Clementines’ face contorted into a display of absolute disgust. Her gasp was near imperceptible under the volatile frothing of her imminent rage. “FUCK OFF, ASSHOLE ”
She slammed the door.

There was the led clatter of metal as several locks were slid into place, then the angry clomp, clomp, clomp , and the screeching as something was dragged across the wooden floors inside. Finally the door swung open with a creek. The building was tall and foreboding. She checked the address on her notes, double-checked it, and even asked a passing stallion on the way, and everything seemed to point to this same location.
Even still, she was having a hard time grasping the concept. That this. No, this . This building, the one with black walls, red curtains, and the undeniable smell of something wafting from the doorframe—the one that she could described as the utter, unfiltered, visual-audio assault of her senses could possibly be a ‘Mare ‘Till Health Institute’.
It just wasn’t possible. No clinic look like this, and no clinic would ever have its name emblazoned in burning yellow-and-gold neon lettering across its façade like a common whorse house . They both waited for the last stallion to be out of earshot before Twilight finally spoke up.

She eventually tore her eyes from the sign. There was no reason to every look at it ever again. There was no reason to. It was burned into her retinas. She will see that dick for the rest of her life, every time she closed her eyes, or even blinked. It might even haunt her in her nightmares.

A shiver ran up her spine as she retched at the memory of the image.

Fluttershy jolted back to attention. She blinked and her ears splayed back. She pushed against Twilight, shoving a hoof in her face as she cried. “Wait!” She squealed, then quickly recoiled back using her mane as cover to regain her usual unsure self. She blushed deeply beneath the pink locks as she quietly whispered. “I... I—I-K-Kind of want to go inside,” she said.
“Y-You do?” Starlight stared incredulously. Twilight dared one more look at the building, and they both stepped aside to let a mare past. Twilight bit her lip as several stacked layers of latex fabric passed between their eyes, and then a tall, nervous-looking stallion trotted after draped in a thick black shower curtain. Fluttershy’s eyes followed after him as he passed.
“It’s not that type of facility, Fluttershy,” Twilight said.
They both trotted aside where nopony else was likely to interrupt them, and Twilight leaned in closer next to Fluttershy so they both could whisper without being overhead. “Seriously, I don’t think I’m needed here. There’s nothing for me to ‘approve’ here. Brothels are permitted under the freedom of sex act, and I’m sure they’ve already gotten their license.”

She dragged out the word, taking a moment to recollect herself. She set a hoof on Fluttershy’s shoulder, steadying the mare’s shivers as she began to usher her away from this horrible place; this horrible place and that horrible—Twilight blinked. EUGHTtHTTEFNOIG

Fluttershy suddenly dropped out from under her hoof. She tumbled to the ground, tripping Twilight as she clasped her hooves. “Oh, please-please-please-please, please, pleeeeasse take me, Twilight!” Fluttershy’s voice reverberated across the square as she cried out, screaming with pleading agony as he looked up at Twilight, tears streaming down her face. Her cheeks were red and her ears were splayed back as her massive blurry eyes tore into her soul.

Stallions and mares had just stopped to stare, and she could already make out the circle of ponies forming at the edges of her vision.
All this while, Fluttershy still continued to sob and cry at her hocks, as scene only made worse by the rising scent of a mare’s arousal wafting from her dear friend. “Twiiiiilight,” she whined between sobs.
Some of the stallions turned to their significant others and whispered into their ears, flashing a mischievous grin towards herself and Fluttershy. She couldn’t even close her eyes to hide away from the embarrassment, lest she face IT again.
“I-I—” She started backwards, dragging the slobbering mare along with her. She glanced left, then right, then left again, the panic only rising by every second she refused—“Ok—Okay, fine, fine!” Her defences crumbled like a castle of shortbread in the wake of an oncoming hurricane. She held out her hooves to placate the poor thing at her hooves. “I’ll do it, Fluttershy, you can stop now, please, please stop crying!”
Fluttershy’s sobs continued for a second, and then slowly diminished as her ears perked back up. Her back stiffened and, with hesitation, Fluttershy look back up to lock eyes with Twilight’s. She sniffled. “R-Really?”
A thin smile spread across her features. The tears still welled below her shimmering eyes, but the slow ebbed to a gentle trickle as Twilight gently nodded. “Y-Yes. We’ll do it—”
Fluttershy’s face lit up at the words and she leapt off the ground to pull Twilight into a massive hug.
“But!” Twilight held her off with a hoof. “We’re doing this for medical reasons. We go in, we go out. We’re not staying for any reason, and as soon as your estrus is resolved, we’re going back to Ponyville. Capiché?”
Fluttershy nodded. “Capt-Cumpth—Y-Yes, Twilight.”
Twilight kept her face stern for a moment. She looked Fluttershy up and down, then, eventually, she relaxed, letting out her own sigh of resignation. “Okay...” She turned around, waving for Fluttershy to follow her inside. “Fluttershy, you really need to stop hanging out with Rarity in those spa dates. The heat.
Oh the heat . Celestia, it was so unbearable. If anypony had told her it could get worse she would never have believed them.
Somehow the insides of Assley Maredison had this distinctive smell of a stallion’s musk. It wasn’t overtly noticeable, but enough to send her sense—and other anatomy—into a whole new wave of fervour. The motions stopped for a second, then quickly resumed.

“What are you doing!?” Twilight’s pupils shrunk, her wings flared, and she practically threw herself across the table as she screamed. “Don’t eat that! ” The table shook, knocking both of their meals and almost spilling chillies all over the tablecloth as she yanked the pot out of Fluttershy’s reach. Twilight was virtually fuming. “Are you CRAZY !? You just had your heat! You can’t eat chillies now!”
“Wh-Wh-Why?” Fluttershy squeaked.
“If you do, you risk starting it all over again, and then we’d have to go visit Ass—ass”—Twilight’s eyelid twitched as she struggled to pronounce the dreaded word—“Assley Maredison again!”
Something inside her clicked, and Fluttershy froze, her cheeks heating up. Did she just? “W-We’d have to go again?” It took all of her self-control to keep from breaking out into the widest of wide grins. It took even more to keep her wings from fluffing up against the back of the seat—luckily this wasn’t a pegasus hotel otherwise they’d have gone right through the chair. Her eyes widened. “Really?”
“Yes!” Twilight seemed adamant. The muffled thump, thump, thump of hooves against hardened oak wood echoed through the narrow passageways, along with the hushed mumblings of a stallion in distress. The floorboards screaked, one snapped and the trundling gave way to the not-so-muffled creak and slam of the door.

Her resolve settled. Fluttershy’s eyes flicked open and they drifted across the room one more time, taking in her surroundings proper. The shapes of various furnishings came into view, the darkened shadows of a chair, and dresser. The mirror reflected the moon’s light and the bright green eyes of a determined mare looked back at her—staring from her position sat up in the middle of the bed, pink bangs tied into a cute little bun as she gave Fluttershy the affirmative, a nod.
The common area was just as dark when she entered. Fluttershy crept slowly down the small passage, stepping as lightly as she possible could—even with the soft, squishy carpeting compressing and muffling her hoof-steps, she felt like every motion was a veritable earthquake of a terrific thunder.
Her head peaked around the corner into the living room. The kitchen was on the left, with the couches and coffee table on the right. The one couch facing with its back away gave a mumbled with a gentle snort, and a mare’s voice grumbled from the mound nestled in the middle of it.

The dishes had long since been cleared away and put into the sink whilst Twilight’s book was nowhere to be seen—likely taken with for more ‘light reading’ before bed. A cursory glanced over the island confirmed Fluttershy’s suspicions. The massive tomb was set on mantle, carefully positioned just near the edge facing Twilight’s sleeping arrangements, adjacent to the old reading lamp huddled in the corner.
She’d likely been reading that before going to bed, which played nicely into Mr. ‘Long Division’. ‘Shy giggled, this time a little louder from her position in the kitchen. She bent down to retrieve the missing items, and as she did, a glint of something in the moonlight caught her eyes. She leaned back up on top of the table with the missing fork and the cardboard box, and then set them both down in front of her place setting at the table.
Everything was there—sans plates—except for one glaring omission. “Where are they!?” Fluttershy whispered, her eyes squinting as she glanced frantically over the table one more time. She turned over each box, looking inside for the missing bowls of condiments. She remembered specifically a bowl of chillies, mayonnaise, some green mustard, among other things when they were eating, none of which seemed to be here now.
She huffed, and glanced up to look across to the living room, where the princess was still soundly sleeping. They’d obviously been moved, but where?
Well, what would Twilight do?
Foods go in the fridge.
Fluttershy, very quietly, facehoofed. She did an about-face and trotted into the kitchen, flung open the fridge door, and flinched at the wash of yellow light as the little lamp flicked on inside. She hurriedly turned to inspecting the rows of items in the fridge door, ignoring the ‘complementary’ beverages that had been stocked in there before, and instead going straight for the last bowl on the right.
She slumped to her flanks as she held the little bowl between her forelegs. The little red and green peppers lay motionless, innocently, chilling in the bottom of the bowl. They seemed to normal, so unassuming. Their skin was shiny with a hint of sweat from sitting in the fridge so long, and her breath came up in little puffs of mist from the cool air leaking out past the opened fridge door.
She had them. This was it.
Her wing reached in and dabbed at the bowl. It was chilled, but no strange sensations came, naturally, to her unfeeling primaries. They simply dabbed against the surface of the chilly and came back up unaltered.
‘Shy took a deep breath. Slowly, she shifted the weight of the bowl to her wings and reached in with her right hoof, pulling out one of the vegetables by the stem. Again, her pulled Fluttershy into a deep, longing kiss. They could both feel the heat rising between them, and the pressure of Zephyr’s arousal pressed between their bodies as they drew ever together.
Fluttershy pulled away, her breath gone. Her mane draped over her eyes and she made a point of pushing it back, so she could look into her brother’s eyes, and see all of him. “I want you to come back to Ponyville with me.”
“What will our parents think?”
“They don’t have to know.”

Wings swooped over the building above as Princess Twilight Sparkle, accompanied by the Royal Guard, ran their next sweet of the area. Fluttershy held onto her brother for just a little longer. They shared another kiss, just a short peck, as she memorised the sensations of his body against hers. She could felt their hearts beating in unison. They were one, in blood and soul.
She pushed him away, separating them with no little bit of hesitation. Fluttershy put a few steps between herself and her brother. Zephyr simply stared, like a deer in the headlights at Fluttershy’s flagging marehood. She was hot and needy, but not in a bad way as she turned an eye back to him.
She blew him a kiss. “I’ll see you then,” she whispered, and then added before she left. “And remember: This is our little... Hidden desire. ”
