Aero of Light

Twilight stared at the spot where her friend was just a minute ago. All that was left was red cubes. The last words of Aero swam in her head, endlessly. "I love you" kept repeating over and over in her mind.

"Get yourself together. He died the way he wanted to" A stallion like voice said.

"Huh?" Twilight huh'd as she looked to where the voice was. All that stood there was a brown earth stallion. The stallion stared off into a hallway were the giant censor came from.

"Who....Are you?" Twilight asked the stallion.

"I'm Trojan." Trojan stated. "Alright look, We need to bust out, and only I know how. So we can do it my way, or you're way." Trojan bluntly stated as he looked on the ground. Data lied on the floor as he looked down on it. He crouched down and picked up a cube with his mouth, and put it in a fannypack he had.

"Why would you help me?" Twilight looked at Trojan, her fur wet with tears.

Trojan thought for a second, then opened his mouth "Aero is our only hope at defeating Virosis and I need the help of you and your friends inorder to bring Aero back." Trojan looked down, and then at Twilight "So are you with me?"

"Yes" Twilight stated. She knew this stallion, Trojan, was not lying.

"Good." Trojan said, he looked behind him, and said "Alright, first we need to-"

Suddenly a bolt of rainbow appeared and tackled Trojan "what the?!?" Trojan said as he met faces with a cyan pegusus

"Watch out Twilight! This guy is dangerous!" Rainbow dash said yelling behind her

Twilight was confused. "How?"

Applejack went over to Twilight and put her hoof on her shoulder "Sugercube, we took a gander at some archives and saw somethin'  disturbing.."

Curious, Twilight asked "what did he do so bad?"

"Well you see darling" Rarity said in low voice knowing Twilight would get shocked "He is Virosis' partner" she paused "He sent us here, and also helped re-program Celetia and delete Luna."

"YOU DID WHAT?!?" Twilight yelled at Trojan. Just mere seconds ago she trusted Trojan, but now? She felt like she couldn't trust anyone. She started to sob again knowing he was just lying about trying to help.

"Umm hey girls?" Fluttershy asked with a shy voice as usual "Where is Aero? Theres a pile of data on the floor, but no sign of Aero."

Twilight now broke out into a full cry. "What's wrong twilight?" Pinkie asked "Don't worry, we'll get out of here soon!"

"That's not it!" Twilight was able to say. "Aero is-is-is!"

"Gone" Trojan said bluntly "he was deleted by a giant censor. The pile of data on the floor was him. I'm sorry."

"RRRRRARGH" Rainbow Dash now compleatly lost it "TAKE THAT BACK NOW!" Rainbow Dash hit Trojan with her front left hoof.

"I'm not lying" Trojan said "You can ask Twilight over there. She saw the full thing."

They all turned there attention to Twilight, as she spoke "He's right. I saw the whole thing. He threw himself at the censor and made it self destruct, but it grabbed him before he could escape and blew up with him" she paused for a bit gathering her berrings "He had a slow death. We got to say our goodbyes and then he just... Faded away from me."

There was a big silence. It was broken when Rainbow Dash hit Trojan in the same spot "YOU SENT IN THAT CENSOR! YOU KILLED HIM!" Trojan spat out some blood.

Right as Rainbow Dash was about to finish him, he spoke up "WAIT!" She halted "I can bring him back! There is a spring in the everfree forest that if a peice of data is brought there, it can re-code and make it whatever it was before, I have some of Aero's data that we can use to revive him!"

"An how do we all know you ain't fibbin huh?" Applejack said angrily.

"Ok look ill make you a deal." Trojan said "If I'm lying, then I will allow you to erase me. I will not resist."

The six ponies huddled up and thought about the whole ordeal and agreed on one thing. Twilight was the one to speak up "We accept your deal Trojan. If you are right you live, but if you trick us, then you die"

Trojan chuckled "hehe, fair trade." Trojan got up and looked around at the corridor where the big censor came through. "Exits this way."
