//-------------------------------------------------------// A metal beast in Equestria. -by Conor_2003- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// The weapon //-------------------------------------------------------// The weapon The Pacific Ocean The ocean is like space, an endless void with nothing to be spotted for miles. No boats, no islands, and not a single living being can be seen, all but one. The ocean holds many secrets, one of them being a mysterious island that is so large, it almost makes the continents look like kids. The sun began to a rise on the island and the most strangest creatures began to a rose from their slumber. These were no ordinary creatures, they were as tall and large as buildings and made vibrations as they walked on the island. The creatures were known as kaiju or giant monster in Japanese. These giants were some of the most iconic monsters in the world. There was Baragon, Kumamga, Anguirus, Mothra, Rodan, and even the monster king himself, Godzilla! This is the reason why the island was such a mystery beacuse nobody, not even a single soul knows about their island. This place was their home and here they can live happily and freely without worrying about the humans attacking them. Each and every monster began to wake up and start their day. Mothra and Rodan flew into the skys as a workout routine, Anguirus was practicing some new moves in case the aliens might return, Godzilla was getting a morning refreshment by drinking some water in the one of the rivers, and the other monsters were either still sleeping or didn’t feel like doing anything. Godzilla may be their king, but even some of his subjects don’t follow his rules more than often and still respected their choices, if he’s not in a bad mood that is. Not to far off the other side of the island was another monster about to began his morning, but this one was not what you would expect. This monster was made from pure titanium metal, was around 60 meters tall, and looked almost like Godzilla his himself. This was Mechgodzilla or Kiryu for short and I know what your thinking, why is Kiryu on monster island? Well, let’s go back in time around a few years ago. As another attempt to kill Godzilla and fight off againest other monsters, the humans created a weapon like no other. A powerful weapon that could match even Godzilla himself, a weapon so powerful, no one can stop it. Thus they created Mechagodzilla, a machine with one single purpose, kill Godzilla and other monsters that threat humanity. This Mechagodzilla even had something no one would expect, inside of it are the skeleton remains of the first Godzilla back in 1954. During their first battle, Godzilla let out a roar in pain and triggered these “memories” of the first Godzilla’s past in Mechagodzilla and made him realize that he was once a living being, that was taken from the humans and understood Godzilla’s rage towards them. Mechagodzilla mantaged to fight off the human’s contral and became one of Godzilla’s greatest allies. Godzilla brought Mechagodzilla back to monster island and of course, they did not trust him, believing he was just another pathetic attempt from the humans to kill them. It took time, but Mechagodzilla did his best to convince the monsters that he was just like them and he thinks the humans had no right to harm them for no reason. One by one each other the monster got to know Mechgodzilla and became very close friends with him as if he was a member of their family. Over the years, Mechagodzilla improved his body to adapt for any battles that came a head. He, like Godzilla, was now powered by a nuclear reactor and was given unlimited energy so he no longer has to worry about shutting down, spawn in his weapons if needed in battle or combat training, and has a new scanning system that can allow him to obtain any information he need to know. Mechagodzilla started his day by saying hello to Godzilla and his fellow monsters, each one said hello or good morning to him as he walked by. He wanted to practice his fighting skills by using a mountain like a punching bag, until he felt as if something was off. What is this feeling? he thought, I feel like as if we’re being watched. Mechagodzilla looked south and scanned that something was heading to monster island. Thanks to his new bionicle viewing, he spotted a fleet of ships that were carrying an enormous laser like canyon with the middle ship aiming towards monster island. When will they ever learn? Why can't they just leave us alone? He scanned the weapon again and saw huge amounts of energy fueling inside the weapon. He turned to his right and realized the weapon wasn't aiming at the island, it was aiming towards Godzilla! Mechagodzilla ran as fast as he could to warn Godzilla about the weapon, but it already fried a beam and was heading right for him. He roared at Godzilla to tell him to get out of the way while running towards him, but before Godzilla could turn to Mechagodzilla's direction the beam from the weapon was a few feet away from hitting the monster king and blocked for whatever came to him. (Scene goes in slow motion) Mechagodzilla jumps right in frost of Godzilla just as the beam was about to hit him, purple energy traveled along his body and disappears in the blink of an eye. Godzilla and the other monsters couldn't believe what they have seen. Mechagodzilla vanished right before their very eyes and questions came to their minds, where did he go? Was he dead? Godzilla looked to where the beam of energy came from and manged to spot the ships off the coast of the island. His eyes were now filled with pure rage and anger, not only did the humans find the monsters, but tried to attack his kingdom, his subjects, and possibly killed one of his allies. Godzilla then roared and commanded the monsters to attack the ships, the humans wanted a war with the monsters and now they've got one. But the questions still remained in Godzilla's head, where did Mechagodzilla go? Equis, Equestria Mechagodzilla's systems started to reboot themselves and got up from the slowly as he touched his head with pain. He was now surrounded by a thick forest along with a streaming river, flowers, and sings birds singing in the trees. "Where am I?" Mechagodzilla spoke. He put his on his throat as he heard himself speak for the first time. He may have been an adaptable machine, but not once has he ever spoken before. "I can talk? How can I talk? What is this place?" He started to scan his surroundings and collected the knowledge of everything around him, the trees, the river, the flowers, and even the singing birds. He also noticed that his size was changed to. He was around 60 meters tall, almost as tall as Godzilla himself, now he was around 7'1/2 feet tall while still keeping his appearance the same. So many questions ran through his head faster than he could think, but he knew the most logical thing to do was to find out if there was any life forms on this planet and hoped to get some answers. He then pulled out a tracker that was part of his arm to see if he could find any signs of life here. In several second, Mechagodzilla detected that there was a large building northwest from his location. As much as he wanted answers, he still needed to be cautious if the beings are hostile. "Mmmm, perhaps this could be of use." Mechagodzilla said, "If I follow this trail to it, I can maybe find more information about this planet and it's inhabitants. Better have my cloaking device on if I don't want to be spotted." And so he turned to cloak and made his way to the building. Canterlot, Celestia's castle In the castle was princess Celestia, drinking some tea while sitting on the balcony and looked over her kingdom. Celestia was also the princess of the sun and one of the two monarchs of Equestria. As she sat down drinking her tea, she thought about how great the day was going to be and how she would spend it. All of her positive thoughts disappeared as felt a disturbance in her mind. She felt as if a presence of something, or someone, that was unknown to Equestria has appeared and has high levels of energy and power, power that can rival that of even magic. "Something wrong Celestia?" A voice spoke. The voice belong to Celestia's younger sister, Luna who as the second monarch and princess of the moon. "I'm fine dear sister." Celestia said, "It's just that I had this strange feeling that something not from here in Equestria has appeared that has so much energy and power to match even Equestria's magic. I'm sure it's nothing, but if something has this much power, it could danger Equestria itself." "I feel the same way Celestia." Luna said, "I felt the same presence you are feeling as well. I don't know what this means, but if something or somepony is here and has this much power, Equestria might be a risk." Celestia took a minute to think about the situation. If there was something here and is extremely dangerous, she and even Luna together may not be able to protect Equestria for it. After several seconds of planning, she thought she should send a letter to alert Twilight and her friends just in case if their not enough. "Your right Luna." Celestia said, "I shall alert Twilight about this and see if she and the other elements can find out more about this presence." She then spawned a letter and started to write down everything she needed to know in order to be prepared. As she was done, she sent the letter to Twilight and prayed that this is something that she and her friends can stop it before it's to late. "Please don't let whatever is here endanger my little ponies." Author's Note So I wanted you to keep in mind of three things. One, I know the beginning is kind of confusing, that is because it's an alternate universe where the movies and even comics are connected, the humans still see Godzilla and the monsters as threats to the earth even thou they saved it multiple times. Two, there are going to be some changes to Mechagodzilla because I felt like he can be more awesome and deserves some upgrades(because the limited power thing always pisses me off). And number three, I thought Mechagodzilla should be voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch because I thought it would perfect, if you don't agree with me, than you can chose your own voice. Let me know if I made any mistakes or grammar errors so I can go back and fix them. Chapter dates are random so I don't know when the next one will be posted, but it won't take long. He kept a good distance while having his cloak on because he did not want to be spotted from the natives just in case if they scream or run like the humans did back home. Mechagodzilla used his scanner on the building to see if there was any information that he needed to know before he could go further. He also saw the most strangest creatures he's ever seen. They look more like horses, but smaller and some of them had wings, horns on their head, or some of them didn't. Scanning species Ponies: Similar to horses on earth, but much smaller and share multi colors unlike horses along with symbols on their flanks. He scanned again, but on each different pony. One normal, one with a horn, and one with wings. Scanning complete Unicorns: Unicorns have horns on their head to levitate objects or cast numerous spell with magic and are known to be the smartest beings on this planet. "Magic?" Mechagodzilla thought, "I remember how Mothra talking about how magic brought her to life and how another Mothra is born from it. I did not believe her and thought it was science behind her creation from the earth. Perhaps this will be interesting to learn more about. He continues his scans on the other two ponies. Earth ponies: Unlike the other two species, earth ponies are best known for having immense physical strength when fully grown. They can carry large objects with full effort and even can break through stone, wood, or even use their powerful kicks to send anyone or anything up to miles away. "If Godzilla or Angurius were here, they would be impressed by their strength." Finally one last scan. Pegasi: One of the three species of ponies, pegasi are one of only creatures here that can fly. With their wings, pegasi can go as fast as hyper sonic speeds and like unicorns, they have some type of magic that allows them to walk on clouds or manipulate the weather. Back on earth, pegasi were known as mythical creatures in Greek mythology with tales that they were giant horses with wings. "These life forms control the weather? I've seen a cyborg monster, aliens from space, Godzillas from other timelines, and even an three-headed intergalactic space dragon. I've seen weird things in my time, but this, 'this' is just about weirdest things I've ever heard in my life. I must learn more about this place and how it operates. Possibly even find away out of here. There must be something worth studying here. The plan will be simple, sneak in, find information, and get out as quick as possible. Mechagodzilla tried his best to stay quiet while also not trying to hit some of the creatures that would be in his way. Thankfully due to his now smaller size and being cloaked, he was able to sneak behind one of the ponies who went through the door to get inside. As he walked through the hallway of the building, he scanned and collected so much knowledge just by look at some of the artifacts and painting along the walls. He stood to the right wall of the hall way so he could that the ponies can't run into him while walking. through the hall way he mostly stood still for a few minutes before moving again. They were filled with all three species he scanned earlier so it hard for him to move freely. As he looked at every ponies who walked by him, he quickly learned their biology, their names, their abilities, and even learned that symbols on their flanks were known as cutie marks. Cutie marks only appear if one of the being found their talent and the symbol would represent what their good at. While he was collecting information, he failed to notice that his metal tail was to long and managed to trip one of the ponies who walked by. "Ouch!" The pony shouted. The pony was a female Pegasus with a light green coat, an flat brown mane and tail, a purple bow of her head, and a flower on her flank. Mechagodzilla quickly brought his tail back so that his cover wasn't blown. "My goodness! Are you alright darling?" Another female voice came to aid the fallen Pegasus. The pony was a unicorn with a white coat, an purple curly mane and tail, and three diamonds on it's flank. She used her magic to help the Pegasus up while she was carrying a box of equipment. Mechagodzilla took the opportunity to scan the unicorn. Name: Rarity Species: Unicorn Mane and tail: Purple Coat: White Personality: Has a high taste of fashion and can be a bit of a drama queen. Also known as the element of generosity Threat level: Zero "I'm fine professor Rarity." The Pegasus said, "I some how tripped on something that felt like it was made of metal." "Metal?" Rarity asked, "I'm sure it was nothing darling. Here are text books to get you ready for your classes. Oh, and welcome back darling." Rarity gave the Pegasus a pair of books. "Thank you professor Rarity." The Pegasus said before the two parted ways. Mechagodzilla was relieved that they did not become suspicious of what just happened, one false move and his cover would have been blown. He gave a sigh of relief just before an idea came to his mind. The white unicorn known as Rarity said something about classes and if he remembered correctly, schools from earth were a place where younger humans went to learn about subjects such as math, science, history, and more. He had a theory that if can somehow get into these so called 'classes', he can obtain more information quicker. And thous, Mechagodzilla started to slowly follow the Pegasus that he accidentally tripped over moments ago, luckily the hall ways were clearing up which meant it made it easier to walk through without the ponies running into him. Twilight's classroom As the young Pegasus made her way to class without hearing the robot behind her, Mechagodzilla went to the other direction as she took her seat while he went the left of the room and stood in a corner so her can watch. He looked around the classroom and saw many ponies in their seats with text books, pencils, paper, and other school materials. He looked around the room where the ponies took their seats and spotted five other creatures who sat in the front row. Before he could start scanning them, a pony enter the side of the room. "Good morning class." The pony said. Mechagodzilla started to scan the pony who was in front of the room. This pony was unlike the rest, she had a moderate purple mane and tail, had both a horn and wings, along with a star like symbol on it's flank. Scanning species Name: Twilight Sparkle Species: Alicorn princess, a combination of all three of the pony species combined into one. Mane and tail: moderate purple with brilliant raspberry streaks. Cost: light purple Personality: High level IQ, adventurous, and strategic. Also known as the element of magic. Threat level: Zero. I'm amazed at this life form's intelligence. He thought, Maybe she could help me get home, but we shall cross that bridge later. "I'm so happy to see you all back for another year with us. To start off our day, we will learn about the power of crystals. Spike, if you could bring them in." As she said that, a short being with purple scales, green dorsal fins from it's head to tail, and a pair of tiny wings while carrying the items Twilight ordered. "Here you are Twilight." The tiny creature said. Mechagodzilla couldn't help but gander at the creature as he reminded him of the battles with King Ghidorah. Thankfully, this dragon did not look or seem mincing at all unlike the the king of terror. Scanning species Name: Spike Species: Dragon(of course he knew that.) Age is still young, but can breath fire at will. Known as Twilight's number one assistant. Personality: Hard working, cares about his friends, and has a massive crush on Rarity(the pony he saw in the hall way). The classroom gave ohhs and ahhs at the shiny crystals and their beauty. Mechagodzilla scanned the crystals and saw the had high amounts of power and energy, energy almost as strong as nuclear radiation. He could not believe it, these crystals had enough power to give a hole city weeks of electricity. "Thanks to my sister-in-all Cadence from the crystal empire, we managed to get a hold of the crystals from the empire itself. Now that we have show them to you, let me show you they can-" her sentence was cut of as Spike burped out a letter from out of nowhere. He opened the letter and couldn't believe who it was from. "Twilight it's Princess Celestia." Spike said. Twilight grabbed the letter from Spike and started to read it in her mind. Dear Twilight Sparkle, I'm sending you this message because I felt a disturbance this morning that something is here in Equestria and it has massive amounts of power that can match even Equestria itself. I wrote this to warn you and see if you and the other elements can find the source of the power and contain it if it is dangerous to Equestira. I have a hunch that it may not be just something, but somepony with this kind of power. I trust that you, Twilight Sparkle and the elements of Harmony can find who or what this is and if he/she are hostile, do not be afraid to attack. But be careful, we don't know how powerful this is or what it is capable of. I have my faith in you Twilight, and I wish you good luck. From, Princess Celestia. She could not believe what she has read, something in Equestria is here and it may be dangerous to her land. But, this also meant she can study a new type of energy and use it to maybe even protect Equestria. She still did not forget about her class and students and did not want to tell them about Celestia's message in case they would panic. She gave a nervous smile and chuckle slightly. "Okay, so there's been a change of plans." She began, "The princess needs me and your teachers on other mission again." The class groans. "But don't worry the classes shall still resume, I'll tell Starlight and Spike to be your substitute teachers for today. Goodbye for now." In a quick blur, she was gone leaving the classroom with confused faces. Mechagdzilla saw the whole thing and puzzled that whoever contacted her was the leader of this land and knows about his presence. The more he thought, the more he realized he can't hide for much longer and needed more information about the land. He thought of the logical choice to do now, was to meet the ponies face-to-face. Without anyone noticing, he quietly exited the room and followed Twilight as carefully as he could. The cutie map room Twilight gathered all of her friends together and told about the letter from Princess Celestia. They had high concerns about this situation and hoped it was not what it seemed. If there was something here with power to match Equestria's, they feared it would mean the end of their land. They tried to tell Twilight the positive side of things, but it never worked. "Come on Twi, ya over thinking this. Maybe Celestia just had a weird feeling about something else." A female southern voice said. "Maybe, but when the Princess has these type of feelings, it could mean something bad." Twilight said. "Oh, maybe it's an alien." A pink coated earth pony said. "Really Pinkie, aliens?" A rainbow maned Pegasus said, "Equestria how never had aliens before." "But what if it is?" A shy voice said, "What if it's just a creature who's lost from it's home and needs help." "Girls please, your overreacting." Rarity said, "I'm sure that whatever it is, it'll go away in a few day and then we can live normal again. Maybe." "It's not that Rarity." Twilight spoke, "It's that whatever is this has enough power to rival that Equestira itself. We have to find it and secure it. But where do we start?" "Right here." A male voice said across the room. All six looked at the direction of the voice and saw Mechagodzilla standing there uncloaked and in front of the door. They came together as the gazed upon Mechagodzilla and shook their bodies due to his size. Mechagodzilla slowly walked closer to them to show he was not a threat. "Greeting ponies." He spoke, "I'm Mechagodzilla and I'm here for answers." Author's Note Looks like magic and technology finally meet. What will happen next? Stick around for the next Chapter and it should be up soon. All six ponies were hurled all together as they gazed upon the metal monster that was right in front of them. Mechagodzilla did his best to show that he was not a threat and just wanted them to listen, but they were to scared to even let him go near him. So decided to let them calm down before anyone can say anyone. Finally, what felt like an entirety, Applejack broke they ice. "Tw-Tw-Tw-Twi! What is that?!" Applejack said. "I don't know Applejack!" Twilight said, "It seems to be like some sort of dragon without wings, but made out of pure metal. I've never seen anything like this. Fluttershy, do you have any ideas about what it is?" "S-S-S-S-Sorry Twilight." Fluttershy said in a scared tone, "I know just about every creature here, but not this." "Well what ever he is, I'll take him down id he hurts any of girls." Rainbow said in a brave tone. "There will be no need for violence, not now anyway." Mechagodzilla said, "I come in peace and wish you no harm to you or this planet. I just need help." "Help with what?" Rainbow asked, "Rule Equestria? Ha! Fat chance buddy." "Equestria?" Mechagodzilla said, "So that's the name of the planet I'm on. And no, I ask of you to help me return home and reunite with my family again." After hearing that word, 'family, the ponies became less scared and now realized he was lost after all. The ponies looked at each other with concerned looks in order to agree to help the beast or still be afraid of him. They all looked at Mechagodzilla's face, even thou it was sort of blank and what looked like red tears across his face, he look sad and desperate for his lost family he needs to go back the to. The six ponies looked at each other again before giving a nod to each other and stepped forth to the metal beast. Each being within the room l all looked at each as they with still vigilante about the new comer. "All right, we'll hear you out." Twilight said being the closest to him, "But first, I believe introductions should be in order. I'm-" "Princess Twilight Sparkle, I know." Mechagodzilla interrupted, "I scanned your DNA while being the so called classroom 6 mins ago." "But how did you..." Twilight tired to speak, but Mechagodzilla turned on his cloak on and off again to demonstrate how he got in the school without anyone noticing. The ponies gasped as the metal showed off one of his any talents. Get ready Mechagodzilla, you have alot of explaining to do. "Well any way, let me introduce you to my friends. This is Rarity, Pinkie pie, Applejack, Fluttershy, and Rainbow dash." Each pony then gave their own hellos. "Hey." Rainbow dash. "Howdy partner." Applejack. "Hello darling." Rarity. "Hello." Fluttershy. Even thou they had their introduction, Mechagodzilla still wanted scanned their DNA to learn about, but he thought if they want to be allies, he can't go through their personal business without their permission. He thought it was better to get to know them personalty without technology. So he shut down his scanner before he could learn more. "Now that we introduced our-self's." Twilight said, "It's your turn." "I'm Mechagodzilla, but some of my friends call me Kiryu.. As you the you said before, I'm not from this planet, I come from the planet Earth, where my family is currently located." "Other planet?" Pinkie Pie asked, "Ha! I was right! He is an alien!" "Alien?" Mechagodzilla questioned, "Where did you that idea? I'm known as a machine or robot in sort terms. I'm a cybernetic being that is sometimes resembles a living organism, but I'm not one. I'm flesh and bone like other organisms, but rather wires and my battery supply is unlimited thanks to my, quote on quote "heart", being powered by a nuclear reactor, powerful and destructive energy that flows within me." "OK. Alien was not my best guess." Pinkie said, "Sorry." She gave a wide smile at the end. "This whole you being a robot thing is really awesome." Rainbow said, "But bet your not as cool as me." She gave a pound on her chest to show her confidence. Mechagodzilla could only smile if he could. Some of these ponies remind him of his family back home. "Cocky, but loyal till the end. Rodan would like you the most." "Rodan?" Fluttershy asked, "Is he one of your friends back home?" "Indeed miss Fluttershy." Mechagodzilla answered, "Like Rainbow dash, he is flyer and good one to. He mostly spends his days flying through the sky and excellent at dive bombs during our battles." "Battles?" Applejack spoke up, "You fight all the time where you come from?" Mechagodzilla wanted to answer her at first, until him remembered all the battles he and his family went through, mostly with humans, aliens, and other monsters who threaten his home. He took a mins to look to the ground and crossed his arms, remembering the harsh wars he got himself into. Some of his allies got mostly injured and blamed himself that he did not do his best to protect no only himself, but the one he loved the most, especially Godzilla who helped him free himself from the human's control and the family that made him feel like another living being instead of a weapon. After a minute, he gathered his strength to finally speak his answer to Applejack. "I'm afraid so Applejack." Mechgodzilla said, "Me and family face great wars with multiple being from different worlds. We win most of them, but some battles came at a great cost." The ponies felt sad and heartbroken that Mechagodzilla had to suffer the harshness of wars, along with a family to protect. They felt as if they had something in common(in a way), as the elements of harmony, they do their best to protect Equestria and help those who need to learn friendship and it's magic. They've had great enemies in past and always came out on top. Now that they have new threats to deal with, they must make sacrifices no matter what. "I know it's none of our business or anything, but can you tell us more about your past and how you became like this?" Twilight said, "Maybe even tell us more about your family, the battles you faced, and even tell us more about your enemies you've fought. We promise to keep anything personal a secret. After you, maybe we can tell you more about ourselves and some things about Equestria." Mechagodzilla took a minute to think. Just moments ago, they were frightened to the bone when they saw him the first time, and now they want to learn more about him, it felt as if they had a connection with him as if they known him for years. Mechagodzilla thought it was not a good idea at first, concerting all the pain he went through and how the humans took his humanity away from him, he felt as if they could not take it, but at the same time. He knew that if they were to be allies and help get back home, he must tell him his story and the mistakes he made then rewrote in order to protect the earth. His decision was finally, he would tell them everything, and in return learn more about Equestria and it's history. "Alright, gather around. For I have a tale to tell, there will be good part and there will be bad parts during our war. If you promise that you can take it." "Don't worry MG." Pinkie said, "Your secrets are safe with us." Mechagodzilla gave her a confused look as she said the name she gave him. "MG?" He questioned. "Yeah, you know? As a nickname." Pinkie explained. Mechagodzilla shrugged off the confusion and focused on the task at hand. "Gather around ponies." He said, "Let's begin my tale from the beginning." "Wait!" Twilight shouted as he went out of the room in blazing speed and cam back with huge stacks of paper and pencils to write everything down. "Alright, now I'm ready." Mechagodzilla could roll his eyes if could, but ignored it and begin to show and tell his story. He began by stating that he was once a living being known as a dinosaur, creature that rule his planet for more then millions of years, until an great asteroid crashed down and wiped them and his race off the face of the planet and became nothing but bone and skeletons. Beyond centuries later, in year 1954, more than 65 years ago, he awoke to the sound of an explosion an his entire body had chance. He was bigger, faster, and became even stronger than before. He ended up on an island where he had his first encounter with humans and how they were terrified by him, they worship him as if he was a king or god so their fear and respect of him showed that they begged for mercy and to leave them alone. They even gave him a name, Godzilla or in Japanese Gojira. Mechagodzilla explained that humans were they dominant species from his home after he and rest dinosaurs went extinct. He soon found out that they were the one who disturbed his slumber and thous, he attacked their city of Tokyo and left nothing in his wake. His rage continued as the humans tried to fight back, but nothing work due to his mutation to the nuclear energy. As he was done, he began a take a long rest in the ocean, until a human scientist with an weapon known as the oxygen destroyer killed him along with the human that sat right next to him and became nothing but an skeleton. Decades later, he was reborn, but in a different body. He explained that the humans managed to get his skeleton remains inside his new metal shell. He could not control his body unfortunately and had to be controlled by an human pilot manually. He remembered the first his first battle with the new Godzilla that appeared from nuclear radiation years later after he died. He told the ponies that he almost won the battle, until his opposite let out a roaring cry and triggered his memories when he was alive. At that point, he soon realized that the reason he was like this was because of the humans that killed him years ago. They did not bring him to life in the good way, but to use him as a weapon as he once was and thought he was nothing but mindless machine with no feelings or emotions, just an ghost in a metal shell. He managed to break their control and became one Godzilla's allies and was even welcomed to stay at monster. At first, they thought he was just a weapon to kill Godzilla and themselves and did not trust him at first because of him being a machine. Over the time of his life, he fought along side with Godzilla and other monsters to protect the earth from all kinds of enemies. He fought a cyborg monster with sword hands, a monster made from pollution, and even their arc rival, a three headed space dragon that shot lighting like beams from his mouths. He told the ponies the battle he and his leader Godzilla had with the three headed dragon known as King Ghidorah, the battle was intense and the king of terror was a worthy challenger, but lost the fight and took off. After the battle, another robot named Jet Jaguar taught him how to improve his body and gave him a few upgrades along the way. He taught him how to change his power source to nuclear energy so that way he can move freely as he wished. One by one, he told the ponies about his allies and what they were capable of. It took many years, but every monster treated Mechagodzilla like family and found the right place to call home and family he always wanted. Before he could end his tale, he told them how to got here by the humans attempt to get rid of Godzilla and his allies, but he took the shot and now here they were. The six ponies in room had mixed feeling to Mechagodzilla's story. They were happy that he finally found great friends and family, but at the same time sad and displeased. During his story, he said that most of his battle were with the humans because they were the ones who made him like this from the beginning to end, first a monster of pure destruction and then his remains inside an metal body and took his humanity along with the thought of them thinking he was just a weapon and not a living. They were also impressed with his feats by taking on several monster at once, his advanced weaponry, and the many time he protected the earth alone or with his allies so many time was his greatest feat of all. As for the other monster, exceptionally Godzilla, the ponies liked how much they meant to him, despite being enemies at first. Twilight wrote down literally everything in his tale and Mechagodzilla was surprised to see how much information she wrote down as he told his story. As a part of their deal, Twilight explained Mechagodzilla about Equestria and it's history. She also explained how she met her friends, became the elements of harmony, the enemies they defeated, and how they changed Equestria because for their friendship. She told Mechagodzilla about how magic works and how it's the only power source they have. Mechagodzilla thought that their magic was almost like his technology. He was also impressed on how magic got Twilight and her friends through the toughest time, just like Mechagodzilla and his allies. "And that is how we chanced the world of Equestria and all of it's glory 'and' the magic of friendship carries on as we speak." Twilight finished. Mechagodzilla stood there with an blank/shocked face. "Amazing." Mechagodzilla said, "I'm indeed impressed by your feat and how you managed to complete every obstacle in your way. You six are surely something else." "Not as impressive as your." Rainbow dash said, "You kick monster butt for a living! True we may have done the same thing, but you? You made it sound easy! You are awesome! I really like Rodan, he sounds like a challenger for a race." "Really like Mothra as you said in your story." Fluttershy said, "She sounded so wise and careful, just like me. Well, beside the fighting of course." "Anguirus sounded like a strong feller." Applejack said, "He may not have won a battle on his own, but still sounds like he can hold up his own." Just then, two figures came through the door, a unicorn with a pink coat, a curly purple mane and tail with blue streaks, and a glimmer like mark and it's flank. The other creature was the tiny dragon Mechagodzilla saw in the classroom moments ago. "Hey Twilight," the unicorn said, "the students are getting nervous and wanted to know how long you'll be gone-" She stopped at mid sentence as she and Spike saw Mechagodzilla in the same room. Twilight smiled as she walked over to her friends "Starlight, Spike, there's somepony here we want you to meet." Back at the Canterlot castle, Celectia and Luna were on their thrones as they waited for Twilight to respond to her letter. In a matter of minutes, a piece of paper appeared in front of Celestia. "What does the letter saw sister?" Luna asked. Celestia looked back at the paper and started to read. Dear Princess Celestia, I'm here to inform you that we found the source of the energy disturbance you felt this morning. But this disturbance wasn't something, but rather somepony. His name is Mechegodzilla or Kiryu and said he was from another world called Earth and ended up in Equestria. He is very nice and polite, he told us about his past and the world he came from along with telling us about his friends and family. With every detail the ponies listened word for word and took in everything from the story. They all thought this was like something from out of a comic book, but everything he said was all to real. "At the end of the battle, we managed to hold our own and defeated King Ghidorah and his army, never to be seen for years to come. We defended our home once again, finally we could live our lives in peace." The ponies couldn't help but be amazed at his story. "Best. Story. Ever!" Rainbow said. "Yeah it was!" Spike yelled, "I like the part with all the fighting. It sounds like something from one my power ponies comics! That must have been an intense battle for you guys." "It was Spike." Mechagodzilla said, "We felt as if our would have been destroyed without Godzilla's leadership and wisdom. There is a reason why he is called the king of the monsters." "King of the monsters?" Canterlot, Main Street The city of Canterlot, it was a beautiful city with all kinds of libraries and ponies mostly crowded every area in the city. But today, the streets were clear as in the middle of it was the princesses, Celestial and Luna along with royal guards behind them. The monarchs just stood in the street in silence. They were mostly waiting for Twilight, her friends, and the new ‘guest’ to arrive. “I don’t understand sister.” Luna said, “Why are we waiting in the middle of the street waiting for Twilight and the elements. You do know about our ‘visitor’ right?” “I do Luna.” Celestial said, “Conceder this as an experiment. If what Twilight said is true about him, I want to be sure about it. When he arrives, I accept him to do two things. One, if he means no threat to us, he will not attack and the ponies should make him feel welcome. Two, if he attacks, the royal guards and rest of Equestria will concern him as an enemy and all of Equestria will attack him where ever he goes. I just the first option won’t come to it.” “I hope so too sister.” Luna said, “But we do not know what he is capable of. What if Equestria’s magic can’t stop him?” Celestia took a moment of silence. “Then may we go down fighting.” Celestia said as her final words. As they watched through the clouds, all of Canterlot could see a purple hot air balloon float slowly to the ground in front of the Princesses. The six ponies all climbed out and gave their bows to Celestial and Luna. “Princess Celestia, Princess Luna.” Twilight spoke, “Ot is great to see you again.” “As the same to you Twilight.” Celestia said, “Tell me, is our ‘guest’ here with you?” “Yes he is. He followed us out here with the balloon.” Twilight took a look around her surroundings and saw that ponies are still in the open, staring at the elements and the Princesses. “Um, Princess why are we doing this in the middle of the street?” “Because Twilight, I want to make sure everything you said is true.” Celestia answered, “I want to decide weather or not Mechgodzilla is friend or foe. If he is friend, the poines will see him that way and will welcome him to Equestria. Should he be foe, all the poines including every other creatures will try their best to take him down. By any means necessary.” “I promise Princess, he is nothing like a monster at all. You’ll really like him and you maybe his best chance to ever returning home.” Twilight said. “I hope Twilight.” Celestial said, “Now, can he show himself please?” “Of cource your highness.” Twilight said, “Ok, you can come out now.” From behind the balloon was Mechagodzilla uncloaked himself as he slowly walks towards the Princesses. All the ponies gasped, even the royal guards, at what has appeared in front of Celestia. They all have frightened faces as Mechagodzilla looked around the city facing them. Finally, he came face to face with the sun princess, then silence filled them air. Nothing but wind could be heard as the metal beast stood right over both Celestia and Luna. After what felt like an eternity, the metel monster made his first move, he bowed the Princess to show his honor to the rulers. The rest of the ponies now gave confused/surprised faces at what they saw. They thought he was going to attack Celestia and Luna, but no. “Princess Celestia, Princess Luna.” Mechagodilla said, “I’m Mechagodzilla. I come in peace and mean no harm to you or your subjects. I show that wish to be allies, not enemies. I have high respect of your authority and is a high honor to meet you at last.” “The pleasure is our Mechagodzilla.” Celestia said, “I’m thankfully that we are friends and not enemies. You may rise.” Mechagodzilla stood at full height once again. He could hear all the ponies whispers about him. “What in Equestria is that?” “Is it a new species of some kind?” “How is it made of metal for skin?” “It looks like a dragon, but I’ve never seen any dragon made out of metal before.” “I believe it time we have more matters to discuss.” Celestia said, “Pleace, come inside so we can have our chat.” “Lead the way Princess.” Mechagodzilla said as he and the other made their way to the castle. While inside, Mechagodzilla could believe the beauty of the castle. There was glass portraits everywhere that each told a story of their own. As he looked closer, he saw the six girls he met earlier were on the windows, defeating their enemies. He was impressed by their feats even thou they looked small and weak, but together they have conjured evil and prove to be stronger than you think. “Now that we are alone,” Celestia said, “you can now tell how we can be apart of this situation we are dealing with.” “Of cource Princess.” Mechagodzilla said. He told the two Princesses everything, his past, his friends, and how he got to Equestria. The two could not be anymore dumbfounded by his story. They thought it was not real at first, until remembering who was telling it. They listened to every single part of the story and thought that earth was a lovely place, beside the wars and what the humans have done to it. For the last part, he told about the weapon they constructed and brought him to Equestria. “This is unbelievable.” Luna said, “We have seen many thins in our life time, but never a story like this.” “Indeed.” Celestia said, “For one thousands years I’ve never heard about this ‘earth’ or that it even existed. It sounds almost simalar to the world Sunset Shimmer lives. We are sorry for what you and your friends have delt with.” “It is ok Princess.” Mechagodzilla said, “We have been through worse. Way worse. For the task at hand, or I mean hoof, there must be away to back to Earth and reunite with them.” “Agreed.” Luna said, “We know what is like to be away from those we love. I have no doubt that they miss you so much.” “We promise Mechagodzilla, me and Luna will find away to send you back.” Celestia said. “Thank you Princess.” Mechagodzilla said, “But one question, what shall I do in the mean time?” “Perhaps you should meet the leaders of Equestria.” Celestia said, “If you want to learn more about Equestria, you must learn more about the creatures that live here.” She then turns to the element. “Twilight, could you give our friend a tour around Equestria?” “It will be my honor Princess.” Twilight said, “The leaders will be happy to meet him. Tomorrow maybe a good time for him.” “Then it is settled then.” Luna said as she turns to Mechagodzilla, “We hope your stay here in Equestria. Just yesterday he met the two monarchs of the planet named Princess Celestia and her sister Luna, who wanted to help him return home to his friends on monster island. In the mean time, Twilight Sparkle took upon herself that she can take Mechagodzilla around Equestria to meet the other leaders from different species in Equestria. It was around early in the morning as Twilight began to straighten herself and eat breakfast before she left. Mechagodzilla was fully charged and was ready before Twilight was, thanks to the nuclear reactor as his power source. Twilight thought about the school, but luckily Starlight and the rest of her friends gladly took over for her while she was out. All the ponies were all gathered in the map room where they all said their goodbyes. "Alright, I believe it's time to go." Twilight said, "Before we go, how well are you with first time teleportation?" "I have been through worse Twilight." Mechagodzilla said, "Tell me, what is our first destination?" "The changeling kingdom where it is rolled by King Thorax of the changelings." Twilight said, "Thorax is a great leader and always cares about his subjects. He's very kind and gentle, so he should be easy to win over if you impress him." "I'm a machine from a different world, took down monsters twice my size, and my leader is literally mutated dinosaur of pure radiation. I'm pretty sure he'll be impressed." Mechagodzilla said. "OK." Twilight said awkwardly, she turns to her friends, "Take good care of the school okay?" "We will Twilight." Starlight said. "Let's get going. Next stop, the changeling kingdom." With being said, both Twilight and Mechagodzilla were gone in the blink of an eye. Changeling Kingdom The changeling kingdom was filled with rich flowers, thick bushes, and a huge rock formation in the distance. Of course it was never like before. It was like a desert with nothing but a taller version of the rock formation, just by seeing it would make you feel uneasy. But now, it has became peaceful and filled with love and happiness. Today however, the kingdom is going to have an unexpected visitor. With a single poof, Twilight and Mechgodzilla appeared from the entrance of the kingdom. Mechagodzilla took a look around his surrounding and thought it was, pleasant. It reminded him so much of his home, the flowers, the tress, and rock formation even reminded him of the mountains he used to practice on for combat training. This made him feel happy and sad at the same time. Sure it was a beautiful sight to behold, but since it made him remember his home, he kept wondering how the monsters are doing on the island without him. For years they felt like a family and always fought as one to protect their home from evil that dared to threaten it. He shook off the feeling and returned back to his normal state. "This is the kingdom?" Mechagodzilla asked, "I never thought of it being so, colorful." "That's Thorax for you." Twilight said, "Due to him being king, the other changelings followed his orders and turned the kingdom into their very own paradise. Come on, there's no time to lose." As they walked through the kingdom, Mechgodzilla was dumbfounded by it’s beauty. Many steps later, they finally reached to the middle of the kingdom where a large beetle-like figure was sitting on top of one of the rocks. The figure was tall enough to pass Mechagodzilla's chest, light lime green skin, an brilliant gamboge chest, and two orange curved mandibles of it's head. Mechagodzilla used his scanner on the figure on the rock. Scanning species Name: King Thorax Species: Changeling Powers: Shape-shift into any form they desire Personality: Kind, honest, and very open to others. Threat level: zero Thorax turns his attention to Twilight with big smile on his face. "Twilight!" Thorax shouted. He climbed down the rock and came to her level to big hug. He does this every time he see an old friend. Instead of an normal huge, he gave Twilight a huge so tight, he eyes ball looked like they were going to pop any moment along with her ribs cage cracking. Mechagodzilla only watched as he thought she was literally being crushed to death. “Good t-t-to see y-y-you to T-T-Thorax.” Twilight tried to say as she was still being hugged. Thorax finally let the poor pony go to let her breathe. “Sorry, it’s just that it’s a surprise to see you so soon.” Thorax said, “So, what did you come here for?” “Well Thorax, I brought somepon-someone here to see you.” Twilight said. “Really?” Thorax said, “Besides you and the other elements, no one else usually comes here.” “Well, he’s not exactly from around here.” Twilight said, “He new and we hoped that you and the other Changelings won’t be afraid of him. He wanted to learn more about Equestria and the species that live here, including you. If that’s alright with you.” “Nonsense Twilight.” Thorax said, “A friend of the elements are a friend of mine. Besides, I’m always open to meet new friends. Where is your friend now?” “Right behind me.” Twilight said as she points to Mechagodzilla behind her. Thorax’s jaw fell to the ground as he was amazed at what was right behind Twilight. He witness a creature made from pure metal, resembled the structure of an adult dragon, and was at least twice his size. The other changelings on the hand, or hoof, had the same reaction as their king had on his face and everything was dead silent for a whole minute. “Thorax,” Twilight said trying to break the ice, “this is Mechagodzilla. Mechagodzilla, this is Thorax.” “So I have heard.” Mechagodzilla said, “It is an honor to meet you King Thorax.” Thorax finally put on a straight face as he came face-to-face with the metal monster. Due to his height, Thorax had to look up in order to talk to him. “Just Thorax is fine.” Thorax said with a smile, “Sorry for the silent treatment, we’ve never seen like you before. If this isn’t a personal question, what are you exactly?” “I’m known as a machine.” Mechagodzilla answered, “A cybernetic being that need energy to survive. And no, I’m not living nor dead. I was created by a species known as humans for the planet called earth, which is my home. They made me to protect the earth at all costs for monster level threats.” “Wow.” Thorax said as he was stunned, “I don’t recall anything about this ‘earth’ you speak of or ‘humans’ in particular. Good thing Ocellus isn’t here or she would freak out about learning something off world.” “As do I Thorax.” Mechagodzilla said, “Speaking of which, would you mind showing me around your kingdom?” “Of course.” Thorax said with glee, “Follow me.” As Twilight, Mechagodzilla, and Thorax made their way through the kingdom, Mechagodzilla was completely dumbfounded by the kingdom’s glory. There was bushes with flower, the space as completely wide open, and the changelings were doing all sorts of activities. “There have been a lot of changes to hive ever since I became leader.” Thorax said as they came to a stop, “Before it was like this, it was a harsh land in the middle of nowhere, nothing but the hive or changelings could be found. Everypony or creature was to afraid because of how changelings fed off love as a food source. But now, all that is in the past and I came up with great activities to keep my subjects in check. There’s theater, *some changelings were acting on top of a rock* swing dancing, *changelings were dancing side to side* a once a week potluck lunch, *a table was set up and the plates had different food items* and even craft time. *two changelings drew a picture of Twilight, Thorax, and even Mechagodzilla* “I must say I’m impressed.” Mechagodzilla said, “It takes a great leader to do what’s right for his subjects. Your a great leader Thorax.” “Thank you.” Thorax said, “It took some time, but now all the changelings have changed and are under my rule. We even made peace with other creatures here in Equestria, never to be afraid again.” “Changed? Afraid?” Mechagodzilla questioned, “What was like before this?” Thorax, and even the other changelings, has a sad looks on their faces as he asked that question. Their expressions were a combination of sadness and regret. They remembered the past live and well, and wasn’t a good one. “*sigh* We changelings didn’t have such a good past with Equestria.” Thorax said, “Perhaps I should tell you everything about the changelings and our co-ruler, Queen Chrysalis.” And so he did. He told Mechagodzilla about show changelings used their shape-shifting powers to disguise themselves as ponies or object so they can feed off their love in order to survive. He even told the story of the Canterlot attack and how Thorax saw the battle in own eyes. The part of the story that Mechagodzilla hates the most was Queen Chrysalis. She was a tyrant that only cared about taking power to take over Equestria and feeding the hive through any means necessary including manipulating a stallion by mind controlling him and disguised herself as his future wife on the wedding day so she could rule the Crystal Empire. Luckily she as defeated and the Crystal Empire was saved thanks to Twilight and her friends. Thorax finally got to the part of the story, when he met Spike and became friends with other ponies, when he, Starlight, a pony named Trixie, and a creature known as Discord went to the hive to stop the Queen before she could trap ever single pony in Equestria and take over the land. Thanks to Starlight’s words about instead taking away love, you can share it with others, Thorax shared his love and changed form along with the other changelings. She was defeated once again and Starlight even wanted to give her a chance at a better life, but declined and took off to hide from Equestria. “And there you have it.” Thorax said as he finished the story, “that’s everything about the changelings and how we finally became one with Equestria.” Mechagodzilla was pissed. Not because of Thorax’s story, but how evil Queen Chrysalis was all because of her greed for power. She reminded him so much of King Ghidorah and all things he has done to his friends and home just for the fun it. He enjoyed the suffering of other and kill them if their no use to him. He tries and tries to kill Godzilla and take over earth, but they were always there to him and his followers of evil. He now understood why Thorax and the changelings were guilty of their actions, not because of what they were, it was because they lead to by a selfish tyrant with a cold heart. “Through most of my life, I never heard of such a tyrant that can rival that of even King Ghidorah.” Mechagodzilla said with rage, “A true leader would give their subjects a warm hand, not cold steel. Even after the story, I do not blame your kind of becoming monsters, you were lead by a monster. And trust me, I know a monster when I see one. If I ever meet Chrysalis, I’ll blast her back to the pits of hell myself for what she has done you and your kin. And I doubt you’ll ever come face-to-face with Chrysalis, without the hive, she’s powerless.” “And she does, we’ll be ready.” Twilight said. “I would not be to sure about that.” Mechagodzilla said, “If there’s one thing I learned about fighting an opponent, it’s to never underestimate them. Learned that when me and Baragon fought Megalon during our first fight.” “Megalon?” A blue female changeling said. “Megalon is an alien form outer space and one King Ghidorah’s allies. He is a bug like monster with cockroach like wings, a horn on his head that can conduct electricity, spit bombs for diving attacks, and has giant drills for both hands and weapons to do devastating damage and burrow underground for a surprise attack.” “This ‘Megalon’ sounds like a worthy opponent.” Thorax said. “Every creature has it’s flaws and Megalon has a huge weakness. He is, as one may call him, not the sharpest tool in the shed. He needs others to guide him and can get easily distracted by any object he sees.” Thorax gave a blank expression as what he just said. “Seriously?” He asked. “Like I said before, he his an opponent you can’t underestimate.” Mechagodzilla said, “Perhaps I’ll tell you about the first time I fought Megalon along with my ally Baragon.” Thorax, Twilight, and even the other changelings gathered around as he was about to tell a story like no other. A Japanese island The story began on a small island that was 50 miles west of monster island, where two creatures were there as if they were searching for something. One of them being Mechagodzilla and a four legged like dinosaur with dark red skin, an armor like plates on it's back, razor sharp claws and teeth, elephant like ears, and a single orange horn on it's head, the monster's name was Baragon. Both Baragon and Mechagodzilla were ordered by Godzilla to investigate the island for any strange activities in case of if any of Ghidorah's allies are coming with any ideas to take down Godzilla and the earth defenders. Baragon, unfortunately, did not like the idea because he did not trust Mechagodzilla. Even after when Mechagodzilla told the monsters his back story with the humans, some of them did not believe him and thought he just another weapon from the humans to take them down. Some of the monsters did trust him, mostly Mothra, Rodan, and Angurirus since they were Godzilla's best and oldest friends, they put a lot of trust to their king and that he made the right decisions for his friends. But King Caesar, Varan, and other monster had their doubts with Mechagodzilla, which made his life hard to live with. As the two monster kept walking, Baragon mumbled to himself, talking about Mechagodzilla behind his back. "Why did I have to be get stuck with the piece of metal junk?" He mumbled to himself. "Just because you do not trust me, doesn't mean we have to be enemies." Mechagodzilla said. He heard everything thanks to his ultra hearing that gave elephants a run. "Great, so the metal freak has super hearing. What's next? You becoming the next king of the monsters?" "It has been months since we've known each other Baragon. You know that I'm loyal to Godzilla, for he was the one who set me free." "And you were one who tried to kill him. I should use my magma blast on you and say it was friendly fire. No, scratch that, your no friend, your a god damn weapon." "If I was a weapon, I would pull the trigger and you would be dead." Baragon stopped in his tracks and stood on his hind legs into full height to give an anger expression. Not as tall, he could barley reach to Mechagodzlla's chest, coming in at 30 meters shorter, but size didn't matter to him. "You really think I want to be a part of this to?!" Baragon said with anger in his eyes, "I'm only doing this because Godzilla me to. Mothra, Rodan, hell I could even take Gorosaurus. But no, it just had to be you. I don't know what Godzilla see in you. You were made by humans and humans always care about themselves." "Me and Godzilla have more in common than you think." Mechagodzilla said, "If only you can get that through your thick prehistoric skull and walnut sized brain." Baragon did NOT like that insult and got into a battle stance. "You calling me dumb trash can?" Baragon said. "I though dinosaurs were smarter than they looked when I was alive." Mechagodzilla said, "But it looks like your height matches the size of your brain." TRIGGERED "That's it!" Baragon yelled, "I'm going send you back to the G-force junkyard!" "Bring it short-stack!" Mechagodzilla yelled. Before the two could attack each other, the ground started to rumble, throwing them off balanced. Just a few feet away from them, something came to the surface. It was a bug like monster or a hybrid between a rhino beetle and a cockroach with drill like hands, and stood on two legs with the height of 55 meters tall, he stood over Baragon, but came close to Mechagodzilla. The monster named, Megalon, shook off some dirt and stared at the two monster in front of him with a confused look. Mechagodzilla used his scanner on the opponent in front of them. Scanning opponent Name: Megalon Species: Alien beetle like kajiu Height: 55 meters(180 feet) Weight: 40,000 metric tons Worshiped as a god of Seatopia Powers: Flight, physical strength, spit bombs, and burrowing Weaknesses: Low intellect "Megalon." Baragon said with venom. "Who?" Mechagodzilla said. "You weren't around when Godzilla fought this guy." Baragon said, "He's an alien bug god of an underground kingdom called Seatopia. Hits hard, thinks dumb. Gave Godzilla and Jet Jaguar a hard time, I wasn't there, but Godzilla told me the story. Don't underestimate him." "Brains vs. brawn?" Mechagodzilla said, "Easy victory." Mechagodzilla then unleashed four of his back missiles and aimed at Megalon. The bug bug monster saw this and used the lighting from his horn to destroy all four of the missiles. Mechagodzilla gave a supersized look on his face to see his attack fail. "Ummm, that's new." Baragon gave himself a face palm. "He may be dumb, but he's a quick thinker." Baragon said, "Let's get this battle over with. Keep him busy while I burrow for a surprise attack." Mechagodziila gave as nod as he walked towards Megalon. The two monsters squared each other up and circled around one another. "Who the hell are you?" Megalon said. "Mechagodzilla." "Strange, years ago I heard about a Mechagodzilla. Our cousins made him to kill Godzilla after I failed. What are you doing with the other monsters?" "I'm not the Mechagodzilla you know. I was created here to protect the earth." "Is that so? Well then, leaves more fun for me. Once I'm through with you and your friend, I'll kindly send you back to the king, with empty holes in your chests." Mechagodzilla ran towards Megalon at full speed to give him a tail swipe, but some how, Megalon dodged the attack and kicked the machine away from with a lot of force. Thankful, the humans designed him to learn different typed of martial arts and psychical capabilities to match Godzilla to terms of speed and strength. Mechagodzilla got up again to give Megalon a left hook along with a few kicks and uppercuts. Megalon took serious damage, but felt something else beside the pain, he felt something underground. He came with an idea. As Baragon leaped out of the ground to attack Megalon, the bug monster ducked as Baragon jumped over him and crashed into Mechagodzilla. Both of them groaned in pain as Baragon hit him with enough force to knock him down. "What?" Baragon said. Megalon only chuckles at the two fallen protectors. "Did you really think I would fall for that." Megalon said, "After my defeat, I wanted to expand my mind and intelligence to make me a better fighter. I spent years trying and trying to make myself smarter and now here we are." Baragon and Mechagodzilla stood on their two feet and examined their situation. "OK, so he got smarter." Baragon said, "He has both brains and brawn, how can we defeat both of them?" Mechagodzilla took a minute to think of something to beat Megalon. Finally he thought of something. "By being unexpected." He said. Baragon gave him a confused look. "What?" He questioned. "He may have both brain and brawn, but that doesn't mean he can expect everything." Mechagodzilla said, "If we can combine our abilities, he won't know how to count them. Think about it, how can you win a fight if you don't know your opponent's moves." Baragon was in complete thought about Mechagodzilla plan. If they did combine abilities, Megalon will be overwhelmed and can't do anything about. The two monster gave each other a nod and gave their battle positions. Mechagodzilla launched his missiles again, only for Megalon to destroy them again. Just then, through the smoke came Baragon and gave Megalon a kick to the face. Mechagodzilla used his jet boosters to increase his speed in order to grab Megalon's horn and threw him against a mountain. "What just happened?" Megalon said. The monster duo stood next to each other to show they mean business. "Teamwork happened." Baragon said, "You may have the brains and brawn to fight one of us, but not both of us." "We both underestimated you, something you don't do during a fight." Mechagodzilla said, "By underestimating your opponents, you don't keep your guard up and have no idea what their capable of." "And now, we're going that to beat you." Baragon said. Megalon was filled with anger and used his spit bomb attack. Both Mechagodzilla and Baragon used their abilities together to destroy the bombs. Megalon's face was now filled with fear. "This is impossible!" Megalon said. Mechagodzilla launched himself to Megalon to give him a punch in the face, only for Megalon to dodge and his fist go through the mountain. Before he could react, Baragon bit down on his next and gave Mechagodzilla the chance the throw a few punches before lifting him and threw him several feet away. "Not in our vocabulary." Baragon said. The two looked at each other as they were surprised by their own abilities when their used together. They may not be the same, but they made quite the team. They looked back at Megalon who was close to defeat and decided to finish him off. Mechagodzilla opened his mouth and shot lighting to Megalon's chest and Baragon shot a magma ball to his eyes. The alien kajiu took both attcks and yelled in as he was blinded by Baragon's attack. He knew he didn't stand a chance and made one last call before leaving. "When we meet again, I'll bring your heads to Ghidorah." As so the monster bug took to sky until he was not to be seen again. Mechagodzilla and Baragon shared a victory roar as they won against Megalon. "Go to admit, for a piece of metal, your a tough fighter." Baragon said, "Look, I'm sorry for not trusting you. Ever since the war with the humans, I've had some trust issues and just wanted to protect them. Now I realized that I almost pushed away a member of my team. What to you say, apology accepted?" He gave out one of his front paws for a hand shake. Mechagodzilla returned the handshake for his apology. "Apology accepted." Mechagodzilla said, "Now let's go home. I'm sort of done with weirdness for one day." "Same here." Baragon said. "And so, me and Baragon put our differences aside and became close friends. I learned that just by looking at an opponent, doesn't mean you know your opponent and that you can't rely on your self to win the battle. You have friends to help you win, even if your not the same." Mechagodzilla said as he finished his story. The changelings, even Thorax thought the story was something unlike before. "That was the best story we have ever heard!" Thorax said, "Out the the coolest things I've heard, this has to be number one." The other changelings thought the story was something they wanted to hear over and over again. Mechagodzilla wanted to share more stories, but he thought it was time to go to the next spot of Equestria. "Thank you Thorax." Mechagodzilla said, "I have plenty of stories to tell, but I have more places to explore." The changelings groaned as they did not want him to leave. Some of the younger changelings wrapped around his legs to make him stay. "Please don't go." "We want to hear more stories." "Guys, give him some space." Thorax ordered. The young changelings did as they were told. "Sorry Thorax, he has some more places to go in Equestria if you don't mind." Twilight said. "I understand Twilight. Just as long as he comes back to tell more stories, I'm good." Thorax said. "Great." Twilight said, "Alright Mechagodzilla, our next stop is the dragon lands." Just like before, Twilight used her teleportation spell and they were gone. Author's Note My hands hurt so much! This took way longer than I expected.
