Guard's Duty
Every six months, guards can expect a review of their performance, and new guards are no exception.
As with any job, performance reviews are a key part of evaluating whether or not a guard is meeting the standards expected of him—or recently, her—as a Royal Guard in service of the Crown. Shining Armor, former captain of the guard, has always had a hooves on attitude towards this sort of evaluation, and at six months, it's time for him to evaluate a number of the new guards he hired to help beef up security around the castle.
