Back before the three tribes of ponies came together, Earth ponies had to deal with being called the 'lower style' pony compared to the pegasi and unicorns. Soon, war between the Pegasi and Earth ponies raged. Unicorns did nothing but observe the carnage below.

This is the story of a little Earth pony colt named Silver, who was taken away from his family and forced into special camps that the pegasi made, and how he lived to tell the tale.
