Sunset Shimmer - An outcast who has 3 unique talents or also known as magic. Ever since she was a kid, she was treated like dirt because she was different. Her only support was her dad but he died when she was about 9 years old. She didn't live on an orphanage instead she survive on her own with the money that she found on her dad's savings, she indeed believe that magic exist but when she receive it... she was afraid and shuts herself. She would occasinally go to the library and tried to learn how to pronounce and read books, luckily a woman name Twilight Velvet noticed her and decided to be her personal teacher. Iron Will, a friend of her father taught her how to take care of herself of course because he knew that she was smart enough to survive. She's now 19 years old.

Fluttershy - A shy and timid girl who was always a target to bullies. Everyday she comes home with bruises and scratches. She even had a black eye, she didn't know how to fight because she was scared. Her childhood friend Rainbow Dash moved out of her old town to live in Canterlot City which left her friendless. She was saved by Sunset Shimmer and they both became friends. She's now 18

Adagio Dazzle - She lives with her mom and dad which they always get drunk, smoke cigarettes, and does drugs. Her other relatives were even scared to adopt her because they knew that they were in the house all the time because they buy drugs, beer etc. She was told many times that she was a mistake, a brat, and worst.... she was told that she wasn't a great singer. All she wanted to be was a super star or maybe be in a group. She always got abused by her parents. She almost got raped on the alley by her father but luckily Aria and Sonata were there to save her and became friends that changes her life. She's now 17

Aria Blaze - She grew up on a orphanage. She wanted to know why her parents didn't seem to want her in their lives, she was adopted by a man named Sombra and soon was trained to do bad stuff like stealing and smoking cigarettes. She always beat up anyone who crosses her turf, she has friends and taught them the exact things that her new father had taught her. They were the most dangerous kids in the streets, she never went to school because she was getting home schooled by Sombra. When she was stealing from an apartment, She met Sonata who suddenly change her life. She's now 17.

Starlight Glimmer - She lives with her father. Her mother died when Starlight came into the world, her father didn't blame her and being a single parent was really hard but he did his best to give his little girl a better life. Her only friend left her for boarding school and left her friendless, she grew up without friends on her side because she was to afraid that they might leave her. She went to a phase which made her father upset and sad but did his best to teach his daughter. Until she met Sunset Shimmer and became friends with her. She's now 17.

Sonata Dusk - She left her home when she saw her parents died in front of her by a criminal. She lives on the streets, good thing that Canterlot City people gives her money in order for her to eat. People never thought of adopting her so she use all of the money that they gave her to buy an apartment and supplies to survive. She saw Aria who was stealing her stuff and was lucky to tackle her to the ground, they talked for a while and Sonata was determine to change the girl's attitude. She's now 16.

Indigo Zap - She had a wonderful and happy family. She doesn't know why her dad suddenly became drunk and abusive, she pushed her dad away from her mom and told her that the man's got to go. So the man did and they both live in peace, her mom had remarried to another man and Indigo Zap was super happy because he was a nice man. She has now a step little brother name Thunder Shock, as she was walking down the streets she almost got robbed until Sunset Shimmer saved her and became friends. She's now 16.
