Cake Twins and Toilet Humor
Pinkie Pie put on her exercise outfit, which included a yellow tank top and a skintight pair of teal shorts.
She walked over to Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake's crib, ready to entertain them again the same way she tried last time. Though, her original routine didn't seem to work, leaving her exhausted and completely soaked in sweat, and she had only entertained them by accidentally sitting on some jacks and being thrown around the room. She hoped she'd be able to do it faster this time, though she didn't really mind what had happened to her last time.
Before she could begin her routine, she felt an all-too-familiar feeling that she found quite enjoyable, because she thought farts were funny. She wasn't sure whether the Cake twins shared her dirty sense of humor. They never laughed at her blowing raspberries.
"Here goes nothing," said Pinkie, and she raised her rear end in the air.
PPPPPPPFFFFFFFT!
A moderately loud, high-pitched fart made its way out of her.
The twins started to laugh. Pinkie grinned. This would make entertaining them much, much easier, and more fun! In her entire life, only Rainbow Dash ever laughed at her farts.
Pinkie was extremely gassy today from her lunch of beans, and drinking lots of soda with fart powder in it. Standing in a regular position, she let out another long, high-pitched fart, which was a little longer than the last one. The twins continued to laugh.
"You really like this, don't you?" Pinkie giggled and let out a few short but loud farts, and the twins laughed harder.
Pinkie farted for several minutes. Some of her farts were loud, some a little quieter, some really short, and some really long. Most of them were high-pitched, a few of them were wet, and none of them were silent.
After a particularly long, deep-pitched fart, which the twins found hilarious, Pinkie was running out of gas. She strained to fart, but only let out a small, squeaky poot which didn't entertain them much.
"Sorry, that's all I got," said Pinkie. "But if you want, I can-" She stopped, feeling another sensation she didn't like as much. "I gotta go potty! Be right back!"
She was about to dash toward the bathroom, when she heard the twins laugh. Did they find it funny that she needed to go to the bathroom? She decided to find out. She did the pee dance, and the twins laughed some more.
"All right, you got a little entertainment out of this, now just wait a minute, cause I have to go pee!"
Pinkie started to run toward the bathroom, but Pound Cake and Pumpkin Cake began wailing loudly. Pinkie groaned and ran back over to them. As soon as she was pee dancing again, they stopped crying and started laughing.
"You're really enjoying my need to pee, aren't you?" said Pinkie as she pee danced.
The twins giggled.
"I can only do this for so long, or I might wet my shorts!"
The twins laughed a little harder.
Pinkie groaned and continued dancing frantically in place. A part of her was enjoying this, but she really needed to go and she wanted to avoid having an accident.
Soon, her desperation reached beyond the time she had waited for Applejack to finish in the outhouse at Dodge Junction. She groaned. "I know you're loving this show, but I REALLY gotta go!" She ran toward the bathroom, but the twins cried again. She tried to resist it, but she couldn't let these adorable foals down, so she reluctantly ran back and sat down, crossing her legs with a similar pained expression on her face as on the train to Dodge. The twins loved this position and laughed again.
"I really don't think I can hold it much longer!" said Pinkie, crossing her legs tighter and squirming harder by the minute.
The twins found this hilarious and laughed harder. Pinkie almost found the situation funny as well, but she was really close to peeing all over herself, and she didn't want to do that, despite her love for farting and bathroom humor.
Soon her bladder began to reach a level of desperation she had never known. She knew she was about to burst, and closed her eyes tight and stopped fidgeting, putting all her effort into holding back the flood that was about to soak her exercise outfit.
It was now or never. Pinkie stood up and ran for the bathroom, feeling the pee sloshing around inside her. The twins started bawling again. Pinkie stopped in her tracks. "I know you like the show, but I have to pee really badly!" The twins giggled again. Pinkie ran halfway to the bathroom, but couldn't stand to hear the twins crying again, so she groaned and ran back to them, pee dancing more than ever.
The twins giggled some more, and only a few seconds later, Pinkie's overflowing bladder gave out. She stopped dancing and stood still as a loud hissing sound was heard, and a wet spot appeared on the crotch of her shorts. It wasn't long before they could no longer contain her stream, which passed through and splattered to the ground, while at the same time, her shorts were flooded to the point of more pee flowing down both her back legs.
The twins saw Pinkie wetting herself and laughed harder than they had all day.
Pinkie was blushing lightly at her accident, but she giggled a bit. She loved to see the Cake twins smile, and she felt somewhat satisfied at being able to entertain them. Plus, the relief felt nice, she almost enjoyed the warm wetness a little.
She peed for a little over two minutes before she finally stopped, and sighed of relief. "Ahhh, that's better."
The Cake twins flew out of their crib, Pumpkin Cake levitating herself, and they gave Pinkie a hug. Pinkie giggled. "That WAS kind of funny." After about a minute, she said "I need to be changed."
Pumpkin Cake levitated a diaper. Pinkie laid on her back, and both foals removed her wet, stinky shorts and put the diaper on her. Pinkie giggled at the irony that the babies were changing her instead of the other way around.

Pinkie got back on her hooves and raised her behind in the air, letting out more long, boisterous, wet farts. The twins were laughing really hard at the sight of Pinkie farting in wet shorts. She laid on her back, raised her back legs in the air, and let out an unusually deep-pitched fart that sounded a little wet near the end.
She stood up and let out some more explosive farts, which got wetter and stinkier over the next few minutes.
"I gotta go potty again," said Pinkie after a particularly wet fart.
The twins gave her a look she couldn't resist. She sighed, and positioned herself with her head on the floor and her butt in the air.
BBBBBBLLLLLAAAAARRRRRRT! PLORP! BBRRRRT!
Pinkie noisily released a lot of manure, in the form of hyperscat, into her wet, stinky shorts. The twins saw the brown bulge form on her butt and laughed. Pinkie giggled again, in spite of herself and the smell. This was a lot messier than wetting herself, but it was also kind of funny, and it wasn't so bad.
She let them have their fun for another minute, and then, after one more sloppy wet fart, she said "I need to be changed."
Pumpkin Cake levitated a diaper. Pinkie laid on her back, and both foals removed her soiled shorts and put the diaper on her. Pinkie giggled at the irony that the babies were changing her instead of the other way around.
