have to try harder than that, little filly.”
Lulu puts more weight onto her sister, trapping her firmly, not hearing what Ink said as she took in the sight of her, “W-woah.”
“Woah?” Ink repeated, looking puzzled but still trying to get out from Lulu’s grasp, putting everything she had into pushing her sister off before she stopped, thinking she might hurt herself or Lulu.
Lulu shook her head, taking slow breaths as she let Inkwell go, covering herself with her wings again, “I-I just never realized how pretty you were Inky… sorry.”
“Pretty?” Inkwell asked, sitting up and looking at her sister with a confused blush.”Have you lost your mind?”
Luna tried to form a sentence quickly in her mind, before sighing and giving up, “Y-you should just go… I can’t think straight with this heat.”
“Nuh-uh. I’m not going, you need my help now more than ever.”
Lulu twitched, moving her wings and peering out at Ink through them. “You want to help m-me?”
“You must really have it bad if you are throwing compliments my way. And it means I can get you to do anything if I need something later.”
“I-I mean them though! I always did think you were beautiful. I actually even got jealous of how you looked a few times…”
Inkwell shifted closer to her sister, her tail hiking up noticeably higher than normal as she tilted her head cutely, “Jealous? How so?”
“Remember Prom?”
Inkwell rolled her eyes in annoyance. Prom had never really been her thing, but her father had guilt tripped her into going one year, “Vaguely. What comes to mind is that a teacher tried to cop a feel on a student, and someone spiked the punch.”
Lulu couldn’t help but giggle at the memories, before the blush returned as she daydreamed, “W-well, the outfit you wore, and just how you looked that night. You were so beautiful compared to how I looked then…”
Inkwell scoffed, looking away, “I was in a crummy cocktail dress. Mom actually went and bought you a proper dress. Such bullshit…”
“You still looked good though! Like you always do.” She says before her smile fades, her wings drooping along with her head hung down in shame, “I-I know I shouldn’t… but I love you sis, more than a sister should.”
“More than a sister should? How so?” She tilted her head again in mock confusion, knowing what she meant but waiting to see what her cute sister would do.
“L-like…” Lulu stops herself in the middle of her sentence, leaning over to her sister, closing her eyes and kissing her. This action caught Inkwell off guard who squeaked in surprise and froze, staring off into space as Lulu broke the kiss and retreated back to her former spot, looking away once more. Inkwell stayed frozen, her eyes wide and her cheeks flushed red, her dreams finally being realized and Lulu’s scent affecting her just like a stallion during heat season.
Lulu, not getting a response looks timidly at Inky, “S-sis?”
This snaps Ink out of her trance, who does a sinister grin, baring her gleaming white fangs before she asks in a sultry voice, “Yes Lulu?”
Lulu is shaking at this point, not quite sure how her sister was feeling about their kiss, “Y-your not mad, right?”
Inkwell drops her sinister smile for a sisterly one, one that was warm and let Lulu know that everything was alright, “And why would I be mad at the adorable little filly who has a crush on me?”
“B-because… I don’t know! W-wait, you think I’m adorable?”
“I may be a little biased, but even I can’t argue with all the colts at school.”
“S-so do you love me in the same way?” her eyes light up and she smiles meekly as she asks.
“It’s possible, but tell me, do you love me in the same way you like that hybrid at your work when you get him going?” She asks, standing up and towering over Lulu, raising an eyebrow, eyeing her sister closely to gauge her answer.
“N-no! As much as I like him, he’s a bit of a dunce… I love you sis.”
“And you’re sure this isn’t just your heat talking?” She asks teasingly, knowing she had her answer already.
“I’m positive! I-I’m speaking with a clear mind here, I would want to be with you, if you would let me.” she says proudly, nuzzling her snout into Inky’s chest fluff. Inkwell grins, letting out a low growl before she leans her head down and nips at Luna’s ear and pinning her down t o the bed.
Luna lets out a small squeak of fear, “I-Inky?!”
“Yes?” Inky asks, grinning down at Lunar evilly.
“W-what are you doing?!” she asks with a small amount of fear in her eyes, unsure of what her sister is planning, but knowing that her sister would not hurt her, at least not unintentionally.
“I’m just helping this little bat get out of her heat.” she says cooly, emphasising her point by moving her head lower and nipping at Lunar’s neck, making her yelp and open her eyes wide, before she laid on her back, submitting to her sister.
Inky smiles at this and starts kissing her neck and moving lower, “No noises now.”
“Inky, c-could you kiss me first?” Luna asked timidly before covering her mouth with her hooves.
Inky stopped, growling slightly as she spoke, “Oh, did you speak?” Luna squeaked and shook her head rapidly, fearing whatever punishment her older sister could deal her. Inky sighed, “Pity, and here I was think you had a request for me.”
“M-may I make a request then?”
“You may.”
I-I’d like to have my wonderful sister kiss me…” Inky just smiled before she dove down, attacking Lunar’s muzzle, wasting no time and slipping her tongue slowly into her sister’s muzzle. Luna’s heart fluttered in her chest, beating faster than she had ever thought possible.
Inkwell, kept the kiss going for as long as she could, before she had to pull away, panting for breath along with Luna, who spoke first, “T-that was my first kiss… I’m glad it was with you.”
“I’m glad you were mine too, as long as you don’t count my pillow when I daydreamed about you.” Inky muttered the last part quietly, looking away and blushing.
Luna gasped, “Y-you thought about me like that too?!” She squeed and pulled Inkwell into a hug, taking in her scent and sighing and releasing her, “Y-you may continue if you wish, hehe…”
