The Start Of The Adventure
The next day, Rainbow dash got ready to rescue A.K. yearling. Her friends gave her some items to survive this rescue.
Pinkie pie gave her a cupcake, Twilight let rainbow keep the info book a little longer just in case rainbow forgot some advise, rarity gave her a hoof made blanket, applejack gave her an apple, and fluttershy gave her a nice key.
Rainbow didn't think she needed any of this stuff, except for the book, but she didn't want to disappoint her friends, so she just went on to where most of the daring do stories take place to start the adventure
A while had passed, and Rainbow had started to get bored, aside from some dangerous creatures getting in her way.
She was just about to give up and head home before she came upon a camp, in fact, it was Dr. cabalaron's camp, she remembered what it looked like when she was here last. Though, they seemed to be gone for now, so she inspected the camp for any clues to A.K. yearling's disappearance.
"nothing so far," she whispered to herself, she didn't want to get caught if cabalaron happened to be around.
"I'm not seeing anythi..." she was cut off when something caught her eye, "what is that?" she asked herself, looking at it, "it looks like a note, i think i should read it." Then she went and walked towards the note and read it to herself.
"Dear Rainbow Dash," once she read that part, she was surprised, did A.K. know she was going to rescue her?
"I'm in trouble, cabalaron has kidnapped me. I need you to find the amulet. Now hurry! sincerely, Daring Do."
Rainbow suddenly remembered what amulet Daring was talking about, and she figured out why Fluttershy gave her that key, Daring must have given flutters that key somehow. Then, she immediately sprang up from the ground, and flew to the place where the last daring do book had ended, and the real adventure had begun.

Dash was now inside, and she was a bit surprised at what she was looking at, it was covered in crimson red paint. Dash nearly recoiled until she realized it was just paint, so she continued on into the temple.
When she got close to where she needed to be, dash heard screaming from behind, so she turned to look behind her, nothing, although the scream sounded familiar.
"Fluttershy?" dash said, still looking behind her, "is that you?" Then she heard the voice again.
"Rainbow, help!" Dash was puzzled and scared at the same time, why was Fluttershy here in the first place? she hesitated, thinking that it was a trick, but the voice sounded too legit for it to not be her, and she didn't want her filly friend hurt. so dash galloped the way she came to save her.
When dash arrived at the place where she heard the screaming, she was shocked at the sight, all her friends were tied together and were hanging from the ceiling. dash was shocked and confused.
How did they find and capture the girls? dash thought to herself before coming closer to them.
"How did you get in here?" dash asked.
"Look out!" Twilight warned her right before she fell into a pit full of spikes.
"Well well well, the blue pegasus has come to save her friends," a voice from behind said. Dash instantly turned around to see dr. cabalaron standing right behind her.
She wanted to say something to him, but the words just wouldn't escape her mouth. she was too worried for her friends sake.
"You have a choice to make miss," Cabalaron told dash, "You can either continue through the temple to find the statue and let your friends die, or you can save your friends and never come back to this temple."
She was surprised with both choices. Either she would continue down the temple and finish what daring had started, but never see her friends again. Or she would save her friends, and if daring was still out there, she would finish the job. Dash didn't know what to do, then she remembered that time when ponyville qualified for the equestria games all because dash was loyal to her friends. but this was worse than that moment. she hesitated, then got an idea, so she started to fly towards her friends to tell them her plan.
"Dashie," pinkie pie pleaded.
"We have to save equestria if any of its biggest enemies come back," Twilight said to her, "We need you. please rainbow, don't do this."
"I know," dash said, stopping right in front of them, "i know what to do now."

This took about six months to write with school, YouTube and other stuff getting in the way, but that doesn’t matter, all that matters right now is that this chapter is finished and you all can read it. I hope you enjoy this chapter!!!!!!!
Finding The Relic
once they all got going, they could hear Dr. Cabalaron's gang getting closer to the group of ponies.
"I'll use my magic to slow them down," Twilight called out the others.
"Good idea twi!" applejack replied.
Twilight instantly turned around and ignited her horn, then a swarm of magic butterflies went flying towards the gaining ponies, luckily fluttershy didn't notice them. Once they got to cabalaron, the brown stallion and his gang were struggling to get the butterflies out of their way. Twilight nodded to herself and went to catch up with the rest of the ponies.
"Nice going twilight!" dash said to twilight once she caught up with the others.
"Thanks dash." Twilight replied.
Once the group of ponies got to where they needed to be, daring called out, "We need to get that statue and get out of here before they come back!"
"You got it!" Dash replied, "but, where is the statue?"
"Right over there," daring answered dash's question and pointed towards where the statue was placed
"Oh, it's so beautiful!" rarity said when she saw the statue
"Ugh, rarity, we don't have time for you to admire the decor, " dash said, angrily, "cabalaron is going to find us if we don't hurry!"
"You're right rainbow, we need to stay focused if we're all going to make it out of here alive" twilight agreed.
"Oh, right," rarity shook her head to clear the trance she was in, "thanks darling." Then the group of ponies went down the hallway to the statue that they were looking for.
When they got to the statue, pinkie pie looked behind her to see a group of ponies heading straight towards the group of friends. “I think we have company!” She called out to her group.
“Well great, just great,” dash replied, “now what?!”
“We take the statue, and get out of here,” daring do replied, eager for the ponies to stop wondering what to do. Dash agreed and snatched the statue off its pedestal.
“Get us out of here twi!” Dash ushered twilight to teleport the group of ponies out of the temple.
“Alright, sheesh,” twilight replied and ignited her horn once more, and teleported the ponies out of the temple.

“Yeee haw, that was amazing!” Applejack said in celebration.
“Yeah, that was so much fun,” pinkie replied, bouncing up and down.
“Wait, where is rainbow, and daring do?” Fluttershy asked, looking around for the other two Pegasi.
“Oh no,” twilight whispered under her breath, “we need to find them, now”
“She’s right y’all, let’s get a move on, we don’t want to lose two friends right?” Applejack asked the group.
Pinkie gasped, “not dashie, i’m not going to lose her!” Then she was off like a rocket back to the temple.
“We should follow her darlings,” rarity said, then the ponies ran back inside the temple to find their friends.
meanwhile in the temple...
the two pegasi opened their eyes to see that they were still in the temple.
"Wait," dash said, "we are still in the temple, how?"
"I don't know," daring replied to dash's question "but there is no time to waste, we need to get out of here before cabalaron gets here."
Dash nodded her head and started to follow daring through the temple.
Once caballeron and his crew got to the place where the statue used to be, he called out to is gang and told them to split up, they needed to get to the statue now or it would be too late.
When twilight and the rest of her friends got back into the temple, they were surprised to see that the temple looked very different than what it looked like when they first arrived, only this time, it was covered in small rocks and the floor was shaking, it hit twilight the moment she realized that the floor was shaking.
“Girls, we need to find them quick, I think the place is going to collapse!” She shouted.
The rest of them agreed and they all started looking for the two Pegasi ponies.
the two remaining pegasi were trying to run as rainbow noticed something odd about the ground, it was shaking. She asked daring do what was going on.
“If the floor is shaking, that isn’t good news.” She replied, but that didn’t answer dash’s question.
“What are you talking about?!” The cyan Pegasus asked back.
“What I mean is that the temple is going to collapse in about five minutes, if we don’t get out now, we may get killed!” Daring do answered.
Dash’s eyes widened, the thought of her friends still being in the temple was horrific to even think about, she considered the theory from the other Pegasus as they started galloping once the temple started to shake more vigorously than before.
Twilight and the others were looking everywhere for their two pegasi friends when something had caught twilight's eye.
"Wait a minute" she shouted to the others
They immediately stopped in their tracks. "Twi! What is it!" applejack called out over th noise of the temple still falling apart.
"I see something!" twilight responded. She had noticed two other ponies coming towards the group of friends.
"Twilight!" she heard one of the figueres shout. It was the ponies that they were looking for. The group of friends all sighed in relief when they all saw their two pegasi friends rushing towards them.
"Rainbow dash, daring do, we're so happy that you're alright." rarity said.
Just then, they all heard the sound of screaming behind them. They all turned around to see that a rock had fallen on one of fluttershy's wings. Dash's eyes widened once again and she instantly rushed over to help her filly friend. The others took notice to this and decided to help their rainbow maned friend. It took a lot of effort but eventually they all got the boulder off of fluttershy.
"Twilight!" rainbow called, "can you try that teleportation spell again?"
"Alright rainbow, i'll try!" twilight replied and ignited her horn once again and this time all the ponies had come with her.
Cabalaron was trying to find the two pegasi from earlier. When he had the idea to split up, he heard a very faint scream. He told his group to follow him and follow the scream. When they were close, they happened to hear the voice of rainbow dash saying, "twilight, can you try that teleportation spell again?"
Cabalaorn ordered his group to hurry if they wanted to catch the group of ponies. When they turned the corner, the happened to catch only a purple burst of magic them nothing but deri.
He growled and told his group to find a window to jump out of so they could survive the temple collapsing.
Twilight and the others appeared on a hill near the temple, but far enough away so they could be safe from when the temple collapsed.
rainbow let go of her friends to find that she and daring do had came with the others this time. she looked over to where the temple was and caught a glimpse of a group of ponies running from a window in the temple. the temple finally collapsed when the last pony from the group had escaped through the window. all the ponies looked towards the temple and they all watched as it crumbled into nothing.
"looks like we got out of there just in time," AJ said, watching as the last bits of the temple fell apart, leaving only a pile of rocks and rubble in its place.
"you said it" pinkie replied, "should we all have a party when we get home?"
"i think going to pass, i've had enough of adventuring for today, i need a nap." rainbow answered the pink pony's question.
"i agree with rainbow," twilight said "i think we all need some rest from the adventure. how about having the party tomorrow."
"eh, fine with me." pinkie said.
"plus, fluttershy's wing needs to heal from having that boulder crushing it" rarity pointed out.
"and i have a book to finish," daring said waving to the others before taking the statue and flying away.
"well, that was one hay of an adventure," fluttershy finished.
the others stared at her for a few seconds, then they all burst into laughter.

i did happen to copy and paste some text from the previous chapter and deleted that same text because i felt it didn't really go with the scenery of the last chapter so i moved it over to here, so that is why the last chapter was so short, but it's done and over with now.

After everything, the girls all attended the party the day after the adventure, fluttershy's wing healed completely, and Rainbow has been waiting for weeks for that story to come out
when the day did arrive...
A knock came from dash's door.
"Who could that be?" she asked herself.
She went up to her front door and opened it, outside was a cream colored stallion holding a package. "Package from A.K. Yearling." he said.
oh my gosh, i've been waiting for this day ever since the adventure a few weeks ago! she thought.
She snatched it out of the stallion's hooves and he didn't react. He was used to it by now, so he just flew off.
Dash opened up the package to find the new book inside. Dash was so excited that she didn't even notice the note taped on the back. When she finally noticed it, she was a bit surprised.

dear rainbow dash,
When we had that adventure together, you asked me how i escaped from captivity, well here is the real story.
Cabalaron had captured me to find out where the statue was located inside the temple, usually, i would say nothing, so i did. He eventually gave up and told his companions to watch over the entrance in case anypony was trying to rescue me since this trap he had on me was almost impossible to escape than any of Ahuizotl's traps. But as usual, i found a way to escape it, though it was a little more difficult, but i eventually figured out how to get out of there. I knew you were going to be there since i heard the hench ponies telling each other they heard something while i was still captive, so i went looking everywhere for you and i eventually found you with your friends.
Can you tell me your story in a letter on how you found out about how i was there?
A.K. Yearling
Dash read the last paragraph of the letter again and after the fifth time, she started to think long and hard about what to do and how she should write it. Eventually, she got an idea, she should write a full story. She's never written a full story before, but with the help from twilight, she could manage.
Twilight was telling spike everything that had happened a few days ago when she got a knock on the door.
"I'll get it!" spike said as he ran to the door to find rainbow standing outside.
"Hey spike, can i talk with twilight for a little bit?"
"Sure"
Spike stepped away to let rainbow talk with twilight about what happened.
"What do you need rainbow?" twilight asked.
"Well, twilight. Do you remember everything that happened about a week ago?"
"Yeah, i was telling spike about it when you arrived."
"good " dash whispered to herself. "Well, i got this letter from A.K. Yearling along with the new book, and the final paragraph said that she wanted me to tell her how i knew she was in trouble and everything before we meet up. I had an idea that i could write her back with the full story like an actual author would write stories, so i thought i would get info about this from you."
Twilight was shocked. She never expected dash to ever say that. Then she smiled.
"Oh dash, i thought you would never ask!"
Dash rolled her eyes. She expected twilight to react like this.
"Let's get started right away. I'll let spike know." then she bolted up into the halls of the castle of friendship.
After dash was given the long lecture about writing stories, she thanked twilight for the help and flew away to start writing. She started with a simple sentence...
Rainbow dash was having a glorious day in ponyville, she was reading the latest ponyville chronicle, when she came across something shocking...

FINALLY, IT'S DONE!!!!!! it took over a half year to make due to school, youtube and other stuff even though it is not that long which is ridiculous. but it is finally done and i do not have to deal with it anymore, i'm not really into writing and that's why there is a crapload of short chapters, but DON'T GIVE ME CRAP ABOUT IT!!!!! hope you enjoyed!!! also, i got the idea to add the first sentence of the fic from the outsiders by S.E. hinton , that was just for people who were wondering.

Rainbow dash was having a glorious day in ponyville, she was reading the latest ponyville chronicle, when she came upon something shocking
“Am I reading this right” she asked herself while she read the article out loud, “A.K. Yearling gone missing while writing next daring do book”
She gasped in shock and horror
“How could some pony do such a thing, I need to rescue her” she said, bothering the other pony sitting next to her on the bench.
she tucked the news paper under her wing and ran in the direction of her cloud home.
a few hours later, dash was sitting in the living room of her home, coming up with a plan to rescue A.K. from whatever kidnapped her, after many failed attempts to come up with a good enough plan.
“Maybe if I go out there with the girls, I... no that won’t work, especially when pinkie pie is around, she would just get us caught instantly,” she said as she spoke her thoughts out loud. “maybe some advise from them could help. yeah, perfect! I’ll ask my friends for advise and go in alone, and I’ll call for help if I need them.”
then she left her house and asked her friends some advise about rescuing other ponies. Of course twilight had the most info, she had books of advise that she requested rainbow to read. Then once she was sure she had enough information, she flew back to her cloud house to gather her thoughts and create a real plan.

Dash went down the path to the temple from the last daring do book from Dr. Cabalaron's camp, and if she remembered correctly, the temple would have been about three or less miles from the camp. She did conquer some dangerous creatures along the way, but fought them off easily. When she arrived at the temple, she grimaced in fear, cabalaron's crew was there, guarding the entryway.
"Well great," dash thought to herself right after hiding behind some bushes, "how am i going to get the amulet into the temple now? I need to come up with a way to get in there without getting noticed."
She thought hard for a while until she felt very hungry.
"Ugh, now is not the time, i don't have anything to e..." she whispered to herself, then realized she did have food in her saddlebags, the cupcake from pinkie, and the apple from applejack. So she quickly got the cupcake out and ate the baked good. After she was done with the cupcake, she thought she would save the apple for later. Then a thought instantly popped into dash's head about not getting caught by the gang.
"Of course, why didn't i think of this before!" dash whispered to herself again, then grabbed a nearby stick with her wing and stepped on it so it would break.
"What was that?" one of the hench ponies cried out after the faint crack.
"Who's there!" another one of the ponies called out.
"Be on the lookout for any pony," a third one called out to the others.
Then, dash saw her chance now that they were distracted. She quickly flew over to the entryway and went inside the temple without being seen.

After dash told her plan to her friends, she landed and turned to cabalaron to tell him her choice.
"I'll continue down the temple, and never see my friends again," she told him.
"Well then," cabalaron said, surprised, "you, cut the rope!"
He ordered one of his hench ponies to cut the rope that hung the five friends. He immediately went to go get a knife to cut it, and dash looked at her friends with determination. Then right after the rope was cut completely, dash sprang from her hooves to save them, she was strong enough to hold them all and put them down, dash's friends were now safe.
"Sweet mother of celestia, that was amazing!" Rarity said after dash cut the ropes that bound her friends together.
She was relieved to see her friends safe.
"Come on guys," Dash said, "we need to get this statue before..."
She was cut off with a tap on the shoulder. She turned around to see daring do standing behind her. Dash felt excitement and confusion when she saw her.
"Daring do?" She asked with confusion and a bit of excitement in her voice.
"We need to get out of here now, and get the statue fast," she ushered dash and and the others to run deeper into the temple before dash could ask her how she escaped her capture, but she thought she would ask her later. for now, they needed to get the important relic out before cabalaron could catch up to the large group of ponies.
