don't know all biology of both races but I think I have a good idea about them except the ages
Gallifreyan mental maturity age is one I put it as it is because they are really smart and I thought they would start at a young age with learning so that is why I did what I did.

01 The New Arrival

I have been running for the past hour, but I can still hear the the motorbikes following me. I could feel the Adrenalin starting to wear out but I knew that I needed to keep running, or I would be back in that hell. I remember everything that they have done to me every scar and every mussel screams with the memories, keeping me running for freedom I saw that the forest was coming to an end. I thought that I might have finally found civilization but to my horror that is not what I found. It was a cliff over the ocean and I could smell the salt in the air but. I was not sure where to go I looked to see if I could climb down, but the way down had no stable handholds the motorbikes were just coming up behind me. When I turned around the leader of the group was walking to me, with that maniac smile that he always wears.I was prepared to fight my way out but I was not able to properly use the memories I gained from some of the elites that I would need to sort it out later if, I got out of here alive. even with my speed and strength I could be incapacitated with their high power weapons.
'If I had better control of the strength that I now poses, but I haven't had time to adjust yet I need to run.'
" Well ,well ,well. What do we have hear boys, a lost little freak." said the man.
"yes Ridley what should we do with him as punishment boss." said one of the twenty guards behind him.
" Perhaps we should throw him in the chokey." said another. I just glared at them.
" I won't be going back you would have to kill me first." I said while backing up to the edge of the cliff.
Ridley's smile just widens and I was thinking about how to get away from their alive, but the only thing that I thought of was jumping of the cliff.
"well hunter you will be dying today, I was finally given the orders from the higher ups to kill you, and what do you know it was the day you tried to escaped but I would like to say it has been fun little freak." he said as he pulled out a powerful hand hand cannon as he did that i turned around and jumped hoping that there were no rocks at the bottom of the cliff but i heard a loud *bang*and I felt something hit me in the back and as i was falling, about half way down their was a bright flash of light and everything went black.
Pov ridley
"Orders sir " Ridley smiled.
"Get the body and bring it to the lab for experiments." I always was fascinated about how the hybrid worked. He always heal faster than any human or hybrid in the facility, and had an intelligent that seamed otherworldly I always studied him every chance I got. I was walking away to the cliff. "If only I could have had more time to study him I could have had so much fun with him."I looked down and stared down at ware he would have fallen."At least we had 13 years of fun. I wonder what the autopsy will fined."
3 hours later
"boss we have not found any sine of it down their."
"What do you mean." I said with a dangerously low tone
"No one is able to find it we searched on the beaches nearby, and searched below the cliff ,even in the underwater tunnels
in case he survived somehow. There is no sine anywhere in the immediate area"
"Very well keep searching for it, dismissed."
As he left I turned and looked out at sea and said. "well you clever bastard owell we will find you and finish the job you can count on that." wile giving my signiture gruin
pov rainbow dash
"Well see ya later dash, and keep me posted about the weather if there are any changes to the plans." Said applejack
"Will do AJ let me know if you need anything else if that is all I will be out of your hair to go practice." I said and gave her a quick handshake and a pat on the back
"bi" We said in unison and started to go are separate ways when AJ turned around and holord.
"you should come back tomorrow for lunch there will be cider and apple pie."
"Will do" I responded with a smile.
Some time later.
I was sitting on a cloud and resting for a bit after my practice session. I closed my eyes and started dosing of for a bit when, I woke up again something felt off. I was looking around to try to figure out why, and I saw that ponyville was getting ready for bead and I looked back up there was a blinding flash of light far enough away that it did not blind me for more than a second it reminded me of twilight's teleportation spell. when I looked back I saw sompony falling my instincts kicked in just then and I went to help them.
when I got to them I saw that he did not have any fur on his body except for the top of his head, he had white hair with golden highlights he was well muscled. I looked at his legs and instead of hooves it looked like he had diamond dog like feet but a difference was that his toes had no claws at the end like the diamond dogs. He was Wearing a pair of black jeans that were torn from running in foliage and had manny cuts and scrapes underneath, and he had a plain white shirt that was quickly becoming red on the left side. that was all I needed to kick me into gear and started flying him to to the ponyville hospital.
When I got their and burst through the door I yelled at all the nurses and the few doctors that we have here "I have an injured hear sompony help!"
I never realized how heavy he was when I caught him, because of the adrenaline rush when I saw the blood on his shirt. Only after the doctors and nurses left with him did I feel the fatigue hit me.
I was staying in the waiting room I asked if I could use the phone and I called twilight and told her about the strange creature that i saved and after one of the doctors that took him away at least i think it was a him he looked more masculine
"Ms. dash we have gotten it stabilized but I am not confident that it will make it but is should make survive for now." He said in the snobby tone of the pony's that think that they are superior than any other sapient species, and it was starting to get on my nerves already.
"it is male." I said to him the doctor seemed taken aback by this and gave me a look and said.
"Yes it is male what is your point?"
"Why do you keep calling him it?"
"Is it a pony unless it has severe defects than I will not give IT an ounce of recognition when ponys are the superior race and IT should be grateful that I wasted my time on IT'S useless flank." he glared then turned around to leave.
"Useless canterlot transfer." I muttered
While glaring at his back my friends walked through the doors to see me and the doctor glaring at each other. pinky popped up in between us and said.
"hiya dashy is the he OK? I hope I can start his welcome to ponyville party."
"yea he is ok pinky."
A nurse that I recognise as nurse red heart came to talk to me and my friends and said "Ms. dash and company I was tolled to tell you about the condition of the patient. he had something puncture his lung we were able to heal it with magic but he lost a lot of blood but he is in stable condition. If you want you can go to his room and wait for him to get up to talk to you."

flashback start
At the break out.
I was waiting to finish healing to gain the strength boost that saiyans get when beat with in an inch of their lives.
This was the last time I was doing it to make sure that I would be able to get out alive. By my cell were two of elite guards they were both masters in mma mixed martial arts. One was a master in karate, and the other was trained by a master ninja in the ways of silence, precision, speed , and the mastery of several weapons including the bow and arrow, katana and how to use the pressure points of enemies.
I was going to use one of the abilities that my father has shown me how to do. It was an ability the most highly trained Gallifreyans have and it allows the time lord to mess with memories
One part is to completely take the memories and experience of another which leaves them without any thing left for them. Another part of this is to copy the memories of said person
The second part of this is to show the memories and experience to another. This method is used to teach young Gallifreyan my father used this method to teach me all three when I was 4 at the time. But Gallifreyan mature at the age of two he showed me the memory manipulation first and he and my mom taught me about ki and ki manipulation. By 5 I knew how to do it but I lacked the physical training for it so my ki attacks of any kind were very weak. by 7 I mastered what they were teaching me but after that my family were found they told me to run and that is what I did. I was able to survive on my own for almost a year before they found me by then they were able to kill both my parents with poisons and trauma they thought they were human because my mom cut off her tail to stay hidden, but one thing they have taught me the most of is strategy. So I complied with my capturs for thirteen years did nothing to show that I would deceive them but they beat me within an inch of my life daily. But that is what I wanted them to do so I could gather the strength to escape.I stayed that long because I wanted to make sure that I would get out.
It was time to escape and I started coughing like I was going to cough up a lung and I bit the inside of my cheek to add blood to make it more believable. One of the guards came in.
"What is going on in hear?" He said while checking on me that is when I put my hands on either side of his head and used my abilities to take all of his memories and experience it was over in a second.The other one was right behind him watching after I was done with the other guard the other one throw a punch at my head using the reflexes of the guard that trained as a ninja to keep the noise down to a minimum while I punched him in the throat. He gagged and choked while I flipped him on his back and put my hands on either side of his head and took his memories to help me get out of the facility.
I was able to get into the air vents to make my way outside and start running through the forest hoping to get free and to have enough time to adapt to the memories.

I was still in the void of blackness when I heard a woman
"Help them, save them."
"Hello who are you, ware are you?"
"Save them."
With the final words the void was getting brighter Intel I woke up
pov hunter waking world.
I woke up to find 6 creatures looking at me in shock they looked like a anthropomorphic horses but with how many were there I thought better and let them speak first so I don't make a fool of myself. That is when the purple one spoke.
"What are you?"She asked. I just looked at her. I could understand her thanks to my timelordian blood but I was not sure I could trust them. In the meantime I got a good look at them.
(not good with descriptions yet so lazy way btw Ignore the spike I did not notice him there)
That is when I felt it the flow of the energy was different than on earth so I thought that I could open up a little bit and tell them what I looked like instead of what I am. I was trying to figure out how I got to a different world without a ship.
"I am a human."I said they looked like I just said something out of a fairy tale was true and believed it.
"ok mr. ...?" she inquired
" I'm Hunter." I said with a semi friendly smile
" Hunter that sounds like an predator name?" said the rainbow maned mare
"well can we continue with the introductions?" I asked while shrugging
"O yes we can I am twilight sparkle and these are my friends Pinky pie, Apple jack, Rainbow dash, Fluttershy,and Rarity." they all gave me nods to their respective names except fluttershy she just eeped when rainbow moved to the side when fluttershy was called and hid behind her mane.
"So where am I? And what are you?" I asked them.
"Well you are in ponyville in the country of equestria. and what we are are ponies " ancered twilight
"Well thanks for the information but how did I get here? "
This time rainbow was the one to answer me, and told me about how she found me falling in the sky."Sow how did you get in the sky in the first place?"
"I don't know the last thing I know before waking up here was falling off a cliff. Do any of you know when they will let me out?" I asked hoping that it was a regular hospital and not some special containment building. That is when an white furred nurse came into the room.
"Well it looks like you recovered well enough but even with the magic used to help you, you recovered very fast."She said
"well nurse I might very well recover faster than normal ponies." I replied
"I guess that would be understandable we have not seen anything like you before." Twilight spoke up
"So can I leave soon?" I asked the nurse
"Yes we just need you to fill out a few papers regarding your medical records." she said
After I filled out the papers I turned to leave and saw twilight and her friends waiting for me by the front. Door and when I saw the pink one about to explode with energy it put me on edge with how energetic she seemed. Then she ran up to me faster than any one that I have seen move but my reflexes kicked in. I moved to the side about a foot and caught her before she crashed into something behind me.
"Are you ok? you could have hurt yourself like that or someone else." I said but she responded with a bunch of questions and answers me
"since-you-are-new-to-ponyville-I-gotta-throw-you-a-welcome-to-ponyville-party-since-i-know-everypony-in-ponyville-what-is-your-favorite-cake-flavor-yes-I-am-ok-thanks-for-asking-what-is-your-favorite-type-of-party?" she said in a fast tone that only me and her could understand than I answered her with a calm tone.
"Thanks for the welcome, Red velvet, your welcome, parties with a few people or friends."
while we were me and pinky were talking twilight and the rest of her friends stared in shock.
Rainbow said "Did you see how he dogged her?"
"And he was able to understand pinky on the first meeting with her." Aj said.
I overheard them talking about me and I was thinking that the gravity was about 100 times lighter than on earth. and is more charged with ki and the other energy that I sensed. and It seemed that the ponies I was talking with seemed to have a lot of the strange energy in them and above normal ki level. but rainbow and applejack seemed to have more ki than their friends. but pinky was somehow able to hide her ki level frome me
"Well thanks pinky but we should be going. don't you think so?" I said she nodded and we went outside.
As we were walking rainbow kept on staring at me every few minutes
."Something on your mind rainbow" I asked
"Well I was wondering how fast you can move. It takes sompony with extremely fast reflexes to doge pinky when she is greeting sompony."
"I'm not sure the gravity in your world feels lighter so I would need to run all out to find out how fast I can run" she gave me a smirk and said " well no matter how fast you can run you won't be able to beat me in a race." I smirked right back at her.
"very well then you might be right about that right now but I will get to your level in no time at all and a little training to get me used to your gravity."I replied with a feeling that I was going to like her challenging attitude.
" O by the way where will I be staying If you don't mind me asking." that got the groop to stop and think then they all looked at twilight.
"You are the only one with the spare room." They said In unison.
"Ok now that is settled let us head home every pony." said twi.
So we started to leave and the others started to disperse to their respective homes when me and twi got to her house she let me in I felt two ki signatures in thare but they were younger and just kids or an animal. when I walked in the house which was a tree might I add I saw a owl and thought I was wright. Twi showed me the room I would be staying in and went to get ready for bed and I did the same. And went to bed with the thoughts of what the fuck now.
