Chapters Meanwhile, in New York City, Leo and his brothers were fighting the Foot until Karai tried swiping him from behind. "Not this time, Miwa!" Leo roared, swinging his Katana around his head and spinning around to come face-to-face with Karai.
"Long time, no see, Leonardo?" Karai mocked. "Where's your sister? Run off like the coward she is?!"
"No one talk that way about my family!!" Leo barked. He turned sharply towards Donnie and Raph. "RAPH, DON!!! I need some backup here!!"
"Bit busy trying not to get decapitated, Leo!!" Donnie returned, slamming one end of his staff into the side of a Foot Ninja's head.
"Yeah! Give us a few minutes, Leo!" Raph added, as an audible crunch could be heard from his end of the rooftop. "You're gonna pay for that, you oversized tin can!!" A second later, the fizzle of broken circuit boards could be heard. Raph tore out the Ninja's insides, producing a circuit board which was stuck on the middle prong of his Sai. "Ha! That'll teach 'em!"
"Raph? You okay over there?!" Donnie's voice echoed. "You're not hurt, are you?" He asked.
"Possibly a broken wrist, D. I'll live." Raph replied, half-heartedly.
"Right. Try not to move your wrist that much until we get home. I'll let AJ know when the fights over." Donnie stated. "We are her younger brothers, so it's only right we tell her what happened."
"Fine!" Raph groaned in frustration. "Let's go help Leo, shall we?!"
Donnie looked over a Leo, nodding. "Yeah. I doubt he's gonna hold up for much longer if we don't help."
Back in Canterlot City, it was morning. The girls were getting ready for their trip to see Splinter and the turtles. They packed their gear and weapons along with their cellphones and t-phones. Just as they were about to go and get some breakfast, one of the girls t-phones began ringing, loudly. "Who's t-phone?" Rainbow asked.
"It's probably Leo, Raph, Mikey or Donnie-boy...." Applejack replied. She picked up her t-phone and saw Splinter's caller ID on the screen. "... Or possibly Dad. I wonder what he wants?" She asked.
Applejack answered the phone. "Jacqueline. You and your friends must come to the Lair immediately. I shall allow Donatello to explain when you arrive." Splinter stated before hanging up.
"What did Master Splinter want?" Rarity asked.
"He didn't say, but he'll have Don explain when we arrive at the Lair." Applejack replied, tying her mask around her eyes. "Ready to go?" She asked.
"Almost! Just gotta find Tank and we'll go." Rainbow replied. When the others sent her confused stares, she asked, "what? Raph's got Chompy, it's only fair I bring Tank."
Soon, the girls were ready to leave, with Rainbow Dash carrying Tank since he couldn't fit in her rucksack with all her weapons and gear stored inside.
"Woohoo!!!!" Pinkie exclaimed as they ran over the rooftops towards New York City. "I love being a kunoichi!!"
After a few hours of running, the girls finally reached the closest manhole cover leading to the Lair. "AJ, you're the strongest, it's only fair you open the manhole cover." Rainbow stated.
With a roll of her eyes, Applejack opened the manhole cover, slid it to one side, and jumped in. "C'mon y'all! We're nearly at the Lair!" She called up.
Rarity grimaced at the stench of the sewers. "I will officially never get over the smell of the sewers. How can the turtles and Master Splinter cope with the smell! It's horrendous!!" She yelped as Fluttershy and Sunset jumped in, shortly followed by Pinkie, who landed in Sunset's arms. She turned to Rainbow. "You or I, darling?" She asked.
"I'll close it, Rarity. You go first." Rainbow insisted, reaching down for the cover. Rarity took in a deep breath before jumping in, landing in Applejack's waiting arms.
Rainbow lifted the manhole cover above her head and jumped in. "Bombs away!!!" She exclaimed. "Let's go!!" Rainbow yelled, using her super speed and running towards the Lair.
Sunset shook her head, a playful smirk plastered on her face. "Oh, Rainbow."
The others soon caught up and entered the Lair as Applejack shouted, "Dad! Leo, Raph, Mike, Don!! We're back!"
Mikey ran out of the kitchen towards the girls with a blender filled to the brim with pizza in his hand. "Hey dudettes! Hey sis!" He greeted. "P-shake? Anyone?"
Everyone except Applejack gave a repulsed grimace, while Applejack winked at Mikey. "Go on then, Mikey. Let's make it together." She said.
Mikey smiled brightly as he hugged his sister tightly. "Thank you!!!" He exclaimed. "I'll get some cups out and the blender turned on."
"What's this about Mikey's infamous p-shakes?" A rough voice asked from behind the girls. "Not another shake, Mike. They're gross. I don't know how Jackie can stand 'em."
Applejack shook her head, laughing. "Oh, be nice, Raphael ." She warned, playfully.
Raph scoffed as he walked around the girls towards Applejack. "Wait 'til Leo hears this. Mikey's pizza milkshakes are enough to even deter Master Splinter."
"Wait until I hear about what?" Leo asked as he walked out of the Dojo. "Mikey's making pizza milkshakes, again?"
"Yep, and Jackie's helping him make 'em." Raph said, growling playfully under his breath towards Applejack.
"He's our little brother, guys. You should know by now he gets left out when you guys don't offer to help or play with him." Applejack warned. "Besides, doesn't Don have something he wants to tell me?.
"Of course." Donnie replied, walking out of his lab. "But I think you all might want to come into my lab and see."
Applejack spun around and faced Don, "what's wrong, Donnie? Shredder's not back, is he?" She asked.
"It's about the fight Raph, Leo, Mikey and I were trying to stop." Don explained. He turned to Raph, who had one hand behind his shell. "Raph, show them the cast." He instructed.
Applejack stared at Raph. "Cast? What cast?!"
Raph ducked his head and raised his hand. around his wrist was a plaster cast with a red bandage wrapped securely around it. "Please don't get mad at me, Jackie. Those Foot Ninja's broke my wrist while I was trying to fight them off while Don and I tried getting to Leo." He admitted.
"Raphael!" Applejack exclaimed. "Let's talk, alone." She motioned towards her old bedroom. "But I'll just say hi to father beforehand."
Master Splinter exited the Dojo. "No need, my daughter. Boys! I have just had a call from April. It seems Mr. Jones has gone missing. She thinks that either Shredder or the Krang have him." He said.
"I'll track Casey's t-phone!" Donnie replied, running off to his lab.
Applejack turned to her friends. "When Donnie finds out where Casey is, we'll all go and bring him back." She then turned to Raph, pressed down on his pressure point and dragged him to her room. "But not until I talk some sense into my little brother."
Rainbow giggled as she watched the two walk out of sight. "Raph's in big trouble now!"
Meanwhile, in Shredder's Lair, Casey was chained to Shredder's throne. "Grrr." He growled, tugging at the restraints.
"I wouldn't do that is I were you, Mr Jones." Shredder warned as he stepped forward. He turned around and barked, "Tigerclaw! Take Mr Jones to the dungeon. He'll need to learn some manners if he wants to talk about April O'Neil, the location of Hamato Yoshi, his sons and his daughter."
Casey gasped. "Applejack?!" He muttered under his breath. If only he had his t-phone or cellphone on him. But he didn't, because the Shredder took them from him and destroyed them when he was first captured.
"As you wish, Master Shredder." Came Tigerclaw's reply as he tugged on the chains around Casey's wrists, dragging his sorry hide away to the dungeons downstairs.
Back at the Lair, Donnie was getting nowhere with tracking Casey. "I give up! There's no way I can track him if I don't know where he would've been taken, or if his t-phone or cellphone were destroyed!" He yelled, banging his head on his desk, near his keyboard.
Applejack walked in with Raph by her side. "Any luck?" She asked, while pointing to another chair and told Raph to sit down.
"Nothing! Not a single trace!" Donnie exclaimed, still pounding his head on the table top.
Applejack sighed. "Don't worry, Donnie-boy. We'll find him, then your rivalry over April can resume once again." She said.
"But who knows what either the Shredder or Kraang are gonna do with him!" Donnie replied, finally lifting his head and making eye contact with Applejack. "I really hope that whatever either of them want from Casey, that he doesn't speak about what he knows!"
"Ah hear ya, Don." Applejack replied. She turned to Raph and motioned for him to leave. "Oh, and Raph?"
"Yeah?" Raph asked, turning around to look towards his older sister.
"Ah'll tell Dad what y'all said and Ah'll make sure he grounds ya." Applejack replied with a frown.
"Fine." Raph replied before leaving the lab and heading to the couch.
Donnie hugged Applejack from behind, taking the older girl by surprise. "I'm so glad you're back, Jacqueline. I was starting to miss your wit around here."
"And Ah missed your petty comebacks, Donatello." Applejack replied. "But guess what I messed the most while living in Canterlot City?"
"Let me see... Mikey's pizza milkshakes? Leo's moaning over Space Heroes? Raph's firey temper, just like yours? Dad's quick mind and sharp reflexes? Or my gentle giant touch?" Donnie asked, grinning widely.
"All wrong, little brother. The thing I missed most... Was my real family. You, Leo, Mikey, Raph, Dad and April. Our spirit and quick reflexes in battle and our sharp minds which I know all of us can use to find Casey 'Puck-head' Jones!" Applejack replied.
"I hear you, big sis." Donnie smiled.
Applejack looked out the bedroom window of Sunset's apartment. Just three months ago, she found and reunited with her brothers. The others didn't understand what was going on at the time, but AJ didn't care. She was finally able to see her baby brothers, all grown up into the handsome Mutant Turtles they were today. She saw her father, happy as ever. Her father even let her teach her friend's the art of Ninjitsu.
"AJ? " A voice asked from behind. The familiar voice belonging to Sunset Shimmer. "You okay?" She asked.
"Yeah. Ah'm fine, Sunset. Just thinking of what the guys are doin' now. Probably fighting the Foot, Shredder or even in space helping Fugitoid with stopping the triceratons from using the bkackhole generator from destroying earth." Applejack replied, still staring out the window.
"Something on your mind?" Sunset asked. The soft creak of Sunset's worn mattress reached AJ's ears, signalling that Sunset was walking over. "AJ?"
"Ah'm not a real Apple." Applejack whispered, barely audible. "No one knows who I really am, or what my real name is, except me, Dad and my brothers."
"I'm sorry, what was that?" Sunset asked, sitting down beside AJ.
"Ah'm not a real Apple." Applejack repeated. "No one knows who I really am, or what my real name is, except me, Dad and my brothers."
"Look, AJ. I know you're not a real Apple, heck, me and the girls knew from the moment you told us that Leo, Mikey, Raph, Donnie and Splinter were your family, we knew you weren't a real Apple." Said another voice. The familiar voice of the resident party planner, Pinkie Pie. "I ju put two and two together and voila! You're one of the Hamato Clan."
"Yeah, what Pinkie said." Sunset commented.
