If King Sombra could have hear him, he would have sighted. All this constant devotion had never make any sense. However, he couldn't dwell too much on the subject, there was still much to be done.

The Princesses from the South would arrive today.

This is the story of the rise and fall of King Sombra. Untold since a millenia ago.

This story is a short exploration in Sombra's origin, inspired by the songs in "Fall of an Empire" by L-Train and the Royal Canterlot Symphonic Metal Orchestra.
