Talking To Her New Friend

Rainbow Dash was going over to see Twilight at Twilight's castle in Ponyville as she heard that her friend Elizabeth was visiting there.

She hadnt gotten with Elizabeth in the past several weeks which was why she set up the day for them to meet up.

When Rainbow Dash got to the castle she tried to see if Twilight was there as well but couldnt seem to find her. Rainbow Dash soon got upstairs to find Elizabeth sitting on the bed with her prosthetic legs removed.

Rainbow Dash wondered where Twilight was as she was not expecting her to be out an about especially when she said that she didnt have a schedule.

"Where's Twilight? I knew you were coming over here but I didnt expect Twilight to not be here. I though she didbt have anything to do today." Rainbow Dash explained as she couldnt understand why Twilight would leave her castle while a friend stayed inside of it.

"She went to go see her brother, she decided to do it this morning. I was around so she met up with me and we hung out, soon she asked me if I wanted to crash at her place for a bit while she went to see Shining Armor so I did." Elizabeth explained.

"Twilight's never done that before, the only person allowed in the castle while Twilight is out is Spike because he has to watch over the place." Rainbow Dash explained. Elizabeth shrugged.

"I guess this is the first time then, if you want you can hang out with me or you can leave while I will pass along the message that you want to see her." Elizabeth said but Rainbow Dash shook her head

"I'll hang out with you. I like to hang out with you anyway." Rainbow Dash said as she sat down by her friend and hugged her.

"Thanks Rainbow your a great friend you know?" Elizabeth said, Rainbow Dash smiled as she felt her heart warm when she heard that.

"Well of coarse I am. I'm the element of loyalty after all." Rainbow Dash bragged. Elizabeth rolled her eyes.

"Alright Rainbow keep your ego in check!" Elizabeth said which made Rainbow Dash laughed. After that Elizabeth spoke.

"Twilight's feeling better. She doesnt have a cold anymore." Elizabeth said.

"Good. I was hoping she would get better." Rainbow Dash said.

"Have you ever been on a vacation in Equestria? Do you like to travel?" Rainbow Dash asked. Elizabeth raised her eyebrow as she wasnt expecting this question.

"What's with this sudden question? You just came out with it out of the blue." Elizabeth asked, Rainbow Dash shrugged.

"I dont know I'm just curious as you have never mentioned on going on any trips." Rainbow Dash asked. Elizabeth shrugged.

"No I've never been anywhere else in Equestria. I dont see the need to travel to far off lands and even if I did do that I would have a lot of trouble doing that. I would like to stay put in Ponyville for as long as I can." Elizabeth said.

"So you wouldnt want to go somewhere with me?" Rainbow Dash asked. Elizabeth shook her head.

"No I wouldnt want to sorry. I'm not trying to be rude about it but traveling isnt really my thing you know? I want to stay here." Elizabeth said.

"I understand." Rainbow Dash said.

"Good. It would be to difficult for me and I just dislike it, I would have to use my prosthetics for long periods of time and if we had horses we would have to ride them there and I have no idea how to ride horses. Traveling is not a good idea for me. I'll never travel anywhere in my life." Elizabeth stated.

Rainbow Dash wasnt disappointed when she heard this as she agreedElizabeth's reasoning, she didnt have natural legs anymore which is sometimes a hardship to people who are amputees.

"I agree with you Elizabeth, I can see why it would be difficult for you, you dont deserve to deal with something like that." Rainbow Dash remarked.

"Thank you. I'm glad you do, I forbid travel for myself and I will always do." Elizabeth said.

After Elizabeth said this Elizabeth thought about something and decided to tell Rainbow Dash about it.

"You know...meeting you made my life so much happier...before I knew your group of friends I'd just do track every day while meeting up with some friends that I knew but it wasnt...as happy than the experience of becoming a friend to you and the rest of your friends....you girls made me more comfortable than I was before and you've made me happier than I was before and want to thank you for that." Elizabeth said with emotion.

Rainbow Dash hugged her and Elizabeth hugged her back.

"Your welcome Elizabeth, I'm glad I got to meet you, your a nice person and I wish for you to be our friend forever." Rainbow Dash said.

Elizabeth started to cry as she stayed in her friends hug. Soon she calmed down and Elizabeth sighed.

"Well that was embarressing...I usually dont cry that often....I should get going." Elizabeth said.

Rainbow Dash smiled and they hugged one more time. After that Elizabeth prepared to leave.

"Thanks for meeting with me Elizabeth. I hope we can get together again sometime. Maybe we can have a sleepover somewhere at one of my friend's places" Rainbow Dash said. Elizabeth soon got her stuff together and put her legs back on while Rainbow Dash watched her.

"That would be great. Just make sure you ask for your friends permission to do that." Elizabeth told Rainbow Dash.

"I will. It's not like I'm planning on doi g ot without their agreement to it. Although it would be funny if I did do that though. Bye Elizabeth." Rainbow Dash said.

"Bye Rainbow Dash." Elizabeth said. After that Elizabeth left Twilight's castle.

Rainbow Dash was so happy that she could meet up with Elizabeth once again.
