Chapter 3

Meliodas pov

I sat in the town hall as my new dragon slave is fitted for a magic slave collar, and my paperwork is being made right now by the mayor much to her annoyance that I currently own a female dragon. Apparently, in this world, males of any race are ten times weaker than a mare. I let her keep the name her mother gave her Spirit Gem. The door to the mayor's office opened, and Spirit walked out a black collar with blue gems on it around her neck. The black dragon mark on full view as she walked over to me then sat on the floor beside me. The mayor walked over to me, then threw the papers into my lap.

"Here, sign it then get out."

I looked down at her then stood up then patted the seat as I stood. "Don't sit on the floor, sit in the chair." She looked up at me, and I smiled as I looked down at her. Once she sat, I looked at her, and he looked at me. "Look, I know this happened, but I can at least treat you with some respect." She looked at me a little smile as she looked at me.

"Thanks, you master."

I frowned as she stood up, and she was about four inches taller than me. She sat down in the chair as I signed the paper, then walked over to the door and placed them on the ground in front of the door. "Let's go Spirit; I'll go hunt us down some meat for dinner after I drop you off at Twilights.

"Yes, master."

I looked at her, annoyed, and she flinched. "Call me Meilodas, Spirit I didn't mean to enslave you, and I only wanted to get you and your gang out of town." I stopped, and Spirit stopped then looked down at me. "I promise I will always treat you as my equal."

"B-but the law."

I smiled as I looked at her. "Fuck the law."

Spirit looked at me for a moment then smiled as she put a hand on my shoulder then she kissed my cheek.

"Thank you, Meliodas, and I'm glad you were the first one ever to defeat me."

I smiled as I looked up at her then I rubbed her back just below her wings. "No problem, now what kind of meat would you like?" She smiled as she stood straight up, then started to rub her chin as we walked.

"Do you think you can get some hydra meat? it's a rare delicacy in the dragon lands, and I've always wanted to try it."

I nodded my head as I looked at her. "Ya, I can do that Spirit. But we're here." We walked up to the tree house, but I saw a carriage out front. Mares were making up most of the large group with only two stallions in the group. 'Guess they aren't slaves or maybe from a noble family.' I walked up to the door, but the two mares out front of the door crossed their spears. I laughed with a smile on my face. I threw my hand up quickly cutting the spears. When they looked from the cut spears, they saw a butter knife in my hand. "Your next if you don't move." They threw their hands up, and I smiled then walked into the house, Spirit close behind me.

"Dirty male."

I stopped then looked to my right and saw the mare flinched. I punched her in the gut suddenly, and I grabbed her throat when she had bent over, holding her stomach over the part that was caved in the lower part of the chest plate. I decided to be an asshole. "Learn to keep your mouth or maybe let a stallion teach you how to use it right." I kicked her back a good ten feet. The chest plate broke from the kick then I turned to walk in. But, as I turned around a blast of yellow and blue magic slammed into me. I was knocked back about thirty feet my feet making deep trenches as I slid back. I laughed as I looked down at my body. I had a few small scratches but no blood. I looked up to see what faces they were making. Every mare looked at me shocked as I rolled my shoulders then started to walk again as if nothing happened. "Interesting, someone worth my time is here." I walked into the house and looked at a shocked group of girls as two large women with both wings and horns had Spirit in their grasp. One had a bottle in hand and was about to pour whatever it was on Spirit.

"Meliodas!"

Spirit pulled herself free, then ran over to me. She hid behind me as they came out of the haze.

"How are you standing!?"

I ignored the blue one as I looked at the girls; all of them looked both scared and angry. As I smiled at, then, I sense something in the room. I looked at the blue one and felt the energy.

"Hey!"

I looked back at Rainbow as she swung her fist at me. I grabbed her arm then slammed her into the wall her nose smashed into the wall blood running down the wall.

"Let go of her!"

Applejack ran at me then pulled her right leg back. When she tried to kick me, I grabbed her leg then kicked out the side of her other knee out. I grabbed her neck then started to chock the life out of her. She grabbed my arm, trying to free herself as her eyes began to roll back into her skull as her face turned blue. I let her go, and she coughed hacking her lungs up. I threw Rainbow over me, and she slammed hard into the wall. Spirit laughed a little in her hand as I looked at the two downed mares. "You two failed again. You ready to give up or are you thirsty for more?" The other all back down all but the blue one. She snarled as she looked at me then decided to charge me.

"You'll pay for that!"

'Let's see if I can pull off so different moved. I dashed in front of her, surprising her then grabbed her waistband on the side of her dress. I grabbed her shoulder and the back of her head then I threw her over my shoulder.

I slammed her into the ground hard cracks forming in the wood under her with a loud snapping sound under her. She coughed up the air in her lungs then the white one launched herself at me wings wing.

"GET AWAY FROM LUNA!"

I turned then gibbed her shoulders, stopping her forcing her hoof on to the ground. I grabbed her by a gold belt then started to threw her while kicking her legs out from under using my leg to threw her with more speed. I slammed her onto her side, and I saw her shoulder dislocated.

Everyone who was around looked on in shock as the two of them started to get up. The rage was evident as they looked at me if only looks could kill. I nodded as I looked at the two of them my hands in the air show I meant no harm. "Come on now, and I don't want to have to do this, so please stop. I hate having to fight girls or mares in this case." After a minute, the two of them backed down, and I smiled as I looked at them. "Ok, good. Let's start over from here. I'm Meliodas the dragon sin of wrath former captain of the order of knights of the seven deadly sins." The two of them looked at me shock on their faces as they looked at me.

"You were a knight!?"

I laughed as I rubbed the back of my head. "Ya, but that was a very long time ago." The white one grabbed her arm, then forced it back in as she looked at me.

"How long are we talking about?"

'Damn that's a shape edge in her tone.' I crossed my arms as I looked at her. "About three thousand and one-hundred years ago." You could hear a pin drop as they looked at me. Spirit looked at me, her jaw on the floor as she looked at me. I smiled as I jumped into the air and Chastiefol turned in pillow form then flew under me. I landed with my legs crossed as I looked at them. I floated around the living room all of them than an arm reached out then grabbed Spirit then brought up to me. She sat down beside behind me then wrapped her arms around me as we floated in the air. I felt a considerable amount of heat coming from her body, and I like the feeling of warmth coming from her.

"M-meliodas how is this floating!?"

I laughed then floated us down closer to the ground, which seemed to help her calm down. I floated around them around Spirit, and I laughed as she as we floated.

"HEY!"

I stopped then turned and looked at the white one. "What do you want?" Her eye twitched as she looked at me. She clenched her fist as I smiled at her, much to her annoyance, which was clear. I smiled as I floated over to her. "Yes, little filly?" She on me and I laughed as I shot back out of her reach. I laughed more, But, Spirit was holding on to me for dear life as well as flew around. “Now, now calm down I have no interest in fighting, but I also have not interested in listing to you two.” They looked at me, but the six spoke up.”

“Then what about her!?”

I looked over at Twilight as she pointe to the dragon holding onto me.

“You made her into a female slave! The magic in this country turns anyone who’s knocked out in a battle is turned into a slave! You said it yourself you hate slavery, but you took her as a slave!”

I laughed as I rubbed the back of my head. “I’ll be honest, I read that but thought I’d killed her so this wasn’t my plan.”

“Wait you were trying to kill me!?”

Spirit yelled from behind me as I looked back at her. “Yep, but you are the only person I’ve gone after that lived, you're a hell of a lot tougher then you look. But, to be honest, I’m glad I didn’t kill you seem to be very sweet.” She blushed as she looked away, and Rarity yelled.

“Well, can you at least let her go!? If you didn’t mean to enslave her then free her!”

I looked back over to the two big ones and saw the bottle they were going to purr on her. Again the pillow moved over to the bottle then grabbed it. I grabbed it when it was close then started to look over it. There was a black liquid inside of it then I looked at them. “Will this remove the mark?” The blue one spoke up as she looked at me.

“Yes, it’s a potion that will remove the mark.”

I nodded then grabbed Spirits hand then placed it in her hand. She let me go then I turned and looked at her. “The call is all yours Spirit, and you want to remove the mark do it or don’t it’s all up to you.” She looked down to the potion then back to me.

“You mean you're not going to stop me if I want to remove the mark?”

I smiled then pushed the potion closer to her chest. Rainbow flew over and shook her a smile on her face.

“Come on; the guy is having your freedom then you can leave this freak behin…!”

I grabbed her throat, choking her as I looked at Spirit. I felt a few of the girls grab my arm, trying to free her. Spirit laughed a little than to my surprise, she threw the bottle out of the still open door. I let her throat go, and heard the beautiful sound as she fell back into the ground. I crossed my arms as I looked at her, my arms crossed as I looked at her. “Ok, not what I was expecting, why?” She smiled as she looked at me.

“Well, for one, I was sick of male dragon’s attacking me every week. As long as I have this mark, then I’m safe. Besides, you are kind of cute.”

I laughed a little then floated us out of the door and above the tree house. I laid back down on the pillow as we slowly floated to the forest.

“HEY!”

I turned on the pillow and saw the pink mare running under us a cannon in hand. I blinked as I looked down at her, my surprise quickly running out as I looked at her. “She’s quite persistent, isn’t she?”

“Yep, but that cannon isn’t going to hit us.”

I just made us go higher into the air making sure we were out of range of that cannon. I laid down on the pillow, then turned us to the forest. I started to fly that way and flew lower as Spirit sat beside me, her legs crossed. As we got lower, something slammed into the bottom side of the pillow, then a dark blue arm reached around. I looked around a horn quickly coming up. Over the side and saw Rainbow behind her in the air. “Wow, your all quite persistent, aren’t you?” I punched Rainbow back when she tried to tackle me, and she fell to the ground with a bloody nose. Luna had gotten on the pillow but wasn’t looking at me any anger in her eyes but curiosity as she sat down beside me.

“How old are you exactly?”

I looked at her as I laid back down, looking back up at her. “Three thousands-one hundred and nineteen years old.” He jaw dropped as she looked at me then Spirit sat closer to me. Her knees were beside my head, then I moved and put my head on her knees. She blushed as I looked up at her, but she didn’t say anything.

“Ah!”

We looked at Luna again then I turned on my side and looked at her as Spirit put a hand on my shoulder. “Ya?”

“I’ve come to ask about your history as a knight. My sister fears that you may become a threat if you choose to fight us. I don’t have as great fear, but I know with your age you must have seen and fought many a battle.”

I looked at her a smile on her face as I looked at her. “Ya, I’m one of the last of my race still free.”

“Free?”

I laughed as I looked up at her. “I sealed away my race seeing the threat they posed to the rest of the races. Besides, I had my love to protect as well as my friends.” Luna looked at me as if she was judging my soul as she looked at me. I did nothing but look back at her. It stayed like this until I noticed we were over the forests. "This is my stop, you two are free to stay here, and I'll be back in a few minutes at most.

Luna pov

I watched as this strange creature jumped over the side from his position with is head on the knee of the dragoness. Once I lost sight of him, we looked at one another, and she looked away. I smiled as I summon the potion then held it out to her. "It's safe now; You can free yourself from him then leave before he returns." She looked at me confused by my words.

"Why would I want to do that? Meliodas had spoken and acted as if we were still equal to one another. He didn't even take winners right to my hoard."

I looked at her shocked as she looked at me.

“Doesn’t he know about the wealth you dragons gather!?” She shrugged her shoulders as she looked at me.

“I don’t know if he does or doesn’t but something about him screams that he won’t hurt you unleash you start it. I mean look at what happened to me. I came to do harm to everyone and nearly died for it. But when it was over and out cold Barb told me that for all three days I was out cold he took care of me. Treated my wounds and sleep by my bedside. That’s not something a master does for a slave.”

I looked at her shock on my face as I looked at her. It was unheard of for a male to beat a full-grown dragoness but to treat her wounds and sleep by her bedside to take care of her is crazy.

“Back!’

Meliodas jumped back up a deer with its gut cut open his hands. He held it by the horn he held it over the side with ease as blood dripped down from it.

“So deer stacks tonight?”

Spirit licked her lips as she looked at the deer.

“Sounds like a plan to me.”

I felt my stomach turn as I looked at them as we started to fly back to the town blood fall the whole way. When we got close I jumped off the pillow as they landed and I felt my blood freezing as Twilight and her friends charged the pillow. Meliodas dropped the dead deer as Applejack and Rainbow tackled into him. I watched as he grabbed Rainbow by the waist then slammed her into the ground then punched Applejack in the face sending her flying both were knocked out. Pinkie jumped on his back but he grabbed her by the main then slammed her hard she was knocked out. Twilight shot a blast of magic at him but he pulled a sword from the underside of his shirt then swung it up then to my shock the blast of magic doubled in size then it shot back at Twilight. It slammed into her and she was sent flying back then slammed her into the side of a house some blood coming from her mouth she got knocked out. Fluttershy passed out from shock on her and Rarity hide behind the house Twilight slammed into. Meliodas cracked his neck then looked around as he slid the sword back under his shirt then it hit him.

“FUCK I DID IT AGAIN!”

I couldn’t move as I watched marks form on all but Fluttershy and Rarity. Meliodas started to slap Applejack in the face quickly trying to wake her up before the mark fully formed. It was too late now that he knocked them out cold.
