" Shut up Roy, don't give me that tone or you can forget about getting this night off, now go and take your time, and remember, I'm doing this for Billy and Anette, not for you! ". The professor said.

" I get it, thanks for whatever is worth, we'll be going, Anette is waiting in the car, and don't let dangerous or inappropriate stuff near Billy, Shinny will also watch out for him but he's been too tired lately so stay alert ".

" Ugh, I don't need help, I'm watching my grandkid not a dangerous prisoner, just go already! ". The professor said getting angry.

" Fine, jus be careful ".

" Hmm ". With his son gone Zack went to his room and got his relaxing kit out, the kit contained his favorite spirits, deluxe pistachios and his imported cigars, then he went back to the living room were the gang was relaxing as well, his grandson was playing with the family's PokePon, well, mostly one of them. Muffins was fully committed to play while Shinning Armor was dozing out little by little, Anette's Opalescence was licking his paw and self brushing her fur, not paying attention at anything else.

He left gravity take him full over the couch and opened the box to start his enjoying himself. " Hey kid, what are you doing? ".

" Gramps, is possible for a PokePon to absorb an element other than the one they get when they evolve? ". Billy asked while throwing a ball for Muffins to catch and return.

" Hm, they can learn moves while they keep getting experience but not if it is to far from they genetic design, like, a Yak will never learn fire element attacks nor dragons can learn ice type moves, a pegasus however can learn a few of both sides but it depends on the PokePon itself. Example is a Spitfire, she can use some fire moved but not ice types, in the contrary a Sorin can use ice types but not fire types ".

" Oh, so, what if Muffins is a electric type, can she learn other types, like fire? ".

" As embarrassing as it is, I don't know, I'm the only person who has trained a Ditzy Do this far, the move set I aimed for her was to learn heavy hitting moves and a healing one, plus her special ability is what made it possible ".

" Oh, but is she could learn it would you let her keep it? ".

" Hmm, tell you what, if you somehow manage to make Muffins learn a new move I'll let her keep it no matter how crappy it is, but until it manage to learn it you'll stay quiet and calm, deal? ".

" Deal! ".

" Haha, ok Billy, Muffins, do as Billy tells you ok ". Muffins nodded in excitement.

" Ok Muffins, let's practice *Fire breath* ".

" Do? ". Asked the gray PokePon.

" Yes, you could, like, use *Fire breath* melt marshmallows anywhere, or popcorn, or even bake muffins! ". That got the pegasus excited and accepting.

" Ok, now, just focus in warming up, then let's increase the heat until you get fire! ".

The Ditzy obeyed without question and warned up by jumping and doing laps around the house. " Good, you're warm enough, now, let see, try blowing air, try pushing all the heat inside you out and blow ".

" Do, do do! ".

" I don't know, maybe? If you now a better way then say it ". Muffins shook her head and started blowing air trying to somehow blow fire. After a while and almost passing out Billy declared the test aborted.

" Ok, you do look red now and your body is hot but not fire yet. Maybe we need something else, hm ". Billy observed the living room for inspiration. He saw Shinny sleeping in the carpet, near them Opal, his mother PokePon playing with a soft plastic ball that she chew with delight, laying in the couch was his Grampa, in front of him was the coffee table with his stuff, there he found what he was looking for.

" Look Muffins! This will help you for good ". Billy held up a lighter that Zack used for his cigars.

" Do! ".

" Don't worry, I have seen Grampa using it, I'll be careful. I'll hold it and you blow the flame, ok? ". Muffins nodded and got ready to start the process. Soon she was using all the power from her lungs. Once again the process took it's time but nothing came out of it. The strength of the blows was more than the little flame could take and it kept getting extinguished.

" Ok, this time I'll let some gas off into the air and then you blow it, get ready! ". Billy pressed the trigger without turning the gear and soon the smell of gas filled the could be detected. Near them, Opalescence failed to catch the small plastic ball and the ball rolled right in front of where Muffins was blowing.

" Ready! ". Billy let go of the trigger and placed his thumb over the gear, then he pulled hard pressing the gear against the flint stone and pressing the trigger at the end of the motion. At the same time Muffins blew once more but this time the flame didn't disappeared but it flew with the blow of air from the mare.

The flame grew and passed over the delicate fur of the white cat PokePon helping it to catch fire, both Billy and Muffins cringed the moment they saw what they did while Opalescence only felt a strange touch and a warm breeze. " O oh! Not good, uh, Grampa? Could you help me? Grampa Zack? ". Billy turned and saw his grandfather still pass out in the couch with no sign of waking up soon.

" Shinny? ". The poor tired Unicorn was in the same boat.

By now, Opal notices something was off and started to freak out. Muffins was hiding her face behind her wings just peeking to see the new born flame going down consuming more fur, when the flame finally reached close to actually harm Opal jumped and meow in pain.

" Oh crud, water! We need water! ".Billy tried to grab Opalescence and bring her to the bathroom and use the shower but the white PokePon was trashing now, clawing and biting anything near as she didn't know what was causing pain.

" Easy girl, I'll help, you, just don't poke my eyes, ok? ". Billy waited until the cat PokePon was with her back turned to grab her and take her in a hurry to the shower but couldn't do it with our getting several scratches in arms and face.

A few hours later the parents were back and discussing what just happened. " I told you to keep an eye on them! And why would you let a lighter where he could grab it? Well? What do you have to say Dad? ". Roy asked angrily.

" Bill? Did Muffins learned a fire move? ".

" No, she couldn't ".

" Ha! Tough luck kid, maybe next time ". The professor said without shame or apology.

" DAD! ".

" I'm back, fortunately her skin didn't got burned, only a bit of redness but, well, I doubt she will de making any appearance without a hat ". Anette removed the wet towel from Opalescence's head to reveal a naked spot right between her ears.

The fluffy PokePon looked about to faint for her condition but the moment her eyes gazed I've the two masterminds behind her suffering she jumped over them with nails drawn out and fangs ready to taste blood.

THE PRESENT...

" Twi? ". Asked little Twilie as she pulled at the pants of his trainer.

" S-sorry, just having an old nightmare, a terrifying one ".

" Grrrrrrrhmmwaaaawww! ".

" One that's about to turn real ".

" Don't worry so much Son, is not like she's going to fight you ".

" Yeah, right, still ".

" Twi! ".

" Eeyup! ".

" Right, ok guys, get ready, my Mom's PokePon aren't exactly fighters but they are higher level and their moves are tricky, this is the plan..! ".

In the other side. ". Coco, Opal, sorry to drag you into this but you do need some exercise and what better way that a good ol' duel, right? Now don't go easy on them just for been my Son's ok? ".

" Cocol ".

" Meoww! ".

" I know, I was talking to Coco mostly, I know you're going all out Opal ". The cat drew a malevolent grin. " Ok team, let's give them a show! ".

" Ok Billy, the rules are simple, a two vs two match with no time limit or restrictions, first trainer to knock out the other ones is the winner ".

" Right! Ok guys, like we planned, Twilie, do you best ".

" Not bad, as expected from the grandson of Zack Dickson, Coco, you're up ".

Both PokePon moved closer and started measuring each other. Twilie was at the ready knees bended and head low. " Begin! ". Anette cried and Twilie moved, her speed wasn't very impressive but a PokePon with little fighting experience like Coco wasn't as quick to react either.

The earth PokePon was left with spots in her eyesight. " Oh my, that may be a problem". Anette said with worry.

"Well not much of a battle if we don't fight back, Coco *Damsel cry* ".

" You ok Twilie? Dang! What was that attack? ". Billy pulled out his Ponydex.

A high pitched cry that generates acoustic damage, even if the opponent cover it ears or doesn't have ears at all it still causes some damage, it may cause confusion.

" No defence against it? Crud! Guess we have to go all as well, Twilie! ". Rather that give a verbal command Billy did a couple of hand signs. Anette saw this but couldn't even guess what it meant, all she could do was kept her strategy.

Twilie took a look at her trainer and his signals, then at her opponent, another earth pony with better stamina than her, but for level rather than training, she huffed, she felt the need to prove herself after letting her trainer get injured and now she had that chance, she wouldn't let it slip just because the other PokePon was levels higher.
Twilie charged once more.

" Keep it up Twilie! And watch out for her song attack! ". Billy encouraged his companion.

" Sorry little Twilie, but her attack can't be avoided ". To prove her trainer correct Coco used her Song attack.

" She wasn't covering her ears and the damage was still reduced, how? ". Anette asked out loud.

" That's her special ability, and here is her comeback! ". While Coco also wondered how did her attack was reduced, the Twilight crossed the distance and knocked her down with a tackle and then a brutal follow-up.

" Get up Coco! I don't know what that is but knowing Billy it can't be pretty! ". By her side, the white cat PokePon agreed. Twilie didn't let her get up, using her full weight to prevent the earth pony from getting away, when she was ready she let her go but only so that the she herself wouldn't be caught in the blast.

With the suction of the attack Coco couldn't made it far, she tried to guard but the ball hit her like a straight home run.

" That was quiet effective and aggressive Son, did you cake up with that? ".

" Part of it, the rest was all Twilie's, I know strategy but I leave to them if to decide whatever they want to follow or improvise in the run ".

" Team effort and mutual respect for each other's ideas, your Gramps will be impressed, not to mention that this has brought down Coco to almost half of her health, you guys are tough! ".

" Calm down Twilie, you're getting close, a few more steps, calm steps ".

The little PokePon got the message and calmed down, her posture relaxed and she let out a sigh, strength wasn't her forte, it was thinking ahead and attack when the opportunity arises, so she let mind work as need it.

Both Twilie and Coco seemed about to faint, sweating profoundly and gasping for air, the match had been neck to neck and more so now that both were down to the same Hp, the next moves would make the difference.

" Twilie has done a wonderful match against my Coco, considering that she's more than 10 levels ahead ". Said the mother.

" She has, but the fact that Coco only has one attack and that Twilie's special ability work better in that regard is more luck on our part, still, we're winning this! ".

" Twi! ". The little unicorn seemed to agreed.

" Let's see if it comes true, Coco, give your best performance! ".

Coco Lv25 Hp 19/94.

Coco tried to go for another attack with her only resource causing some small damage while avoiding Twilie's body charge( 3 Damage), she repeated the move earning another scratch on her Hp(3 Damage). This time however she couldn't avoid been stroke by Twilie's *Magic ball* that put her 2 points under her purple opponent(8 Damage).

The next three turn would be the last ones, both PokePon looked ragged and about to pass out but there was a fire in their eyes.

" Pom pom, pom? ".

" Twi Twi! ". The two mares had a private conversation and moved again ready to finish the round. The two moved, Twilie to tackle the earth PokePon and Coco used her *Tuning*, with most of her parameters back to normal Coco couldn't avoid Twilie's attacks like before, the *Tackle* got her soon after finishing(4 Damage). She then used her *Damsel cry* to hurt Twilie(5 Damage), she repeated her attack and managed to avoid a second *Tackle*(5 Damage).

With a last effort Twilie let loose a final *Magic ball*, Coco tried to dodge but failed receiving the blast with full damage(10 Damage). Coco wobbled trying to stand up but her Hp was empty and the older mare fell to the ground out cold, Twilie smile at her victory but fell to the ground a second later, exhausted and battered but feeling thrilled.

Twilie have learned more than 4 moves already, to switch new moves for old ones the PokePon needs to be taken to a certified PokePon Center.

She let out a cute help when her trainer picked her up and twirled her on the air a couple of times. " You did it! You did it Twilie! You won! And you went up a level! And you learned a new move! You're awesome! ". He brought her down to a hug that the little PokePon accepted and returned despite feeling about to throw up and tired.

At the side Anette pulled out her CUVE and called out her own PokePon. " You did very good despite the circumstances Coco, I'm proud of you, now get a good rest ". Anette turned to his son who by now moved Twilie to rest next to him but didn't called her back to her CUVE like she did, this remained her of her father-in-law who also never placed Muffins in the CUVE, he would even paid extra just for her to be able to travel unconfined.

" Good show you two, I can't express enough how good of a team you are, but this isn't over ". The cat PokePon mewled to assert her trainer's words.

Billy gulped, the rush and excitement of the battle made him forgot the white fluff of terror at the feet of his mother, despite knowing he wasn't to go face the evil cat PokePon directly he was still nervous of having her so close.

" Eeyup? ". Came a low voice near him.

" Sorry, still jittery ". Billy locked eyes with his other companion, the red PokePon has expressed his desire to go with him but he didn't know if he was willing to fight a other fellow PokePon, after all, he tried to defend the Timberwolf last time and took a bite for it, it was as good time as never, he kneeled next to him.

" Sorry Mac, i know you agreed to come with us but not to fight with us, if you are still against it I'll respect your decision and look for another solution, I know you probably don't like to see stuff like this and I kind of understand, to make PokePon fight each other for recognition is awful, but, there something important that comes from confronting new challenges along you guys, some like my Mom's PokePon like to perform in front of humans and other PokePon to see them cheering and smiling, other like my Dad's Shinning Armor work side to side to defend both the innocent from the evil, and some others like Muffins are more about exploring and just enjoying life together with their trainer, different wishes and different paths, but all of them are family, just like you, so don't worry about it, I like to have you on my team and as a companion even if you don't want to fight ".

the red earth pony thought about what he was told, indeed he didn't like to fight other just for amusement, mostly because if he showed to be a fighter he would have been separated from his sisters, it was unfortunate that in the end it still happened but he was determined to find them no matter what. Still, watching the little Twilight fight against her opponent sparked something in him, he turned to see her sleeping form and found her smiling, she was small, not as small as her baby sister who barely could say her name but small still, and despite her frame she fought an older more mature PokePon, watching her was refreshing as was the euphoria he felt when she won.

" Is he ok? ". Asked Anette from her side.

" I think he doesn't want to fight Mom, I think it will be better if we stop the-? ".

" Enope! ". Responded the colt PokePon.

" You, you want to go? To battle? ".

The colt nodded, while he still felt hesitant he wanted to know, to experience why the little filly PokePon was so satisfied after her fight. " Eeyup ".

Billy and Mac exchanged looks for a few seconds before a smile printed its way in both faces. " Alright big guy, I'm counting on you and you can count on me ".

" Seems they have made their minds Opal dear, let's give them a good battle ". The white PokePon huffed and moved to the center of the circle with delicate paws that looked harmless but Billy knew they were anything but.

" Ok Mac, get in and get ready! ". The colt did as instructed and he walked until he was in the center just a few feet from his opponent. It was a wide contrast to see the towering PokePon with a very noticeable red fur facing the smaller pristine white furred one.

Anybody watching with little knowledge about f both PokePon would think this match completely unfair, but the ferocity and strength of both was well know to those who owned either of them.

After her move, Opal's fur puffed and her face almost disappeared behind it, Billy knew that she was tougher than Coco, she had more moves at her disposal and was more combat oriented compared to her partner. But there was one thing that Mac could explode from her and that was her fragility, if Twilie was a glass canon, Opal was a paper bomber plane. " Mac, give her a good kick! ".

Mac raised his legs to bring them down on his little opponent but he hesitated at the last moment and Opal got away easily. Billy saw this and knew Opal wouldn't let this chance to.

Opal use *Fury scratches*.
Mac receives 9 Damage!

Opal attacked by the side and scored a nasty bunch of scratches over the red colt, in response Mac turned around and tried to jump away but the cat followed.

" Mac, she's too fast, use a wider attack! ". The earth PokePon saw the little white ball coming at him with great speed and again tried to dodge rather than attack but then left himself open for another attack that he evaded by mere inches. " Mac! ".

Opal gave the colt a wicked smile before pounding at him again.

Opal use *Scary face*.

Something unexpected happened before Opal could cook the attack, her body froze and her expression changed from th evil glee of a second ago to a face of fear and terror.

"Opal? What's gotten into you? ". Anette asked confused. Mac on his part also seemed affected but in a different way.

This move gets activated when an opponent PokePon tries to inflict a negative stat in the target, the move gets reflected back and the target receives a random stat bonus.

" Oh, so it was his special ability, not bad, a counter against stat reducers ".

" My, that may be another problem for us, your PokePon seemed to have very adaptable abilities, which unfortunately for me are even more effective ".

" Mac? ".

" Eeyup yup! ". Mac seemed more composed now, the doubt gone from his eyes.

Mac use *Quake*.

Mac lifted his body and brought his hooves down with incredible force shaking the area around him. The fizzy PokePon tried to avoid the attack but her intent only worsened her fall.

Opal flinched!

" That's the way Mac, keep it up! ". Billy did two signs and the colt nodded. He then used the chance to go into counteroffensive.

Opal got the full blow of the powerful hooves and was send flying. " Oh my! Mac does hit hard, and my poor Opal is not a tough one ". Said Anette watching her PokePon been treated like a soccer ball.

The feline PokePon landed on her four feet despite the strength of the blow and hissed in fury but her rant was cut short when the colt closed the distance in seconds and reared back to fell down on her.

" What the? Ugh, I forgot all about her ability ".

" That's right, *Fluff armor* gets activated when another PokePon deals a critical hit, Opal's fur poofs up and cushions her from damage, not bad eh? ". Anette said praising her PokePon who immediately got back on the offensive.

" Dang, another Song attack, Mac, close range! ".

" Eeyup! ". The colt bolted with impressive speed for his size, in less that three seconds he was upon the smaller PokePon who retreated hissing. The cold didn't lose time chasing further and planted his back hooves for another attack.

" Dang! We're losing Hp too fast! ". Billy checked his Ponydex and saw Mac's hit points already at 28 despite having his defense boosted for a bit. " We need to do something".

By extracting energy from the land the PokePon can heal 1/5 of it's maximum Hp for 4 turns, this move can't be used along other element type move or it will cut the link with nature and will have to be restarted.

" Grrrrrrrhmmwaaaawww! ". Opal growled of annoyance and attacked with her claws but the nimble colt dodged in time.

Mac regains 11 Hp!

" You had a move like that stored away? ".

" E-eeyup ". The colt said with shyness.

" Nice! That will out you back on track, keep at it! ".

That last attack put the feline PokePon in the red and about to faint but her speed and evasiveness still made her dangerous, and Billy knew that. " Use only *Quake* from now on Mac, she can't escape that attack! ".

" We too have an attack you can't dodge, Opal, *High frequency*! ".

The exchange finally concluded when Opal fell after the damage was too much, the smaller PokePon hissed even when down and rolled his fluffy body with her tummy up tired and annoyed clawing around her but with barely enough strength to harm anything.

" Is she ok Mom? ".

" She is, just venting, battle or performance, she just hate losing, period. But enough about that, congratulations! Both Mac and Twilie are Incredible PokePon, and you too, guiding them and correcting their moves and helping when they are confused, good job son, you're a very good team, as far as I'm concerned, you're ready to go out and start your journey ".

Mac turned around and found Billy and Twilie now awake smiling at him. " Thanks Mac, that was incredible, you two did pretty good my friends ". Billy kneeled down and opened his arms and the red colt ran to meeting him a bit too hard.

Human and PokePon felt back in laughs and happiness, after a while Billy got up and when where Opal was still huffing and hissing. The white PokePon stopped when she saw him approaching. " I'm sorry Opal, for what I did to you back then, I was just an irresponsible brat and didn't thought things through, you paid the price of my ignorance with your beautiful white fur, but I'm glad you're back to how you were, in fact, you look better, I'm sure you're gonna win any contest you get into, you're just that pretty ".

The fussy cat narrowed her eyes in suspicion, trying to find a lie in there but the boy's face looked honest. Huffing one last time, Opal turned her face the the side and waited, and waited, and waited some more.

" I think she wants you to scratch her belly, is her way to say she forgets you ".
Anette said as she got closer.

" Really? Wow! Glad the bad blood is finally over! I hate to be in bad terms with her, and her claws, don't worry girl, I'll scratch you like you have never been scratched before! ". Billy stepped forward to deliver the awaited treatment, but in his excitement he didn't saw the white tail about to be crushed under his shoe.

" Mewwwwgrrhnyaaaa! ". Opal let out a hellish yell as her fragile tail was squashed, Billy lumped back in shock and fell on his butt only to receive a white furred missile to the face.

" Uwaah! Hey! What?! ". Opal started clawing at his face but with not enough strength behind her arms it was more like she was trying to punch him out. " Stop that! Mom! Call her back! ".

" Oh Billy, you were doing so well a moment ago". Anette just smiled at her son and his antics, Twilie and Mac also exchanged looks before bursting into giggles and laughs. Suddenly, the colt went stiff when something stirred inside of his mind.

" Having a good time there aren't we? I hope you haven't forgotten about me little colt, and the reason you are meddling with those disgusting humans in the first place, be sure not to forget where your loyalty stand little colt, be sure to remember what will happen if you fail me ".

The laugh inside his head send chills of dread into his hearth. Behind him Twilie too stopped laughing feeling something dark and wrong with the colt but couldn't point out what was it.

BACK IN THE HOUSE...

The group separated after coming back home, Anette went to send her two PokePon into the Line to be healed and later treated to a full course deluxe massage as reward for been trashed, Twilie was offered the same treatment but declined preferring to spend her rest in Billy's bed. Mac did the same but at the feet of the bed.

When Billy came out of the shower he saw him having a nightmare, he picked him off and placed him next to Twilie who welcome him with a few light taps in the back then falling sleep again, when the signs of the nightmare were gone Billy let the duo rest and went to the living room, his mother was in the kitchen, most likely preparing dinner.

Hissy sat on the couch and started putting Band-Aids over the worst cuts Opal left on his face, then he noticed one tape over the coffee table, one of the many inside the box but not labeled like the rest. " That's weird, I thought I saw all of them already, oh well ".

Billy placed the tape inside the player and sat over the coffee table, something that his mother would reprehended him for if she saw him.

The tape started playing, right off the bat Billy saw that this wasn't like the other tapes, the recording didn't have a tittle or anything. The image came showing a middle age woman resting on a medical bed, she looked about her 40's more or less, she looked young but sick.

" Hi Honey, hope you have piped down by now you old handsome crook, hmmm, I know you are passing for a thought time, we all are, Roy was here a bit ago, he's angry as you can imagine and venting any way he can so please don't take him seriously, he loves you Zachary, he's our kid ".

" Anyway, about what people are saying about you, just let me get better and I'll kick their arses! No one mess with my hubby like that, bunch of idiots! Hmm, I suppose I can't blame them for saying you're crazy Zachary, when I first met you I thought the same, but we'll, I like crazy, and your stubborn personality haha, didn't mind the ass part either haha, but, well, ugh! ".

Suddenly Willomina doubled in pain and started coughing hard, then a multicolored glow surrounded her and she seemed to get a bit better. " Thanks Celeste ".

" Celestia, and you're welcome ". Came a voice from behind the camera. A woman with a PokePon nurse Billy thought.

" Yes, Celestine, anyway, if you figured by now Zack, your 'friend' is here with me, she came to prove me that you're not making things up, which doesn't help since I know you only make things up when you're drunk! What she needed to do is stop been a coward and show her ass in public! ".

" I can see now why you and Zack are a such a lovely couple, perfect bad-mouths for each other ".

" But of course white cheeks, anyway, back to my husband. She came to explain her reasons for why she didn't appeared when she was supposed to, while her reasons aren't that interesting ". An indignant 'Hey! ' was heard on the background. " It was kind of a dick move to call her out on the spot, but then again she should have know how much the 'Dick' part of your name is well earned ".

Willomina rested her head back on the pillow. " While I'm pissed for what she did, I forgive her, we do what we can for the ones we love, did you know that Roy has a girlfriend? The thought of not get to know my own daughter-in-law is scary, of not getting to know my grandkids is even more, of not getting to see you again is terrifying,
But somehow, I'm afraid more to see you with a hole in your heart and be the cause of it, make peace Zack, make peace. Love... you ". Her last words were weak and almost drawn by the noise of the machines monitoring her condition.

" Wi-Willomina? ". Whoever it was holding the camera got closer to inspect on her, Billy felt his heart stopping.

" Willow-Haaa! ". The woman suddenly screamed in a fashion akin to that of horror movies scaring the nurse, so much so that the camera felt and showed two set of hooves and white furry legs but not human legs were present.

Did she jumped on top of something?

" What? You!? ".

" Haha, got you! I'm not dead yet princess Valencia, not yet! ". Said his Grandmother smiling.

" Youuuu! And it is Celestina! No, I mean, ugh! You are just like him, I hope your descendants are less intense! ".

" Sorry white cheeks, couldn't help myself, now go before someone sees you, and that is for helping me recording this, get him to see it and he'll forgive you, I'm sure, now leave, I'm tired ".

" As you wish, and thanks Willomina, be strong, I'll try to ease the pain tomorrow too ".

" Thanks, and good luck ".

The recording stopped and the screen turned blue, Billy was left breathless, somehow feeling he witnessed his Grandmother's last words, just a feeling.

" Who was that woman? A friend of Gramps? Celestia? ".

" Billy, dinner is ready! ".

" Coming! ". Billy took the tape out and placed it along the others. " Someone must know who she is".

Over the house a white form rested her legs crossed under her, her eyes watching the sky where a lonely star twinkled. " I couldn't keep my promise Willomina, none of us could, but maybe your Grandson can make it right, maybe ". Celestia stood up and took flight in the night sky.

NEAR YURTOWN...

Two trainers watched as their PokePon fought, both commanding their respective allies and both looking to win. But that was as far as they were equal. The first, a young rookie Trainer saw how his earth pony was trashed badly by the pegasus from his female opponent, an older girl with more experience under her belt.

" Hm, this isn't even a challenge, Crecea, *Arrow feathers* ". Her yellow PokePon pointed her wings at the pink earth PokePon and two feathers flew at it with unmatched accuracy, the hit knocked the pink PokePon out of the match.

" Uff, that's probably gonna hurt tomorrow, now, fulfill your part of the deal kid, point me to Professor Dickson's Lab ".

Author's Note

I know what some of you may be thinking, how can a mere level 15 defeat a level 30 without type moves? And my answer is, defence versus defence and Special defence vs Special defence.
A Lv15 Ralts can take on a Lv30 Machoke with special moves other than the super effective ones, the same way applies for the opposite, just a few Pokemon have both good defense and special defense and good speed to boost, also keep in mind that Pokemon used performance shows are more fancy that effective so there's also that.
